I made an order at 5:30 pm EST, and expected delivery by 6:25 pm. The delivery kept getting delayed with a change of drivers to Regina. After multiple delays, the order arrived around 7:04 pm missing the potato skins. I contacted Mona at O'Charley's at 6:04 pm and she confirmed the order was ready for pickup. When I raised my concerns to Mona, she mentioned the order might have been eaten by the driver as there were no orders under the heater. Despite the various mishaps, I am asking for a full refund due to this disappointing experience. The situation was a letdown and unacceptable, leading me to seek a resolution for this unsatisfactory service from both sides.

I encountered two issues recently. On March 1, [redacted], I had an order # 32BA6. The driver claimed to have dropped off my food at my door, but the picture he sent wasn't of my door. When I confirmed I was at the door, he asked me to come down. Upon receiving the food, it was open, missing items, and the packaging was torn. I contacted the bakery, who assured me this was unusual. I disposed of the food and request a refund due to this incident. Yesterday, on March 11, [redacted], I placed order #AC800 and the driver falsely marked the food as delivered on the app. After denoting my dissatisfaction, he called to correct his mistake. Despite stating he was close, it took him 25 minutes to arrive, and the food was disheveled with smaller portions. I had to reorder and requested a tightly sealed package. I recently logged into my Uber Eats account and encountered an issue with an outdated address causing a cancellation fee. Despite trying to quickly update my information after placing an order, I was charged $45 due to the restaurant suddenly being out of range. I am extremely frustrated with the inadequate customer service I received over the weekend. I placed an order on Saturday, March 13, with Order #2F2FC. Upon receiving my order, I found the chicken undercooked, the fries cold and soggy, all poorly packaged, and my order notes were not followed by the restaurant. I reached out to support via the app, provided pictures, and explained the issue to a customer service representative. Despite this, the rep focused on the delivery instead of the quality of the food. Subsequently, I requested a refund, but the rep only acknowledged my feedback and said they would contact the restaurant. I continued to demand a refund, as the pictures should have sufficed as evidence of the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied as I was unable to eat my order, resulting in wasted money. I insist on a refund for my order or I will continue to pursue this matter.

I placed an order last week for a Cappuccino Frappe from Coffee Tree Cinépolis. Unfortunately, when I received it, the frappe was spilled, and only half of it was left. The delivery person who brought it, called Uber Eats support, and they instructed me to pay for the order to receive a refund to my Uber Eats account. However, I haven't received the refund, and I've been trying to contact Uber Eats customer support without success. I utilized the UberEats promo "Spend R150 to get R100 off" when placing my recent order. The Checkout amount correctly showed R67.54, indicating the promo was applied successfully. However, my bank statement reflects a deduction of R167.54, indicating that the promo was not applied. Despite my attempts to cancel the order, including contacting the restaurant and requesting the delivery person to cancel it (which they agreed to), the issue persists. I am displeased with this situation and kindly request a refund for the excess amount charged. My order included Party 16, a Creme Soda drink, and a soulful sauce, all from Chicken Lucien.

I am having trouble reaching customer service. I have a promo code, GET30US, for $30 off, but it's invalid. Last month, I placed an order at New Orleans Daquiri restaurant, but it was cancelled due to the driver being over an hour late. The promo code should still be valid even if the order was cancelled. It's frustrating to receive emails with a code that doesn't work.

I placed a delivery order today on the Uber Eats app from Twisted Tenders in Oxford, AL. The order was delayed due to the bad weather and high demand. Unfortunately, I discovered that a whole order of hot wings was missing. I reported this on the app, and they promptly assured me it would be refunded. However, I later received an email from Uber Eats questioning my multiple recent refund requests, which I found offensive. This is only the second time I've requested a refund, with the first being a previous long delay. While the issue was resolved, receiving automated emails advising against refunds was not respectful. Additionally, I received numerous messages offering discounts that had already expired, showing a lack of attention to detail. As someone with extensive experience in customer service, I believe Uber Eats should handle these situations more professionally to maintain customer satisfaction. Remember, there are other food delivery options available.

