Hello, I attempted to reach Uber Eats by phone, but the service was unavailable. When I tried to resolve the issue on the app, it did not help. I placed an order for nearly $[redacted] worth of sushi from Kissake Omakase in Greenwich, Connecticut. When I got the order, two items were missing. The restaurant acknowledged the error by offering me dessert instead of one sushi roll and didn't include the spicy mayo I paid for. While I appreciate the gesture, I would have preferred a refund. I am disappointed with the situation and hope for a resolution. Thank you.

I received a promo code for my order, which I placed on Monday, January 25th, with a scheduled delivery on Friday, January 29th between 12 to 12:30 pm. Upon checking my order status, I noticed that the nugget was unavailable. I selected an alternative, but my promo code was not applied, and I was charged the full price. Today, my wife placed an order for milk tea on the app. Unfortunately, the courier accidentally spilled the milk tea in the corridor. Despite the mishap, the courier did not apologize to my wife and even raised his voice at her. He instructed my wife to contact the restaurant herself, but there was no visible phone number provided on the app or website. The courier continued to shout at my wife, expressing his frustration for spending 15 minutes on the issue. It is clear that the courier displayed a significant attitude problem and lacked proper customer service skills. My wife was left in tears after the incident. I am very upset about the situation. To date, we have not been contacted, nor has the money been refunded. I am awaiting your response and hoping for a satisfactory resolution.

I had a delivery mishap with a driver in midtown Atlanta. She canceled my order due to frustration with the GPS leading her to the wrong building. When she called, she seemed agitated, and despite trying to assist, she declined my help. I've raised this GPS issue with Uber Eats before, but it hasn't been resolved. Many drivers in Atlanta are unfamiliar with the area and struggle with navigation. The driver's demeanor was disrespectful, and my order was never delivered. I request a refund for this failed delivery experience, as it was not my fault.

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and regular fries from Five Guys in East Lansing, MI at 7:00pm EST on 1/30/21. A driver picked up my order, but when it was my turn to receive it, I couldn't track the order or contact the driver. I also didn't get a notification that my order was cancelled. Despite a pending charge on my credit card, I didn't receive an email receipt. I feel like my order disappeared, and I was still charged. I request a refund for the order. After a 12-hour care shift yesterday, I decided to order KFC for dinner, hoping for a quick and easy meal. I placed my order and payment was processed. Unfortunately, the delivery time kept getting delayed, causing frustration as the estimated time shifted from 9:55pm to 10:05pm. Upon contacting KFC, they informed me that they had not been notified of the order by Uber Eats, even though the website displayed delivery estimates. Eventually, at 10:45pm, I received a message stating my order was cancelled and refunded. It was disappointing to have my expectations dashed, especially after a long day of work. Going to bed hungry after this ordeal was truly upsetting and unacceptable. I have screenshots documenting the sequence of events.

I had a disappointing experience with an Ubereats delivery from McDonald's. The notifications claimed two different drivers delivered my order, Ioan and then Eleas, to the wrong address (number 44 instead of my 27). Despite my efforts through the Ubereats app and email, I received no resolution. Customer service falsely stated the driver called me (not true) and waited outside for 14 minutes. I am frustrated with the lies and lack of assistance. I demand a refund for the undelivered food, although Ubereats keeps sending unhelpful responses. I warned them I will take legal action due to their shameful treatment of customers. Refunding the money to my card is necessary, and while I doubt an apology will come, it would be appreciated.

I encountered an issue with my Subway order for £30.08 placed through UberEats. The order was set for delivery between 12-12:30pm. The Uber driver called at 11:50am, I missed the call, returned it at noon, and he said he had already left and canceled the order. I reached out to Uber via the support app, but they mentioned they can't help as the driver called and waited for 8 minutes. I clarified that my order wasn't due before noon, but Uber keeps sending generic responses disregarding my concerns. I tried calling Uber to speak with a person instead of the repetitive app messages, but got disconnected as they claimed I didn't have a pending order. I'm upset by Uber's service as they charged me for undelivered food. Paying £30 for food I didn't receive is disappointing, considering I've used Uber services multiple times without such a disheartening experience. I'm requesting a full refund due to the non-delivery of my food.

