I'm having trouble completing my payment on UberEATS. Even after verifying my identity, the payment did not go through. I matched my ID with the card I am using. I had a chat with a customer service representative named Miguel, but he disconnected without resolving my issue. I tried to make the purchase again, but my card is still not being accepted. My card is in good standing with sufficient funds, and the details on my ID match the ones on my card and account. I really just want to be able to order my food.

Yesterday evening, I ordered Uber Eats and didn't receive the $25 refund from a promo code issue. I am concerned as the money in my account was for another bill. I expect the refund process to be quick as my payment was immediately taken. The $25 should be promptly credited back. I was confused when the payment review showed the correct amount minus the $25, but I was charged extra. I am eager to receive the refund soon as it was unexpected and has caused some financial strain.

I encountered an issue with a supposed Facebook and Messenger problem that affected my 75% discount on UberEats. Despite showing the discount applied during my online ordering, I was charged the full amount when the order arrived. I reached out for assistance, but instead of addressing my concern, I got transferred to a paid IT service. I do not require IT assistance and simply want to be reimbursed for the overcharge. It is frustrating that it's challenging to speak directly with someone from Uber who understands my issue. I am seeking a refund for invoice BOCD1. I was offered a 75% discount or $25, which I thought was applied during today's transaction. However, after receiving my paper invoice, it appears that the discount wasn't deducted. I kindly request a refund of the price difference back to my credit card. I prefer not to be transferred to computer service as I do not require it. I am concerned that no one from Uber will access my iPhone 11. My previous inquiries have gone unanswered with responses unrelated to my concerns. Could you provide a phone number for direct communication? I prefer not to provide my credit card information to Uber to speak with a representative and seek a resolution for the charge discrepancy. Thank you.

On November 1, I ordered a bottle of spirits through the Uber Eats app. The order was cancelled after 1 hour and 30 minutes due to driver availability, with a promise of a $33.85 refund. However, upon checking my credit card app, the charge was still there. Despite contacting MasterCard, they confirmed the charge was no longer pending but finalized. I placed an order at McDonald's with Order Number 5573A. Unfortunately, the driver mistakenly picked up a different order labeled Order# [redacted] instead of mine. When the driver attempted to deliver the order, he almost left it in front of my apartment complex gate without ensuring it was the correct one. I caught him before he left and had to contact McDonald's to address the issue, ultimately needing to pick up the correct order myself. The manager explained that the driver rushed in, picked up the first available order without checking the order number that was ready, and left despite the mistake being pointed out to him.

Good afternoon, today I placed an order and when the app sent the order to the restaurant, I contacted UBER EATS directly to cancel or change the payment method because it was a gift and the person was not going to pay upon delivery. The person in the chat did not reply immediately if it was possible to cancel or not, also did not confirm the payment method set up, and later informed me that the payment method could not be changed and the order could not be cancelled. I disagree because time passed without any possibility to cancel or change the payment method, the order was never delivered as it was meant to be a surprise, so I don't know if it was left at the address. I find it unfair to delay a response and consequently charge me for this in a future order. The service was slow and the information provided was unhelpful.

On November 3rd, I placed an order on UberEats for pickup at an Indian restaurant called Rangoli in Orleans, Ontario. Upon my arrival at the restaurant at the scheduled pickup time, I discovered that the restaurant was on fire, with multiple fire trucks present. Realizing that my order couldn't be processed or fulfilled due to the situation, I promptly cancelled the order. Despite this, I was still charged $44+ for food I never received, a situation beyond anyone's control. I reached out to UberEats through their Help section five times, explaining the incident and requesting a refund. Unfortunately, each time, I received a generic response that did not acknowledge the exceptional circumstances. UberEats insisted they couldn't refund me because the restaurant had already started preparing the order before I cancelled, which is clearly not grasping the essence of my complaint. I even provided photo evidence of the fire at the restaurant, but it seemed to have no impact on their decision-making process. It's frustrating that they are unwilling to recognize such a unique situation and instead shift the blame onto the customer. I've been a loyal Uber customer for years, making frequent and high-value orders, so their lack of understanding and poor customer service in this instance is truly disappointing. If this matter isn't resolved, I will have no choice but to share my experience on all Uber review platforms and discontinue the use of their services. It's disheartening to be treated this way after being a long-standing customer.

I am disappointed with the service I received tonight. I called the driver three times because my order was delayed, and I was concerned the food would get cold. When the driver arrived, there were three people in the vehicle, and one person, unmasked, handed me only one bag. I mentioned missing items, and after some searching, he found the combination box unsealed under the seat. I had trouble finding the refund process. Tonight, my son was craving crab legs, so I found a place called Top Crawfish to order from. The total bill, including tip, came to $[redacted], and I made the order at 6:37 pm. The estimated delivery time kept changing from initially 7:40 to then 8:00 and 8:30. We received a message that the driver, Eljoy, was on his way but seemed to be delayed at one location for a while. Concerned, I wasn't sure how to contact Uber Eats as the order had not arrived. Another message then stated the order was pushed back until 9:00. Frustrated, my son suggested canceling, but I proposed ordering from a different place. Despite this, he decided against it. Our alternative meal choice is still taking time to arrive, disrupting our original plan for an early dinner. Everything got mixed up, and it's disappointing. I wanted this weekend to be special with my son, but it has been challenging due to my recent injury and wheelchair use following a car accident on June 2nd. Cooking is difficult for me, so we heavily rely on food deliveries. Unfortunately, today did not go as planned, leaving us feeling let down.

