I encountered an issue when ordering from my local Whataburger. Initially, my card was declined, and after contacting the card support line, I found out Uber Eats had charged me $1.20 for no purchase. When my card finally went through, the total was $26.00 for the food, and I added a $2 tip. After placing the order successfully, I assumed it was paid for. However, upon receiving the food from the Uber driver and rating them, the app indicated the food hadn't been paid for. I still have $30.00 on my card. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this as I would not have accepted the food if I had known it wasn't paid for.

I ordered 1 Chocolate Milkshake and 1 Vanilla Milkshake from Jack In The Box. However, when my driver arrived, he informed me that the restaurant wasn't making milkshakes and offered alternatives. I opted for a refund, but was told to request it through the app due to their policy. After contacting them, Mitchell mentioned I had too many disputes/refunds, and they couldn't make any adjustments. I am seeking a refund for the price of the milkshakes as I don't think I should be penalized for the mistakes made by your restaurants and drivers. My order #2906E was placed on 1/06/[redacted].

Hello, I am concerned that my Uber EATS account was compromised on 07/11/[redacted]. The individual gained unauthorized access to my account at 10:37, attempted to alter my phone number and password, and proceeded to place five orders to an address I suspect belongs to them. Payment for the orders, totaling £[redacted].96, was made using my Paypal account linked to Uber EATS, which in turn is connected to my bank account. I have attempted to seek help through the in-app contact service but have not received clear assistance. The suspect altered the address and phone number in the app, which are not my usual preferences. I am seeking a refund for these unauthorized purchases, potentially resulting from a data breach at Uber. I have reported this incident to the police under report number NFRC[redacted]54. I received an email from Ubber Eats with a £15 off voucher code for orders before January 11th. I placed my order on January 9th, but the code didn't work, so I had to pay the full amount. This has happened before with Just Eat, and I didn't receive a refund after a dispute, leading me to cancel my account. The same issue is now arising with Ubber Eats. I want to know how to get a refund for the £15 back to my card. If there's no resolution, I'll be cancelling my account and resorting to calling restaurants directly. The voucher code in question is HNYDEALUK.

My order was incomplete, the driver couldn't find my house and I had to search for her. The food was cold, and Uber refunded me in October after instructing me to keep it. Surprisingly, on January 6th, Uber charged my card minus the convenience fee without authorization. I'm frustrated and now considering involving corporate and informing my family and friends about this issue with Uber.

On 01/9/21, I placed Order#05E3C for $61.67 with an estimated delivery time of 1:30pm. A female caller contacted me at 1:46pm, which I assumed was related to my Uber driver, to confirm my address. Despite my attempts to provide more specific location details via text, the driver did not contact me. At 1:57pm, an Ubereats representative informed me that my delivery was canceled by the driver who had my food, mentioning that the restaurant no longer served my area and that a refund would not be issued. I found this conflicting as I live near the restaurant and had received an Ubereats delivery previously on 12/27/20. Feeling uneasy, I signed up for a DoorDash account, ordered from the same McDonald's location, and received my food at 2:56pm.

I placed an order with Smashburger, but there was an issue with the delivery address leading to a mix-up. The driver advised me to contact support to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, we couldn't change the address. As a result, she canceled the order, and I reordered on Uber Eats as instructed. However, I ended up being double-charged for the order. When the delivery arrived, it was left outside my door in the cold without a knock, resulting in frozen food and missing items. This disappointing experience cost me $75 for an incomplete meal. Similarly, I had an incorrect order from Popeyes through Uber Eats the day before, which also couldn't be corrected. It's frustrating to have had two disappointing experiences in a row with Uber Eats.

I have an Uber Eats account. Last Thursday, December 31, [redacted], my bank flagged three unauthorized transactions totaling £[redacted].84 from my account. The transactions are as follows: 1. Unrecognized payment to McDonald's (Eden Street) for £29.75 (Order #80AEA) 2. Unrecognized payment to Smoked and Bones (Bow) for £29.69 (Order #E8C31) 3. Unrecognized payment to Wan for £44.40 (Order #F9D53) I have attempted to reach out to Uber Eats through the in-app support with no resolution. When contacting their Uber Support UK Twitter page, I only receive automated responses indicating they have followed up in-app, which is not the case as I have not received any response there.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding an incident that occurred on Tuesday, January 5th when my coworker and I placed an order on UberEats for lunch. This is a routine occurrence in our office, but this time we encountered some issues. I suggested Mexican food, and my coworker made the order on her app. Despite being informed of a 30-45 minute wait time, the delivery was significantly delayed. The restaurant confirmed the food was ready, but a driver could not be found. We were unable to leave the building, so we waited for over an hour and ultimately went without lunch. Despite my coworker's efforts to request a refund through customer service, we were informed it was not possible. This situation left us and other colleagues upset. I have received refunds in the past for smaller issues, so I am disappointed by the lack of assistance this time, especially considering the total cost of $29 including taxes and fees. I was charged for an order that I canceled within two minutes. The order was going to the wrong location, so I had to cancel. I placed another order to the correct location, but I was also charged for the canceled one. I was locked out of my Uber Eats account and had to reset my password. Now, I cannot access my order history to provide an order number. I was billed $[redacted].86 on 12-31-20 and $[redacted].87 on 1-4-21 from my bank account for two different orders from Eastern Peak. One of these orders was canceled. I have a picture of the canceled order placed at both locations on December 30th, [redacted], at 6:55 pm. Please reimburse my account for the canceled order.

