I used a promo code when placing my order, and the funds were deducted from my checking account. However, the order got canceled. Now, when I tried to reorder, it stated that the promo code was already used. I recently ordered dinner for my family of 5 and was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. This isn't the first time I've had issues with missing items, incorrect items, and missing condiments from my McDonald's orders through Uber Eats. This has occurred in the past three orders I placed. Despite not complaining previously, this third instance has prompted me to stop using Uber Eats for McDonald's deliveries. In this latest order, my quarter pounder meal was missing, several drinks had ice when I requested none, there were no condiments or straws, and my son received a book instead of a Happy Meal toy, among other missing items. I believe I am entitled to a full refund due to the repeated inconveniences. I recommend that the McDonald's location address these issues with their employees to ensure accurate packaging and order fulfillment in the future. Additionally, I request a full refund for the meal I could not enjoy tonight. Thank you.

I'm an Ubereats driver and encountered an issue when trying to pick up an order for David. The drive-through staff mentioned that two Postmates drivers had already collected his order, so I reached out to David who confirmed he hadn't received his food. After discussing with the Wienerschnitzel manager, he assured me he would contact Ubereats and Postmates to address this recurring problem with Postmates. We advised David to seek a refund and clarify the situation on his end.

Good afternoon, I mistakenly ordered Uber Eats to the wrong address yesterday while at work. When I contacted the driver and realized the error, he politely declined to deliver to the correct address. I have since reordered to the right address, but I am wondering if it's possible to receive a refund for the order that was not delivered. If a refund is not possible, that's okay. Hello, yesterday I placed an order with Chipotle around 5:30 or 5:45. The website stated it would arrive by 6:50, considering it's not too far from me. However, the order arrived after 7 and the food was cold. When I raised this issue, the two members I chatted with ended the conversation twice without resolving the problem. While I understand a refund may not be immediate, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up and the fact that I did not receive a refund or even an offer to cancel the order after expressing my dissatisfaction with cold food.

I suspect that there is an individual using an Uber Eats account under the name Lakeitha Carr, despite being terminated by Uber due to a criminal background involving sexual assault allegations. This person, who goes by the name Orrin Hunt Haynes or Elijah Haynes, has made deliveries to me. I am puzzled as to how he continues to make deliveries to my address. It appears that Lakeitha Carr is aware of this situation and is involved in it.

I experienced a problem with my promo code not being applied to my order, even though I entered it correctly. Additionally, my order from a convenience store was incorrect, and after providing pictures as proof, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I have reached a limit on refunds. It is disappointing to be penalized for errors made by the restaurant and their app.

I purchased KFC cookies for £9.76. Following the order, I was informed by the shop that they are out of stock and cannot fulfill the order. I am seeking a refund as I did not receive the cookies. I recently ordered a meal deal from Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, the pizza arrived without cheese, which was disappointing. I reached out to Uber Eats, and they provided me with a partial refund. I chose not to eat the pizza since it was essentially just bread with tomato sauce and meat, missing the essential cheese. Pizza Hut acknowledged their mistake when I contacted them. However, I believe Uber Eats refund of £4.20 doesn't adequately address the issue, especially considering the total bill was £16.68. I am seeking a full refund and willing to return the order, which remains untouched in its box.

I received a 50% discount on my Uber Eats order but encountered an issue with my delivery from MCCOLLS East Ham High Street. Despite applying the discount, almost half of my order was missing, marked as sold out on the receipt. Consequently, I had to pay full price, missing out on the discount. I recently ordered a dinner for two at Thai Table in Oceanside. Unfortunately, the promotional offer via email for $20 off an order of $25 using the code Foodloveuns did not apply to my order. Additionally, Thai Table had not received my order 10 minutes before it was scheduled to be ready. Despite this, I received a "receipt" yesterday showing that I was charged $57.23 by UberEats. I kindly request UberEats to refund the $57.23 as I was charged for an order that was not fulfilled.

I purchased three large cans of Red Bull from the Shell garage and also placed an order from McDonald's on UberEats. I received my McDonald's order promptly, but the Red Bull order was missing. After waiting and checking the app, I saw that the order had disappeared without any update. I contacted the Shell garage, and they informed me they had no Red Bull, so they canceled the order. I explained that I had been charged despite the order being canceled. They advised me to reach out to UberEats for a resolution since the order was no longer visible in the app. I used a £25 gift card and after the canceled Red Bull order, I have £1.60 left on the card. The McDonald's order, consisting of cheese melts, a medium coke, and large fries, cost about £12 with delivery. I am confused about why I have a balance of £1.60 left on the card after the cancellation. I am unable to reorder due to the low balance and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I purchased four coffees. Two were delivered fine, but the other two were leaking profusely. Unfortunately, the delivery person dropped the bag containing the leaking coffees on the lobby desk, causing a mess of about 20 oz of coffee. Not only was half of my order wasted, but the lobby desk was also left in a terrible state. I had to personally clean up the mess on the desk since the delivery person did not offer any assistance. I am requesting a full refund, including the tip. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope for a resolution to this issue.

I need assistance with a recent purchase I made at Tilt Kitty around 7:00pm. Initially, the order showed an estimated delivery time of 7:55pm. However, at 7:11pm, I received a message indicating that the delivery could not be made, and upon checking, the order had vanished. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged $33.00 for the transaction. Following a discussion with the Merchant, I discovered that their system was no longer operational after 6:30pm. I ordered some Shake Shack for me and my colleagues at work for over $60. Unfortunately, our order was incomplete, and the items we did receive were of very poor quality; the lettuce was brown and wilted. I had a disappointing experience with my Popeyes order on 12/4. My original chicken sandwich meal with fries and a large Dr. Pepper was replaced with a cold spicy chicken sandwich, and I received tenders instead of nuggets. Additionally, my chilled strawberry lemonade and blackberry pie were missing, and there were mistakes with the Mac n cheese and nuggets as well. I ordered a Starbucks, but it took an hour and a half to arrive. When I finally found the driver, communication was difficult as they didn't speak English well. The coffee was made with raspberry syrup instead of cinnamon, which was quite unpleasant with its red color. The food was cold and dry. I believe a refund is necessary for this experience.

The food was collected by a female driver named Miss Wahida. I observed her approach my address on the map to meet her at the door. However, she drove about 10 minutes away from my house, parked for an additional 10 minutes, and then finally arrived. To my surprise, a male Uber driver delivered my order instead. Despite the unusual swap, he was alone in the car. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and soggy after being in the vehicle for about 20-25 minutes. I kindly request a full refund to my bank account instead of an app credit, as I do not plan to reorder in the application. I would appreciate an explanation regarding why a female driver was assigned, but a male driver delivered the food.
