You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-kdcostne's own words
I placed an Uber eats order for Zaxby’s on Sunday. After an hour hour and a half it’s still had not been picked up by any Uber eats driver I never was notified that a driver was on its way to the restaurant a driver was there so I canceled the order. I then drove to Zaxby’s went through the drive-through and ordered the food and paid for it myself. When I canceled the order through the Uber eats app it told me that the money would be credited back to my account by the next day. The money is still not been deposited back into my account and when I looked at the app today it said Zaxby’s had already started the order so I was still charged for The Uber eats order through Uber eats. So then I have paid double for food on Sunday when I didn’t ever get any kind of information or anything from the Uber eats company about the order I would appreciate it if the money gets deposited back into my account quickly.
