I placed a pickup order and requested the ice cream to be in a separate container, which it was, but unfortunately, it was completely melted by the time I checked it before leaving the parking lot. To my dismay, upon further inspection, I discovered that one dumpling side was missing, my Mac n cheese and other dumplings were not properly sealed and leaked in the bag, and the biscuits were poorly wrapped. Moreover, my large order was carelessly thrown into a clear bag without being stacked properly. Although the cashier was friendly, the way my food was handled was very disappointing. We couldn't even enjoy all of our order and had to seek food elsewhere for our toddler. We have decided not to place any more pickup orders from here. I kindly request an Uber Eats food credit to be applied to my account as compensation for this experience.

I recently placed orders on Uber Eats for Hooters, and unfortunately, I encountered several issues. On multiple occasions, I arrived at Hooters to pick up my order, only to find the restaurant closed or out of the items I ordered. I was also charged an additional $10 each time. When attempting to reach out to Uber Eats support for assistance, I was unable to get through. This resulted in frustration as I did not receive the food I paid for. I am disappointed with the service provided by Uber Eats and the lack of communication regarding restaurant availability. I am seeking a refund for the total amount charged, including the extra $10 on each of the four orders. This experience has left me dissatisfied with Uber Eats and has made me hesitant to use their service in the future.

I placed an order today, and despite receiving a message that it was delivered, the food was nowhere to be found. The same situation occurred on Sunday when I placed an order that never arrived, resulting in a refund and a re-order. Despite the delivery person taking a picture of the food in a parking lot, the nurses couldn't locate it. Just now, another order claimed to be delivered, but the food is missing again, causing confusion at Desert Cove Nursing Facility. Yesterday's order arrived fine, but the repeated issues are concerning. I've spent around $90 between Sunday and today without receiving any food. I've had no trouble receiving food before yesterday's incident. I'm requesting refunds for the two Sunday orders and today's order, as this situation is becoming frustrating.

This is my third time reporting this order. I really hope to receive a refund. I placed the order on March 6, [redacted], and the entire order was incorrect. That same night, I contacted Uber with a picture of the wrong order. I received an email stating I used the wrong email for confirmation, which I promptly corrected. Despite my efforts, I was informed that it was too late for a refund. I am frustrated that my concerns have been overlooked three times. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I have never experienced such rudeness and unwillingness to assist from a company before. If this issue is not resolved promptly with a refund, I will have to discontinue using this service and recommend others do the same. Doordash provided me with immediate compensation in a similar situation. Please address this matter promptly. We ordered through Uber Eats on March 24, [redacted], at 16:40 from McDonald's, amounting to £53.26, with the delivery charge included. The order number is #6240A. At 17:05, the driver called our mobile to confirm the house, but upon delivery, we realized it was not our order. We informed the driver, who returned the incorrect order and promised to bring the right one promptly. We messaged through the app at 17:15 and got a generic response, but no further communication since. The driver's name is Daniel. Considering McDonald's records show our order left, we fear it may have been stolen. After a tough year, our son wanted a McDonald's treat for his birthday. This level of service is certainly disappointing. We await your guidance on resolving this issue.

On March 22, we placed an order for $[redacted].73. Although we were charged, the food was not delivered. Despite voicing our concerns on Twitter, the company refunded most of the amount ($[redacted].90) but retained the $17.83 tip, placing the blame on us. They failed to deliver the order and did not make any effort to contact me on that day. They are unwilling to refund the tip money to my checking account, insisting on providing Uber Cash, which I have no intention of using in the future. I am puzzled as to why they believe they are entitled to keep the tip money when they provided no service in return. It is frustrating to see that I received nothing in exchange for the tip money.

Hello, I placed an order on March 24, [redacted], on your Uber Eats platform, and unfortunately received the wrong order. I had ordered from Burger King for €39.18, but I received a completely different order worth around €14. I contacted Burger King, and they advised me to reach out to you. I tried contacting you through the app's help section, but haven't received any response. After that, I called the premium rate number where I was kept on hold for 10 minutes only to be told to use the app. I would like to inquire about the possibility of getting a refund for my Uber Eats order dated March 24, [redacted]. As the Administrator/Safety Coordinator of Libby Middle School, I would like to address an incident involving Uber driver Raymond who arrived at our school today at 8:56:25 am. Instead of following our usual procedure by coming to the office, Raymond drove the wrong way around our bus loop at a high speed, even though students were present. After stopping him, he failed to provide his name and did not seem to comprehend the safety concerns I expressed about speeding in a school zone. Despite my explanation, he quickly left the premises. It is worrying that he disregarded the rules of driving safely on school property. I have informed the School Resource Officer and will be discussing this matter with him further. Regards, Mr. Cuello

I had a frustrating experience with Uber yesterday. I encountered issues using my promo codes. Despite multiple attempts to apply the code, the app glitched and wouldn't accept it. Frustrated, I closed the app and placed a new order from a different restaurant. To my dismay, the original order at KFC processed as well. I am not willing to pay for both. Removing the promo code allowed me to process the order, but I found the process excessively complicated. It took me three hours to resolve this. Additionally, reaching a human representative to address my concerns has been challenging. I simply want a refund for the order.

Upon registering with Uber Eats, I attempted to redeem the $30 introductory offer on my first order. Despite trying to use it for extra orders for my neighbors, the coupon did not apply. Forgetting about it until a friend also had trouble with her first-time user coupon, I realized the issue persisted. Subsequently, another neighbor encountered the same problem a few nights later. It appears the coupon may be a ploy to entice orders, knowing customers may proceed without the discount. This misleading practice is unacceptable, and appropriate compensation should be provided. Otherwise, we may need to raise awareness about these deceptive promotional tactics among your users.

