I placed an order at Dunkin’ Donuts, but only received drinks. No donuts, bagels, or sandwiches were included, and the drinks were incorrect, so I refused the order. I am requesting a full refund as I received no service at all. It is disappointing that my Mother’s Day breakfast was ruined due to their repeated order errors. The lack of attention to orders is unacceptable.

I recently noticed a charge on my card from October [redacted] for an Uber pass, however, I haven't used this account or provided my card details for such a purchase. The card number associated is 4[redacted]-7[redacted]. I kindly ask for a refund for this charge, and request that any account linked to my card be disabled. There should be no order history on the account as I have never used it. Thank you for your assistance.

My daughter surprised me with UberEats from Bill's Cafe in the Rosegarden of San Jose for Mother's Day. I received a notification at 10:21 am on 5/9 from [redacted] with a link to track the order, stating it would arrive by 11 am. However, by 11:45 am, the status showed as "Nothing Here." I am disappointed and confused why the delivery did not happen as expected. It's frustrating that there was no update or communication regarding the delay. My daughter and I were looking forward to this special treat, and this experience has left us both feeling upset.

My aunt recently created an UberEats account, and I attempted to use my card to buy her food for Mother's Day with a 25% off coupon. However, when I entered my card details, it stated that there was already an account associated with it that had used the coupon. I am confused because this is my aunt's account, not mine. How can we retrieve the lost coupon? We even tried entering her card details to reset it, but the coupon did not reappear. This is her first order, and we would appreciate any help on this matter.

I recently experienced issues with Uber Eats twice in a row. The first time, the driver took a long route causing the food to arrive cold. Today, my Popeyes order was incomplete and cold. Although I realized I mistakenly ordered regular instead of large sides, the portion received was much smaller than the large size I paid for. Over the past two weeks, I've spent a significant amount with Uber, considering both rides and food orders. As a loyal gold member with a high rating, I am frustrated by the fluctuating surcharges during peak hours, which seem unreasonably high. I am considering canceling my membership due to these recurring problems. I request a refund for my last order.

I'm having trouble accessing my account linked to [redacted] and +1 [redacted]. There have been approximately 10 emails exchanged between my email, customer support, and PR. The account linked to [redacted] is now linked to '[redacted]' by a customer care representative. The app does not allow me to switch it back to [redacted] because it claims the email is already associated with another account. I was informed that [redacted] and duplicatecara.dsouza@regus have been deleted by the team, but I still see them on my app. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved since I've tried explaining it multiple times without success. Yesterday, I had a frustrating experience with my Uber Eats order. I received an error message trying to order from "Crab n Spice," so I tried another restaurant, a Japanese place. Although the Japanese order was successful, it arrived 20 minutes late, missing my Thai tea. To my surprise, the Crab n Spice order that had initially failed was also delivered, left outside and incomplete. This morning, I found my tea left out, both meals totaling over $[redacted]. I hope for a reimbursement for at least one of the orders, considering the inconvenience and cost.

I recently placed an order with Uber Eats from Checkers. Initially, the delivery time kept changing from 9:50pm to 10:35pm, which is frustrating. I attempted to cancel but could only get a $2 refund, which seems unfair since it's not my fault if a driver doesn't pick up the order. The app displayed a message saying "Sorry, this delivery is delayed." I am disappointed by the lack of 24/7 customer service like DoorDash offers. As I wait for my food with no driver assigned for delivery, I am exasperated. I had planned to have my meal by 9:50pm so I could get to bed early for work the next day. This ordeal is causing me unnecessary stress. I am requesting a full refund.

I keep receiving emails from Uber Eats with a $25 promo code that never works when I try to use it. Despite being sent the promo, the system says I'm ineligible every time. Previously, I managed to add the promo and place an order, but it got cancelled right after without the discount. I don't want these misleading emails or to use the service if I can't benefit from the promotions. It's frustrating to be teased with expiring promo codes that never apply. I've wasted so much time trying to order with a non-functional promo code. This false advertising practice is bad for business and deceives loyal customers like me. I'd appreciate resolving this ongoing issue.