I discovered a $74.26 unauthorized charge on my PC Financial Mastercard for Ubereats on Jan 11, [redacted]. I have never used any food delivery services in Winnipeg. I already reported this fraudulent charge to my credit card customer service yesterday. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the customer service number because it requires a 10-digit phone number associated with the Ubereats account, which I don't have. I wish to clarify that I do not have an Ubereats account with your company. The PC Financial Mastercard customer service advised me to inform your company and request the removal of any account information you may have. I am interested in re-running my background check through CHKR or a similar service. When I applied for Uber Eats previously, an issue arose where my background check indicated a suspended license. This information is inaccurate as my license has always been valid. A few years back, I renewed my Washington license while living in Seattle. Upon moving back to Florida, I was pulled over for possessing an out-of-state license. I then renewed my Florida license, providing proof of its validity. Despite this, a check conducted in July incorrectly displayed a suspended license due to an unpaid ticket on my previously un-updated Florida license. I attempted to contact CHKR, but they mentioned that only Uber can address this discrepancy. I believe there may be a delay in the system updating due to reduced government operations amid the pandemic. I am eager to resolve this as my current Florida license is up to date and valid. If the ticket had not been paid, my license would have been suspended, but it is not. Please assist me in rectifying this issue promptly so I can resume working with Uber Eats.

On the Uber Eats app from McDonald's, there was a promotion for a buy one get one free deal that I was excited to use. I placed an order for chicken nuggets and spicy Cajun burger meals, expecting the correct quantity due to the offer. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I only received one of each item instead of two. This was very disappointing and frustrating for me. I even contacted the McDonald's location in Mount Edgecombe Phoenix, and the manager, Purity, seemed unaware of the promotion. It appears many customers are facing similar issues. I request either a refund or the correct order to compensate for this error. It was quite inconvenient for me, and I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Uber delivered cold food to me, and I believe it was due to my mistake. I have used the service frequently, but after tonight's experience, I am hesitant to use it again. The delivery person placed my hot food next to my ice cream, resulting in a disappointing meal. As a diabetic woman, this oversight left me without proper food. Uber Eats seems to be making excuses instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with this McDonald's location. I plan to contact them in the morning to address the problem. I always check my food immediately upon arrival and, unfortunately, it was cold. I just seek the refund I am entitled to. Thank you for allowing me to share my concern regarding my experience with Uber Eats.

I currently have an existing Ubereats account linked to the email address "[redacted]" The old phone number associated with this account is [redacted], which I no longer have access to. I am able to access the account's email and need assistance in gaining access to the account and updating the phone number. The new number I wish to use, [redacted], is connected to a previous Ubereats account from the previous owner of this phone number. I am unable to verify my old account as it requires an SMS code sent to the old number. Once I regain access, I would like to change the phone number on my account to the new one, which is currently assigned to the previous owner's account.

My food delivery did not show up on time. Despite being promised a delivery between [redacted] and [redacted], I waited at the building entrance from [redacted] to [redacted] with no sign of the delivery person. After speaking with a security guard who saw two delivery riders chatting at the far end of the street, I realized this has happened before. The delivery drivers seem to assume the property is at the well-lit western end of the street and don't explore further down. UberEats claimed the driver waited for 12 minutes outside our building, but they must have been at the wrong location. Despite their claim of contacting me, my fully charged phone did not ring. I reached out to the restaurant and UberEats, but the response was unsatisfactory. This experience feels like a scam.

I have been a frequent customer of this establishment and have never encountered any issues until now, which is quite disappointing. Two of my coworkers ordered food along with me, and both of them fell ill after consuming it. One coworker mentioned that her teriyaki chicken had an unusual taste and color, and the rice seemed off as well. The other coworker also found her chicken to be strange in appearance and smell, and even discovered a hair in her food. Luckily, I have not eaten my meal yet, so I have avoided getting sick. It is already 3:00 PM (E.T.) and I have not had anything to eat. Being in a fast-paced environment working at a skilled nursing facility, we are constantly on the go, providing direct care without breaks. We simply cannot spare the time to purchase another meal or lodge a lengthy complaint. I kindly request a refund and credit for this troubling experience.

I am writing with disappointment regarding my recent experience with Sultan BBQ and Grill. Upon arrival at the restaurant to pick up my order placed through Uber Eats, I was informed of a duplicate order due to a website glitch. Despite the restaurant's suggestion to either have Uber or me cover the cost of the extra order, they refused a refund and hinted at keeping the food. Reluctantly, my family took the duplicate order home to prevent food wastage, leading to an additional $40 expense. This incident has left a negative impression of Uber, and we are hesitant to use their services again. We seek a refund for the duplicate order, as it was not our mistake. I placed an order on December 24, [redacted], and was charged, but my order never arrived. I immediately contacted Uber Eats, got a refund, and the payment issue was resolved. However, their website still shows that I owe £24.14 for that order, preventing me from placing any new orders until it's paid. Despite contacting Uber support, I keep receiving automated responses saying they can't refund me since it's been over 48 hours. I don't need a refund; I just need them to remove the outstanding payment from my account as I've already been reimbursed. Thank you.
