On Friday, January 15, [redacted], I placed an order at 8:17 pm. The order finally arrived at 10:04 pm after calling the restaurant multiple times. It was the worst experience I've had with any delivery service. The food was completely cold, and items were missing. I contacted the restaurant, but they directed me to Uber Eats. I spent a total of $60.11 plus a $6.01 tip. I am extremely dissatisfied and requesting a full refund of $66.12 back to my credit card. I submitted a request through the site and received an email offering a credit of only $10.13, which is unacceptable. This treatment of a new customer is truly disappointing. I received a promo code for Uber Eats but encountered issues using it. The code "CA**EATS**" was supposed to give me a discount if I spend a certain amount, but it didn't work when I tried to place my order. The code was valid until January **, but I couldn't get any support to resolve the problem. I would appreciate it if I could receive a new code that works so I can finally try Uber Eats.

I have noticed a charge on my VISA statement from Uber Eats for $33.12 on December 20, [redacted]. After reaching out to Uber Eats multiple times, they advised me to contact my bank. The bank confirmed the payment but suggested contacting Uber Eats for a refund. I am confused because I cannot find a $33.12 order in my order history. I have been trying to resolve this for a while now and haven't received a satisfactory response from Uber Eats. I believe I deserve a refund for an order I did not make. It's frustrating to be charged for something I never purchased and cannot trace back to any legitimate transaction. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

The order was prepared on time, but it took almost an hour and a half for someone to deliver it to me. When I finally received it, the food was cold! I tried to explain this to UberEats and all they said was they would improve in the future. I asked, "How does that help me now?" They mentioned a wait time and a latest arrival time, but both kept changing. Shouldn't the latest time be fixed? Where is the accountability on their part? Is it always the weather or my fault? Despite my complaints, they kept closing my case and disregarding me. I am extremely upset and demanding answers. I expect some form of compensation for an order over $20 that was delivered cold and much later than expected.

Yesterday, on 16/1/21, I placed an order that did not arrive. The driver informed me that the restaurant had no record of my order and refused to release the food. Despite reaching out to Uber's helpline, they were unable to assist. I then made a second order from the same restaurant, which was delivered late. Subsequently, I have been in communication with Uber via email regarding a refund for the initial undelivered order, but they have declined. If I do not receive a refund within the next 48 hours for the missing order due to Ubereats' error, I will escalate my complaint. Feel free to contact me if you need more details. Thank you.

Suite à l'ajout de l'extension de mon activité pour Uber Eats, la Chambre de Commerce m'a indiqué de fournir une attestation de vigilance après avoir dépassé un certain montant. J'ai soumis l'attestation que l'Urssaf m'a envoyée, mais Uber la refuse malgré qu'elle soit légale. Uber a bloqué mon compte en dépit du fait que l'Urssaf n'émet pas d'attestation si tout n'est pas en règle. Merci de prendre en considération ma situation. Hello, I need help with an issue I encountered while trying to order food on Ubereats. On January 14, [redacted], I attempted to use a referral promo for $25 off, inviting a friend to dine together. However, we faced several problems. The app repeatedly indicated that the restaurant and delivery locations were too far apart. Additionally, my friend could not pay in cash at checkout, as advertised. I purchased a $50 gift card to cover the meal, but despite following all instructions, the gift card was not applied as expected, requiring a credit/debit card for the remaining balance. I am requesting a $50 refund for the gift card. This experience has led us to no longer use Ubereats for food delivery. I believe loyal customers like myself deserve better treatment. Best, Pamela.

I placed an order on Ubereats, but the delivery never arrived. I received a message stating that the driver waited, attempted to contact us, and then left. However, we did not receive any calls, messages, or knocks on the door. We were charged for the undelivered order plus service and delivery fees. Despite our efforts to resolve this with Ubereats, we only received confirmation that the driver tried to deliver but couldn't reach us. We reached out to the restaurant, and they confirmed the driver never returned with the order. We are requesting proof of the delivery attempts as this is the first issue we have encountered with Ubereats. The order number is 8206C, and it was placed by my sister, Mushtaaq Saleh, who resides at the same address.

I have encountered issues with my orders being canceled twice because the drivers failed to follow the directions to locate me at an unnamed road that appears on Google Maps. I am frustrated and demand a full refund along with compensation for my next meal. If this matter is not resolved, I will share my negative experience with others. The driver named Thomas failed to find my location despite providing clear directions to GP Transco headquarters, resulting in the cancellation of my order from El Molcajete Mexican Restaurant. I expect the driver to be dismissed, a refund of $22.67 for my order, and a $25 credit on my account.

My Uber Eats delivery drivers have repeatedly taken my orders to the wrong apartment complex by mistake. They seem to ignore the GPS directions and deliver to the complex before mine, providing photos at random green doors while my complex only has tan doors. Despite reporting the issue through the app, the customer support agents I connected with did not fully understand my concerns and referred me to scripted responses about documenting my refund requests. This happened with two different drivers in one night, causing confusion and impacting my orders. I have visuals of the incorrect deliveries to support my claim, showing screenshots of the delivery photos and my tan front door. I simply seek acknowledgment that the drivers failed to follow GPS directions properly, leading to these mistakes. It is frustrating to be flagged as suspicious when the issue lies with the drivers' errors, not my actions. I hope for a resolution beyond scripted responses and for someone to acknowledge the discrepancy between the delivered locations and my actual address.