On April 27th, I received a delivery from Wasabi carried out by the driver named Jose. Unfortunately, I was not at home when the delivery arrived, and my 12-year-old son gave him £30 in cash, thinking it was the payment. When my son informed me, I immediately contacted the bank to cancel the payment. However, it seems PayPal still processed the transaction on May 10th. I am upset about this situation as your driver should not have accepted money from a child, especially when payment was supposed to be made online. It is unlikely that he mistook it for a tip, as a £30 tip on a food order of that amount is excessive for me. I placed an order with your company, but the delivery driver was 10 minutes late. When I went outside, the delivery person claimed on the app that I wasn't there. Usually, the driver calls when they arrive, and I always go down to meet them. However, this time there was no call from the driver. I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed everything was done correctly. I believe the delivery person may have falsely claimed I wasn't present, which is unfair as I paid for the meal. I am planning to report this to the authorities tomorrow. Please call the restaurant before I take further action. Paying €31 for nothing is frustrating, especially since my daughter and I have no food to eat.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with 'Creams' and order number F5B76. Unfortunately, the food I received was in poor condition. Despite my initial complaint about the food quality, I felt like it was not addressed properly. The issue did not lie with the restaurant but with the delivery driver. The driver took too long to deliver the food, making several other stops before reaching me. This is particularly concerning when the order contains items like ice cream, which had completely melted upon arrival, causing the waffle to become soggy. I am requesting a full refund for this order. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to reconsider using Uber Eats in the future. On May 15th, [redacted] at 3:40 PM Eastern Time, I made an order at the KFC on Fordham Road in the Bronx. Unfortunately, after nearly two hours of waiting, my order was canceled. Subsequently, at 5:40 PM Eastern Time, I placed an order at Popeyes on 174th Street in the Bronx. My order included a three-piece chicken dinner, an extra biscuit, and coleslaw, totaling $29.73. Despite ordering three-piece chocolate beignets, they were not included. I find the price of $29 for a three-piece meal excessive, especially considering the mishandling of my previous order. I frequently order through your service and have spent a significant amount of money, yet I have never received any credits or coupons, only excessive charges. I am deeply disappointed in how these issues are handled without considering the customer's perspective.

Hello, my name is Mike. Driving for Uber has been the best job I've ever had. I truly enjoy working for Uber Eats. I was even prompted to switch from my job at Holman to drive full-time for Uber. However, I am facing difficulties now. Earlier this year, my wife had a major heart attack which has left her with ongoing medical issues that prevent her from working. Uber Eats allows me to be flexible and care for my family during these challenging times. Unfortunately, my car broke down, leading me to rent a car from Avis. I've fallen behind on bills as I spent a lot trying to repair my car to no avail, and I still owe money on it. The rental costs me $[redacted] a week with a limit of [redacted] miles, after which I'm charged 15 cents per mile. Last week, I exceeded [redacted] miles, incurring more expenses on renewal. I seek assistance to continue working for Uber Eats, as I cannot afford to stop. If anyone can offer help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I filed a complaint almost a month ago regarding a refund I have yet to receive from UberEATS. My name is Rosilyn Benjamin. The order was cancelled immediately after placement, and the restaurant confirmed they did not receive payment as UberEATS holds the funds. I was assured a refund of $**. I am running out of patience waiting for a resolution. If not resolved, I will seek legal action. UberEATS needs to address this promptly.

I submitted a report through the app last Saturday regarding a wrong order I received. I spent $33.17 on Uber Eats, but the driver had difficulty communicating with me and gave me the incorrect food. Despite returning the French toast he brought instead of my Mexican food, he requested my contact information promising to correct the mistake. Unfortunately, I couldn't provide photo evidence as he took the food back. I later learned how to report such issues via the app from a friend who also works with Uber Eats. Frustrated and hungry, I reordered the meal for my family. However, I'm still out $33.17, which is unsatisfactory. I kindly request prompt assistance in processing a refund.

However, in my recent search through the app for Keto options, I found 18 restaurant results but struggled to locate specific Keto-friendly menu items. It would be helpful if the app could highlight Keto options, just like it does for vegetarian or vegan dishes, to make selection easier.

Earlier today, I attempted to order an Indian meal for two. The process seemed successful initially, but at the end, a message indicated all items had been removed. I assumed the order did not go through and tried again, receiving the same message. Believing the attempts were unsuccessful, I ordered a similar meal from Roti Boti via Skipthedishes. Later, I realized I was charged for two meals and received three similar meals - two from you and one from Roti Boti. Is this fair? I was not notified about the unsuccessful orders. On May 12th, I placed an order at Ryu-Kaku in Vancouver for $63.82. Unfortunately, the delivery driver went to the wrong address, resulting in me not receiving the order. I took action by contacting Paypal/Uber, and they refunded the $63.82. However, on May 14th, I noticed another charge of $63.82 for Ryu-Kaku on my receipt, which I did not authorize. I disputed the charge, only to be informed that it was authorized based on a supposed agreement with the restaurant. I have reached out to the restaurant at [redacted], and they can verify that I did not place an order on that date. I am now out $63.82 for a purchase I never made, and I am apprehensive about using Uber again until this issue is resolved. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking assistance with an order I made through the app earlier this evening, on May 19th, from Phillip's Steaks. I made the order via the app, and as a first-time user, I did not see an option to pay. Consequently, when the driver delivered the food, I paid $45 in cash. Following the delivery, I received a notification stating that I was charged twice on Venmo - once for $38.26 and a second time for $5.73. The driver's name was Long, and he did not inform me that the order had already been paid for. When I asked him if the total was $45, he confirmed, and I paid him accordingly. I am requesting a refund for the duplicate charges to be issued to my Venmo account for the amounts of $38.26 and $5.73 since I had already paid the driver in cash for the meal and tip.