I reached out to Uber Eats support last night regarding an issue with my Uber Eats driver. I received a response asking if I needed further assistance, but I am unable to proceed after selecting "yes." While I am grateful for the refund, my main concern is the resolution of the matter with the driver. Despite the statement about contacting the driver, I have evidence from my doorbell camera and the app messages. I am eager to know how this will be resolved. I am feeling uneasy about my safety now that the driver knows where I live. His unwanted contact and messages, which my husband had to address, were in violation of guidelines. I am unsure of his intentions and worried about potential repercussions from my report. I value the refund, but I am more apprehensive about my safety and seek further clarification on the situation.

Hello, I placed an order through the Uber Eats app at the Domino's Pizza located in Tepepan. My order was scheduled to arrive at 12:55 pm but it didn't arrive. I contacted the establishment, and they explained that the order hadn't left because they only have one delivery person. They assured me it would leave as soon as possible once ready. They asked for my address, and I provided it. The estimated delivery time was changed to 1:15 pm, but it still did not arrive. Upon contacting them again, they claimed they tried to deliver it but couldn't find my house, stating nobody was at the corner to receive the order. I was waiting for a call notifying me of their arrival, which I never received. I asked why they didn't call me, and they mentioned the app only provides them with an order number, not a contact number. When I suggested they could have asked for my phone number when I first called, they agreed to take it. By then, it was already 1:30 pm, and I needed to leave for work. They connected me with someone who denied all prior interaction, claiming I never called at 12:55 pm or provided an address. I was upset by the poor service, lack of delivery personnel, denial of mistakes, and the delay in resolving the issue!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue with my online order placed on Saturday. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the delivery of the party food I ordered for my son's party. Despite placing the order correctly on UberEATS, it was delivered to a random address half an hour away from my location. I attempted to contact the driver and the store, but was unable to resolve the situation as the driver refused to deliver the order to the correct address. This error resulted in a total loss of £57.53. After reordering the same items and ensuring my address was correctly input as 44 Herries Street, I discovered that the receipt generated by your system displayed 36 Herries Street instead. This discrepancy is not due to a spelling error but a complete address change that I did not authorize. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and issue a refund as this mistake was not on my part. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Dear Customer Service, I placed an order on Uber Eats tonight with the order number #4045E. The order was made at 7:15 PM from Open Kitchen Chinese takeaway in Retford, Notts and was supposed to be delivered to my home at 38 Sunningdale, Retford, Notts. After receiving an email confirming payment through PayPal and the app reflecting the order with an expected delivery time between 8:00 PM and 8:20 PM, I became concerned when the food hadn't arrived by 8:40 PM. Upon contacting the restaurant around 9 PM, I was informed they had no record of an order for my address. My bank shows a pending payment of £27.30 to PAYPAL *PMNTSBVEAT*. I tried to cancel the order through the app without success as it stated the delivery was already on its way. By 10:20 PM, I received a notification to rate a delivery and an email indicating my food was delivered to a wrong address, number 9 Sunningdale, despite my correct address on file. I'm disappointed by this experience, waiting two hours for a misdelivered order and now facing a charge for food I never received. I kindly request a prompt refund. My order never arrived. When I contacted the merchant, they mentioned that they never received the order, although I was already charged for it. They explained that an Uber driver needs to accept the order first before they proceed to deliver it. Unfortunately, it seems like the driver assigned to my order chose not to fulfill it, possibly wanting the night off. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I have decided not to use your service in the future. I intend to inform my friends about the unreliability of Uber Eats drivers, as it is concerning that they can opt out of completing deliveries. I expect to receive a refund for this issue.

I am a loyal customer of Uber Eats and Uber Ride services. Up until now, I have not encountered any issues with their services. However, I recently discovered that I am unable to place a food delivery order, something I usually do at least twice a week. My account is indicating that there are charges for five orders from Algroa between 11/1/[redacted] and 11/6/[redacted], a location I am unfamiliar with. I am uncertain whether this is a legitimate restaurant, a delivery location, or possibly a case of fraud. Despite attempting to place orders that were declined due to payment issues in the past, I have not received any deliveries or been able to place any orders. I would like to continue using Uber's services but do not want to be charged for orders I did not make, particularly when I have no information about these supposed orders. It is puzzling to me as I believe I did order food for delivery that week, possibly on the same day, but not from a place called Algroa.

I ordered a meal with extras and a dessert, but the dessert arrived without the cream or ice cream that was advertised. It was disappointing. I have a photo as proof, and even in the picture, it looks unsatisfactory. I expect to receive what was advertised with the complete toppings. The drivers should pay attention to the orders they pick up, and the restaurant partners should fulfill complete orders. I paid for a certain standard and did not receive it. I have been attempting to cancel my Uber Eats pass for over a week now, but it is still pending on my bank account. I have tried using the app on both my phone and desktop, but I cannot find the toggle switch to turn off auto-pay. Despite trying to cancel before the deadline yesterday, I have been unsuccessful in my attempts. I have screenshots to prove this.

Hello, I do not currently have an Uber Eats account, but I have noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card for food deliveries and Uber trips. My bank suggested contacting Uber about this issue, despite me not having an account. I have been charged from 24/7/[redacted] to 2/11/[redacted], totaling over $[redacted].00 NZD. I made an online order today at around 3 p.m. PST with Thai Table in Berkeley, CA. I accidentally forgot to schedule delivery for later, so I cancelled the order to place it again with the correct time. However, I was charged $10.97 after canceling, possibly due to prep work starting. Even though only a few minutes passed between ordering and canceling, I couldn't reorder. UberEats said my $15 promotion was used and the order canceled. I'd like a refund of the $10.97 charge and for the $15 discount to be reinstated so I can reorder with the discount before it expires on November 11th. Thank you. S.H.
