Hello. I’ve been constantly complaining on my Uber Eats app about an order I made * days ago. Day after day I contact support on my Uber Eats app about my order ***F** and absolutely NO ONE has responded. I spoke to *-* different agents on the app and none were able to help me nor were concern with my problem. I made an order on Wednesday night. After a few minutes I proceeded to cancel my order because I received a receipt stating that all the items that I had ordered weren’t available, yet I was still charged and not even notified before hand. I no longer desired my order so I canceled it and I was charged THE FULL AMOUNT. Regardless of the fact everything I initially ordered wasn’t even available. I shouldn’t have to pay $** for absolutely NOTHING. I canceled within minutes and I had every single right to do so because it wasn’t fulfilled to my liking. I am being charged $** for changing my mind. The lack of concern with your agents is unacceptable. I haven’t received any responses to my constant messages on my account. All the agents I spoke to through the chat were the least concerned. I waited so long for an agent to even become available and when I finally spoke to one they ended the chat without assisting me and refused to help. The second agent claimed they were having technical difficulties and couldn’t assist me either. The third agent promised someone qualified would contact me to help and of course nobody did. I want a refund. I am extremely furious with the lack of concern and assistance. I had all right to cancel my order in an adequate and appropriate amount of time. I shouldn’t be charged when I didn’t receive anything and wasn’t serviced at all. I want my refund and I would likely never use your app for my personal use ever again. This is so frustrating and unprofessional.
