I did not receive the drinks I ordered along with my food delivery. The driver mentioned they were missing and advised me to contact Uber Eats. After multiple attempts to reach out to Uber Eats with no success, I felt frustrated. Despite giving a high rating for a previous order, this experience left me disappointed. I paid for two drinks that were not delivered, and the struggle to contact customer support was a waste of time. Due to my health condition, relying on delivery services is essential, and this incident has been quite troublesome. I hope to receive a refund for the missing items. Thank you.

Hello, I placed order 6EDE4 yesterday on Uber Eats for KFC. I am confused as to how this order was processed. I accidentally used my daughter's bank account information on PayPal, and then received a message that the driver was on the way with the KFC order. Despite my attempt to cancel the order, the driver informed me that I would be charged if I did not accept it and advised me to contact Uber Eats. I was enticed to order from Uber Eats due to an email offering a 50% discount until April 8, [redacted], but was charged the full amount of £20.85 on April 5, [redacted], for the Southgate Chaseside KFC order. I would like a refund of 50% of this amount to be returned to my bank account. I did not anticipate paying for a meal while I was still browsing. Yesterday, I ordered a buy-one-get-one 4-piece tender meal, 3 cookies, and extra sauces. Unfortunately, my order was missing one of the 4-piece meals, the cookies for my kids, and only came with one sauce. The food arrived cold and the fries were soggy due to a delay from another drop-off. Given that I am currently without a vehicle and staying in a hotel, this situation is unacceptable. When I contacted the store, they seemed indifferent until I spoke with a manager who offered a credit, but I explained that without a vehicle to go to the store, it wouldn't be helpful. The manager mentioned there was nothing else they could do and suggested contacting Uber Eats. I have reached out to Uber Eats, called the driver, the store, and written to Uber Eats, but have not received any response in over 18 hours.

I placed an order at 54th Street for Coby Turner on 4/3, which got cancelled and then reordered using Coby's card. Despite receiving a cancellation confirmation, the original order charge of $53.48 appeared on my bank statement using Molli Samuels' old card information, which is linked to my new debit card. The delivered order was paid for using Coby's card for $48.47. I cannot find records of the cancelled order in my Uber Eats account. I am seeking a refund of $53.48 since the cancelled order was never fulfilled.

I made a purchase last month and I see on my gift card statement that there was an initial charge of $4.28 that has not been removed. On your website, it mentions that the authorization hold will be converted into the final trip fare charge. However, I don't see this adjustment reflected in my account statement yet. Can you please clarify if the initial charge was included in the trip fare or if it can be refunded back to my gift card? Thank you for your help!

Despite never having used the Uber Eats app before, I decided to give it a try after receiving a $30 promotion with the code "eats30t6jdh." After downloading the app, setting up my account, entering my credit card details, and selecting items for a $41 dinner, I was disappointed to find that the promotion code did not work as expected. On April 5th at approximately 2:00 am, I tried to place an order on your Uber Eats website for McDonald's. During the order process, I was charged $27.06, but the order did not go through. I then attempted to sign up for the Uber Eats app since I had never used it before. After creating a new account and logging in, I could not find any orders associated with my account. I tried to seek assistance but couldn't find a working phone number to call. The only option seemed to be through the app, which I did not find helpful because I had no order history showing on my account. This led to my inability to request a refund or contact the driver for the missing order. Despite being charged, there was no record of the order on the app or website. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank, but I would appreciate it if your company could reverse the charges first. This incident has left me frustrated, and I don't intend to use Uber Eats again unless this matter is resolved promptly. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss refund options.

I have submitted this issue multiple times through the Uber Eats app, but I have not received any response. I am unable to call because I have no credit. I placed an order for two large Big Mac meals with chocolate milkshakes, and two chicken mayo burgers totaling £17+. Unfortunately, what I received was completely wrong. Instead of my order, I got a Big Mac with additional toppings and a small juice. The order numbers did not match, the food was cold, and it was inedible. I contacted the delivery driver through the app, but he was not helpful and advised me to contact McDonald's. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and demand a prompt full refund into my Uber account.

