Hello,**I tried to immediately take my concerns through the help section on the webpage and on twitter and was given canned answers that did not reflect my situation. I did not use the app and don't have the app. I have heard many stories of people getting refunds on their order for a minor flaw like no oregano on their pizza, and I am kindly and honestly describing my situation to please request a refund. **I still have found no way to cancel an order that was made through the webpage. When I first asked for help and described that I didn't use the app, I was given instructions to cancel through the app. When I said I didn't use the app I was told I need to carefully check my order next time. Below is my response to my last twitter conversation. This is the email associated with the account and the phone number is ***-***-****, name is Angie Lopez.**I was not even able to "carefully check my order". The page was loading and I clicked on the screen and that spot happened to be the place order button. I did not use the app but used the website. How am I supposed to cancel through the website? I frantically looked and asked for help before the order was delivered. I even tried to change the tip amount (I didn't even see what that was when the order was immediately placed) and thought that went through since it said submitted and took my rating. but it didn't which I don't understand, I did that before the hour was up. If you look at my past orders I am not that generous, especially for an order that was a * minute bike ride away. **It's not even food that I can make a few meals out of, it's a bunch of cinnamon rolls that are probably already stale. I was only placing the items in my cart to see if the buy * get * works. Look at the order, it is a bunch of buy * get * cinnamon rolls and a very expensive (automatic) tip. I wouldn't even be going through all this effort if money weren't tight for me and I could actually eat the food. I make very few ubereats orders as a special occasion and after today's experience I doubt I will ever order again. Please reconsider and offer a refund. I never received an email or text about the order to try to cancel but I did receive a text asking me to rate my support today which I find very curious. **This is an honest account of the situation, I'm not looking for a freebie as I said I can't even make meals out of old cinnamon rolls. How do I cancel an order made through the webpage? I would like a full refund for the accidental order and tip, to me this was a very expensive click on the wrong part of the screen at the wrong time.**Thank you.