I made an order through the Tropical Smoothie app at [redacted] Annapolis Rd in Lanham, MD on 3/18/[redacted] for a 1:25pm delivery, with a 1:50pm latest estimate. As of now, it's 2pm, and the new estimate is 2:20pm due to no available driver. I opted for priority delivery to have my lunch by 1:25pm, but there have been delays. I attempted to cancel my order and contact customer service, but the high call volume resulted in the call disconnecting. The app shows a driver, Marissa, waiting at 2:06pm. Despite using Uber Eats regularly without issues, this experience has been disappointing. I request a refund of the priority fee as the delivery was not prioritized. Today, I placed an order with Jamaican Caribbean Homestyle restaurant in Lasalle, Quebec using the UberEats app. Unfortunately, the app displayed incorrect menu information, resulting in the wrong food being delivered. Despite the restaurant owner's attempts to inform UberEats multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I had ordered Oxtail Soup, but received the Oxtail Dinner instead, as the restaurant does not offer the soup. The UberEats menu does not even list the Oxtail Dinner option. The Help function does not provide a way to address UberEats errors, the chat and email options do not work, and there is no phone number available in Canada. UberEats should update its menu to prevent such errors and provide customers with effective ways to resolve issues caused by menu discrepancies.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my recent Uber Eats order from three days ago. Order #[redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to contact support through the app, I have not received any responses. After placing my order on Wednesday night and realizing the items were not available, I promptly canceled the order. However, I was still charged the full amount of $46, even though the order was canceled due to unavailability. The lack of concern and unhelpful responses from the agents through the chat feature have been frustrating. I have every right to request a refund for an order that was not fulfilled as expected. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance and professionalism displayed.

I placed an order for food last night around 8:30. The estimated delivery time was 20-30 minutes, and a driver accepted the order. However, the delivery time was delayed three times. I tried to contact the driver twice, but did not receive a response. When the food finally arrived at 9:30, it was cold and unappetizing. I reached out multiple times on the UberEats app, but have not heard back. I am disappointed as $20 and a discount code was wasted. I am seeking a refund and a new discount code for my next order.

I have faced an issue where three delivery drivers have mistakenly come to my address for Uber Eats deliveries, even though I have not placed any orders since January [redacted]. I work at McDonald's and I encountered an issue with one of your Uber Eats drivers. This driver displayed rude behavior, a disrespectful attitude, and did not adhere to our COVID protocols. They also exhibited homophobic, sexist, and racist behavior. I am requesting either assistance in addressing this matter immediately by suspending the driver for a week or ensuring they do not return to our restaurant. The incident occurred on 03/19/21 between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm for order livraison 0AACD. I kindly ask for your cooperation in locating this driver through your system to have a conversation with him, receive an apology, and impose a suspension. Thank you.

I made an order through the app and initially provided my home address. However, the app defaulted to a different address outside the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant to request a different driver for delivery, but they said they couldn't help. Consequently, the driver left my food at the restaurant. I had to reorder from the same restaurant and oddly, the same driver who left my first order at the restaurant also delivered my replacement order. I've ended up paying twice for the same order that could have been delivered initially. I would like a refund for the first order since it was possible to deliver it.

I placed two orders on 3/11/21. The first order did not arrive after receiving various updates. I never got a call when it supposedly arrived and it was canceled. The second order had the same updates but was delivered. I've contacted customer service multiple times for a refund as I was charged for both orders. I'm disappointed with the handling of this situation and considering not using this service anymore. I keep getting texts saying they responded to my inquiries, but nothing has been resolved. Hello, I attempted to address my concerns through the help section on the website and on Twitter but received generic responses that did not apply to my situation. I do not use the app. I have seen others receive refunds for minor issues like missing toppings on their pizza. I am politely explaining my situation in hopes of receiving a refund. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to cancel an order placed on the website. I was instructed to cancel through the app initially, despite stating I didn't use it. I encountered difficulty before the order was delivered and tried to change the tip amount without success. The order consists of multiple cinnamon rolls and an expensive tip that I cannot afford. I rarely use Uber Eats and this experience has been frustrating. I am not seeking a free meal, just a full refund for the accidental order. I ordered from La Poutine for delivery between 2:45-3:00pm, placing the order at noon. The driver picked it up at 2:09pm but didn't deliver until 3:55pm, leaving the food cold and soggy. The driver was rude and didn't address the issue, just walking away. I couldn't eat the food and had to cancel plans to eat. I'm requesting a full refund for the meal, delivery, and any other charges, not just a credit. Ubereats should have a direct and responsive phone line for problems like this. It seems intentionally difficult to contact you, making issue resolution slow and unprofessional, showing a lack of customer care.