I placed an order for food, and the delivery driver called because he couldn't locate the delivery address. Unfortunately, the driver went to my office instead of my apartment, even though I confirmed the correct address on my phone via screenshot. The communication with the driver was challenging as I couldn't understand him, and after a few attempts, he hung up on me without resolving the issue.

I recently had a disappointing experience with my Uber Eats delivery. I placed an order for dinner at Five Guys around 7:00 PM totaling $31.71. After 4 different drivers attempted to pick up my order, a driver named Shakira claimed he was getting it but later canceled. Upon contacting Five Guys, I was informed that the order had been taken. It is now 8:30 PM, and I am feeling very frustrated. The fact that my food was essentially stolen is completely unacceptable. I kindly request a refund for the full amount spent.

I received a promotion code in the mail for a free $30 on my first order. During checkout, I applied the code, but the app glitched and removed it. Despite numerous attempts to reapply it, I encountered errors. Today, I tried using the code again, but it stated that I already applied it. I am a new user on Uber Eats with no past orders or history of used promotion codes. I need this issue resolved promptly as the code expires this month. The promotion code is "eats30s6j1rs."

I am currently at Atlanta Technical College. The delivery driver contacted me to confirm my location, and I informed him that I was in the library. He mentioned that he was outside with my order, but he was nowhere to be found. This is the second time Weber has made a mistake with my order today, resulting in the food not being delivered. I contacted the security guards when I couldn't find the delivery driver. According to them, he arrived at the main building, did not inquire further, and departed the school premises.

Hello, I have accounts with Uber and UberEats and regularly use both apps. Unfortunately, my current address, located at Gardenmore Way, BT17 0ZG, Belfast, Northern Ireland, is not being recognized by either app. This address is part of a new area that was established in February [redacted]. It's now April [redacted], and the apps still do not acknowledge my address, making it impossible for me to utilize their services. While in Scottsdale last weekend, I placed an order for delivery. However, I had to catch a flight and decided to cancel the order since it wouldn't arrive in time. I cancelled within a minute of Uber confirming the order. Uber informed me that I would be charged the full amount minus delivery as the restaurant had started preparing the food. I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed they had not started preparing my order. Please refund the full amount for the order I placed in Arizona. Thank you.

I placed a large dessert order with Bake Cake and Shake through Uber Eats last night. The desserts that were delivered were inedible, leading me to file a complaint immediately. My order was supposed to arrive at 8:15 (at the latest 8:35). I had a driver assigned, but the ETA kept changing. I messaged the driver politely to inquire about the order, but he never replied and canceled the job. Subsequently, a new driver was assigned, and the ETA changed to 8:45. I tried to ask the second driver about my order, but they also did not respond and canceled. It is now 9:00 pm, and my order still has not arrived. I placed the order over an hour and fifteen minutes ago. If my food arrives cold, I will be very frustrated. I am requesting a refund as this has been an incredibly difficult food delivery experience. Additionally, it may be worth reviewing the drivers you have working for you, as both did not respond to my messages and ultimately canceled after I had been waiting for so long.

I waited for 2 hours only to have my order canceled, even though I live just 2 minutes away. I initially wanted to take advantage of the $30 first-time order discount. Since my order got canceled, I had to place a second order and was charged twice. I am willing to pick up the order myself and pay the fees and tip, as long as I can get the food. Currently, I don't have any funds left until payday, as I used up the last of my money to feed my kids. They've been waiting over 2 hours for their lunch. Please allow me to pick up the order and resolve this issue.

I made an order on Uber Eats in January, but it was canceled by the company. I was assured of a full refund, yet it hasn't been processed. I escalated the issue through Resolver to Uber Eats, but even after two months, no refund or update has been provided. I reached out on Uber Eats Facebook page for assistance, and they directed me back to the app. Uber Eats claimed they couldn’t help as it had been more than 48 hours since the order was placed. I believe the delay in the refund surpasses the 48-hour window, and I disagree with the notion that it's my responsibility for their lack of response.

The package I received was not properly sealed. The manager of Stoners Pizza assured me that they always seal every box with stickers. I am hesitant to eat the pizza and feel uneasy as they are not acknowledging the issue. I don't want to blame the driver if it wasn't their fault. Now I am unsure about what to do with this pizza.