Hello, I have experienced issues with some orders from a store where either the wrong items were sent or the items had poor quality. Ubereats has refunded me for some of them, as shown below. However, I still haven't received refunds for a few old transactions. The money has not been returned to me, despite not receiving these orders according to my transaction history. I have only received a refund of $12.00 so far. I find it unprofessional that Uber promises refunds but has not refunded items from transactions that are over 6-7 months old. I intend to escalate this matter with my bank's customer service team. I have supporting documents for this but unfortunately cannot attach them here.

I received a $25 discount and free delivery offer for the Super Bowl, so I decided to order a large meal for my family to enjoy. I got a notification that Kathy had picked up my order with an estimated delivery time. However, the car icon kept delaying, and eventually disappeared with a message stating they couldn't find a driver. I contacted the restaurant after hours of waiting, and they explained that the food had been ready but couldn't be served due to safety reasons without a driver. Despite my attempts to cancel the order, it didn't go through. I had to contact the manager again to cancel it for me. This was my first time using Uber Eats, and unfortunately, I ended up having sandwiches for the rest of the game instead.

I recently ordered food and it arrived cold, which I didn't mind due to the snowy weather. However, I was shocked to find the hotdog bun was stale, had a foul smell, mold in the corners, and the meat was chewy and smelly. When I contacted the restaurant, the chef was unprofessional and hung up on me. Luckily, Maneer was understanding and agreed to a refund through Uber Eats. I'm currently facing difficulties processing the refund. I have reported the restaurant to food standards and am appalled that Uber Eats allows such low-quality places on their platform. I am demanding a full refund and will escalate the issue if not resolved.

I signed up for Uber, added a gift card, but it didn't work. I contacted customer service to close my account and got an email saying I had credit. They gave me a PIN#, different from the original gift card. I tried using it on a friend's Uber Eats app. The original card said it was used on another account. When I tried the new PIN, I got a "problem loading card" error multiple times. The $50 gift card feels unusable now. Thank you.

Recently, I reviewed my debit card transactions and noticed several unauthorized charges from Uber Eats in California on February 3rd ($18.19 and $2.52) and February 4th ($32.61). Additionally, there are two pending charges of $17.20 and $21.78. To secure my account, I have already cancelled my card. Despite reaching out to Chase bank for assistance, they advised me to contact Uber Eats directly for resolution. While I would appreciate a refund, I am open to receiving credit directly on my Uber account as a resolution. Thank you.

I ordered a Big Mac meal with fries and a large Sprite without ice. At the checkout, my old cell phone was inactive, and with the new one on the way, I can't receive verification messages. Can you please call for voice verification on my home phone at 1-[redacted] until I get my new phone?

I placed an order around 5:30 pm for our friends in Milford, Ohio. An hour later, they called Cracker Barrel to check on the order. Unfortunately, they were told that there was no Uber Eats order for them. We are located in Clayton, GA, and wanted to assist our friends who were not feeling well. Due to the delay, they ended up having to cook dinner themselves. The food finally arrived at 7:30 pm, which is unacceptable. We are requesting a full refund for this inconvenience. Thank you, John.

Hello, I would like to request a full refund for my order. I am very unhappy with the service as my meal ended up in the trash, and we couldn't eat anything due to the terrible quality! The food was cold, items were missing, and the quality of the food was awful. The ingredients did not seem fresh at all; they looked like they had been stored for a long time. Hello, I am a delivery driver living in Reims, France. I am unhappy with User Eats as they have suddenly made my account inactive without any explanation. Hello, I recently placed my first UberEats order, and unfortunately, it might be my last after encountering some issues. My son used a $20 promo code which didn't apply to the order. Additionally, when the food arrived, both meals were missing their main components, only including fries and a drink. I tried to report the issues through the app, but after reporting one problem, it prevented me from reporting the second one stating I already requested a refund, even though the reporting process wasn't completed. Last night, I attempted multiple times to cancel my order from McDonald’s. I was charged over $12 for a medium French fry, which was way more than expected. Additionally, I encountered another issue with the Uber pass being added to my order without my consent. I don't order food frequently enough to benefit from the eats pass. Trying to reach customer service was incredibly challenging. I find it frustrating and prefer using DoorDash instead due to the lack of problems I encounter compared to this experience.