Hello, I am currently in the process of applying to become a delivery driver for UberEATS. Approximately two years ago, I began the application process in a different city but was unable to finish it as I did not possess my own Citizenship Certificate at that time. Now, with my own certificate in hand, I am trying to complete my application. However, I am facing issues with some of my identification documents, such as vehicle registration, not being accepted due to my current location in a different city. I would like to report an issue with my recent UberEats order number 8FFFF. I was charged $36.97 for food that was never delivered. The restaurant processing my order informed me that one item was unavailable. I contacted Woodys Wing house to see if we could substitute the item, but they insisted I had to modify the order through the app. However, I was unable to reach customer service to make the change. Despite my efforts, Woodys Wing house did not cooperate or offer a solution, leading me to cancel the order. In the past, other restaurants or UberEats have contacted me for substitutions, but Woodys Wing house did not. I called immediately after realizing the issue, but Woodys had already started preparing the order without giving me the opportunity to make changes. Furthermore, the customer service was unfriendly. I am seeking a full refund of $36.97 since the order was canceled and no items were received.

I have recently experienced repeated issues with my Uber Eats orders and have unintentionally been receiving refunds for them. Despite providing evidence of the problems with my orders such as burnt food, wrong items, and spilled drinks through photos, I continuously get accused of falsely requesting refunds. The app automatically provides refunds when I leave a review detailing the issues, and it is not a deliberate choice on my part. The accusations have left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, especially since I am simply trying to provide feedback on the service and the quality of my orders. It is disappointing to be misunderstood in this way, as I rely on Uber Eats for convenient food delivery.

Good afternoon, I'm Cherise. I reached out using my phone number [redacted] regarding an order placed on Uber Eats at the Jamaican restaurant, The Smokehouse, on 1/22/21 at 5:30 pm EST. The delivery was originally scheduled for 6:20 pm but arrived two hours late at 7:30 pm due to multiple delays. Initially, a cyclist named Kang was supposed to deliver my order, followed by two more unnamed cyclists. Despite the delays, I spoke with a helpful person named Chris from the restaurant, who informed me that my order had been ready for a while but faced delays due to the crowd. Finally, Gurjot managed to pick up my order, communicating with me throughout the process. Despite living close to the restaurant, the delivery took two hours, leaving me disappointed with the service provided by the other cyclists/drivers.

Hello, on Saturday, 23/01/21 at 9:37 pm, I fell victim to a scam by one of your delivery drivers: Nathan! My KFC order placed through your app (€87.24 without a tip and €95.96 with a tip). There were three of us waiting at the bottom of our building at the scheduled time. I received a call from [redacted]51 where I couldn't hear anyone, so I immediately called back and got a message saying "We are unable to connect you to the call... go to the help section in the app." I tried calling this number several times without success. I then contacted KFC in Montigny-les-Cormeilles at [redacted], who told me that the driver did not bring back my order, and on top of that, he canceled it even though I paid for it by credit card and with a tip! I request an immediate delivery or a refund of the €95.96 I paid for nothing. Family evening ruined!!! Please contact me at [redacted]. I have evidence of this delay with pictures from the Uber Eats app. The delay was due to Uber Eats not assigning a driver, as confirmed by the restaurant and the app. Despite multiple attempts to contact Uber Eats for support, I received no assistance. I have experienced this issue twice now, with deliveries arriving hours late. The phone numbers provided lead to dead ends, and the emails receive automated responses redirecting me to the website, which also offers no solution to my problem. I am seeking a refund for this order due to the lack of communication and support from Uber Eats.

Dear Customer Support, I am writing to address an issue with a recent UberEATS order I placed this Sunday. While browsing through the app, I unintentionally added items to my cart from Sam's Chicken (Wood Green) and mistakenly confirmed the order. Despite trying to remove the items immediately after, I found no option to do so. Additionally, the order did not reflect several promotional offers listed on the menu. I have encountered nothing but issues with your "UBER EATS" platform. This evening marks my fifth failed attempt at placing an order. I am currently stuck with an order pending as I couldn't proceed with checking out. My initial $9.75 order ended up showing at $22 due to various additional fees like "small order fee," "service fee," and "delivery fee" which I couldn't adjust or cancel. Despite trying to seek assistance on the website and through the chat line, I got no resolution. After investing two frustrating hours, I have decided not to place the order. Uber Eats, your lack of follow-up is disappointing. I plan to report this poor service experience to the BBB.

My order did not arrive at [redacted] E Virginia Ave Apt 3, Phoenix, AZ [redacted]. I need Ontario to deliver my order properly. Please call me at [redacted] before I contact the BBB, FTC, or FCC. $31 was deducted from my account for undelivered items. I received a refund of $26.86 but $31.11 was withdrawn. Why should I tip when the delivery went to the wrong address? A delivery person should be able to read addresses correctly. Why should I tip someone who delivered to the wrong place?

I have a $50 gift card with a code that got scratched off unclearly. I shared a picture of the back of the card with UberEats support via the app. They have been advising me to add the card in the wallet app by selecting Apple card, but when I try on my XR phone, there is no list popping up as they suggest. I have reiterated this to them with images, but they keep repeating the same steps since Sunday, January 24, [redacted]. I've even reinstalled the wallet app, but the issue persists. I asked for an alternative solution and just need a new code for my gift card.