I attempted to order food from a Nashville establishment. The delivery was scheduled for 8:50-9:10. By 9:10, it said the order was on the way soon but later changed to say the order was on the way. After waiting for over an hour without any updates, I contacted the restaurant through the app but received no response. Attempting to call led to voicemail. After waiting for an hour and a half, I messaged via the app that the order had not arrived. I am disappointed in the service and would like a full refund for the $40 spent without receiving the food.

I made my first Uber Eats order from the app I downloaded today. The delivery was scheduled for 8:25 PM, but the restaurant hadn't even started preparing my food at 8:30. I contacted the driver who wasn't notified until after 8 PM about the pickup. I am now informed that the delivery won't be until 9:07 PM, ruining our dinner plans with friends at 8:30. The restaurant acknowledged the delay and is remaking our order. I am requesting a refund for this inconvenience.

I purchased about $60 worth of food from Denny's and later bought $[redacted] of Uber cash. I was initially happy with the transaction until my food arrived over an hour later. To my surprise, the Uber app showed the food as paid for with my Uber cash but then my card was charged $71.65 for the Denny's order. Additionally, I was charged $[redacted].00 for the Uber cash purchase, and $59.65 was deducted from my Uber cash balance according to the app. This resulted in a total payment of $[redacted].30 even though I only approved $[redacted].65 on my card and nothing from the Uber cash. Essentially, $91.30 was taken from me without my consent.

We placed an order for pick up from The Boiling Crab at 9:22 pm. However, upon confirming the order, we realized that the store was closed and it was the wrong location. We tried calling the store but couldn't reach them. We intended to order from the Wilshire location, close to us, not the one in Westwood. The Westwood store was never shown as an option before. We cancelled the order within approximately 3 minutes of placing it, after seeing that the store was closed. Despite this, the order was charged to us because they had started preparing it, which seems unlikely as we cancelled promptly. It was confusing because the closed store far away wasn't clear when ordering. We then attempted to contact Uber Eats; however, finding a contact number through the app was challenging. We are seeking a refund of $65.15 due to the quick cancellation and the unclear situation during ordering.

I canceled my service in March, as confirmed below, but today I noticed a charge on my Mastercard ending in [redacted]. Please cancel this charge promptly. Despite not originally wanting to join the service, I received a charge of $9.99, which I thought I had resolved. Today, I saw this charge again. I am requesting a refund for both charges, totaling $19.98. I will inform my Mastercard company not to process any further payments to your company. If this matter is not resolved quickly, any associated fees will be sent to you. In short, I attempted to order from a restaurant on Uber Eats but changed my mind before finalizing the order and deleted the information. I attempted to order a burger dinner on Thursday, April 1st. I proceeded to the payment screen but noticed the high delivery fee, prompting me to cancel the order. Subsequently, I placed a similar order on Deliveroo, which required face recognition for payment. While I was unavailable, my daughter accepted a delivery from Uber Eats, resulting in two sets of burgers being delivered unknowingly. The similarity of the food caused confusion until the Deliveroo order arrived later on the same night! I made an error earlier when delivering the meal. I initially thought there was only one customer, Mellisa, but upon delivering to Charles St, Abbotsford, I realized it was for someone else named Miles. After failing to reach customer service for assistance, I ended up delivering the order to Mellisa and then returned to Miles' home for a refund. Please deduct any necessary fees from my account for this oversight. I apologize for the confusion.

Good evening, I have noticed a disparity in delivery fees through Uber Eats in my area. Despite living very close to McDonald’s and KFC, I must still pay £3.99 for delivery. While I would prefer to pick up my order myself if possible, lockdown restrictions prevent this option. Additionally, the Uber discount codes I receive never seem to work. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I have decided to delete my account. I attempted to place an order via Uber Eats for Chinese food from The Jasmine House. Upon accidentally selecting order, the app automatically proceeded due to my saved payment details. Despite previous attempts, I am unable to remove my bank information as the app prompts me to try again later, which I find to be a major flaw in Uber's system. Unable to use my promo codes, I contacted Uber to cancel the order. The automated system advised to reach out to the restaurant because the order might have been in preparation. After speaking with The Jasmine House, the manager claimed Uber is responsible for cancellations. Following our discussion, the manager agreed to cancel the order, instructing us to seek a refund from Uber. Despite the expected delivery time passing, a driver arrived at 20:45 with the order. When we explained the cancellation, the driver left. Surprisingly, the app indicated the food was delivered and prompted for a tip, highlighting the unreliability of the Uber app, an issue I have faced before. I am seeking a full refund for this order and hope for a swift resolution, despite the manager of The Jasmine House being uncooperative and dismissive during our call.

I received 9 drinks instead of what I ordered from Wawa - 2 Gatorade 20oz, a 64 oz ice tea, and coffee variations. I did not receive the correct items, and I want them picked up and removed as this is a disappointing way to start Easter morning. Additionally, my order should have been $50, yet $65 was deducted from my account, which is unacceptable to me as I often order from Uber Eats within a certain price range. I do not wish to pay for these incorrect and overpriced drinks. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will delete the app, share my negative experience widely, and seek further action, potentially involving legal measures. I expect a swift response as I am running out of patience and plan to take steps on Monday.
