Order #6CO2F Gift Voucher Payment Issue I encountered a problem with my order where the gift voucher was meant to be the payment method, but my credit card was charged for the total order amount including the tip. Although I received a corrected receipt, my credit card, ending in [redacted], was not refunded. I kindly request assistance to refund the overcharged amount to my credit card and apply the gift voucher for future orders as initially intended. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Dolores Barger. I placed an order with Subway on 12/21 totaling $25.05 with a $4.50 tip. After waiting nearly two hours and being informed by Uber Eats that my order was delivered, I did not receive it. Uber Eats advised me that I would be refunded, which has not occurred yet. The payment was made through my PayPal account. Even though it may not seem like much, $30.00 is significant to me. I would be grateful for your assistance in resolving this issue. The salad arrived without dressing, and the food was cold. Despite the issues, the delivery driver was exceptional and friendly. I am requesting a credit as reheating a salad with lettuce is not ideal. I was unable to reach Uber Eats customer service to resolve the problem as they are not accepting phone calls currently. Hello. I recently received an email offering $25 off my first Uber Eats purchase. I added an item to my cart but later removed it to choose something else. Now, the promo code is not showing up, claiming I have already redeemed it, which I have not. I attempted to contact support via phone, but the number was unresponsive. In Uber Eats, my address pin on the map is incorrect. My house should be marked as [redacted] on the road, but it's showing as [redacted], which I know for certain is the address of a close relative. This mix-up causes delivery drivers to either go to the wrong location or waste time trying to locate my house. As a minor, I prefer not to communicate with drivers over the phone, so I rely on delivery notes to inform them about the pin error, although some drivers have disregarded this information in the past. I kindly request for the map to be updated with the correct location of my address to avoid any further inconvenience.

My order was placed an hour ago, but there still isn’t a driver assigned to pick it up. KFC mentioned it’s getting cold on the counter, and they might have to replace it if a driver shows up late. I just noticed online that a driver was finally assigned. Waiting over an hour for someone to pick up my meal is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the service. As a disappointed Eats Pass member, this experience has been very frustrating.

Hello, I ordered Taco Bell tonight, but unfortunately, my delivery was missing two crunchwraps, napkins, diablo sauce, and the items that did arrive were soggy. When contacting the driver, he mentioned it was not his responsibility as he had another delivery route. The driver's response was dismissive and unhelpful. I am disappointed with the quality of the food and found it to be inedible. The driver's attitude was also unprofessional. I was instructed to reach out to you for a resolution. I ordered from Tony's Pizza for New Year's Eve, expecting delivery by 12:15 am. It's now 1:15 am, and my food has not arrived. I called the restaurant, and they explained they were having trouble with their drivers and couldn't reach Uber for assistance. They said my order would be delayed. Later, I received a voicemail stating my food was left on the front steps, but I live downstairs and couldn't find it outside. Despite waiting all night, my order never showed up, and I was still charged for it.

I purchased 2 Uber Eats gift cards for my sister, who just underwent cancer surgery and is struggling to cook for herself and her children. She added the gift cards to her account, showing a balance of £[redacted]. However, when she tries to order food, the app prompts her to input a payment method, but does not give her the option to use the gift card balance in her account. The app claims the gift card has already been used, even though it's redeemed but inaccessible. I urgently need this resolved or a refund issued so she can use the funds. I ordered Uber Eats for dinner on December 31st from IHOP ([redacted]) for $22. Upon receiving the order, I was charged immediately but did not get all the items I ordered. The cheeseburger was missing, and the Pancake Combo was incorrect as it was missing sausages and blueberries. This mishap affected my New Year celebration. I am seeking assistance with my recent food order experience from Applebee's. I ordered through UberEats for myself and four others on December 29. Upon arrival, the food was cold and not up to the usual standard. The breadsticks were brown instead of the usual light golden color and the French onion soup had an unidentifiable blob at the bottom, which was unpleasant. I attempted to address the issue for a refund but encountered difficulties as Applebee's stated they couldn't issue a refund since UberEats processed the payment. I've been trying to reach out for help, but have not received any assistance so far. The only somewhat satisfactory part of the order was the fries, which were for the children. Hello, I placed an order through UBER EATS for New Year's Eve dinner from Grazie in Vaughan, ON, around noon. The delivery was scheduled between 7-7:30 pm. However, at 6 pm, UBER EATS notified me of an issue with my order, and it showed as "unavailable" on the app. I couldn't reach the restaurant, but upon contact, Grazie mentioned my order was prepared but marked as canceled. Despite not canceling, my husband had to pick it up. The lack of service from UBER EATS was disappointing, with no explanation or delivery. I made a purchase on your app, and after the initial charge, I noticed that a double the amount authorization was deducted from my account. I've been struggling to get help with this issue, but every time I lodge a complaint, I receive responses saying they can't assist because I reported it late, even though I reported it on the same day. I keep getting automated messages in my spam folder saying the same thing. Despite being informed that a refund was issued, I haven't seen it reflected in my account. I reached out via email but haven't received a response. This experience with customer service has been quite frustrating. My bank confirmed the double charge, and the funds have not been returned.

I recently made my first Uber Eats order and used a $20 off promo code on a $25 order, along with an additional discount for signing up for monthly deliveries. Unfortunately, my order was canceled due to the unavailability of a delivery person. The compensation offered was $10 off of two future orders, which I find unsatisfactory. This promo code was crucial for me as a customer on a fixed income, as it allowed me to have a special meal. Without it, the costs of delivery fees, taxes, and tips would make it unaffordable for me to reorder the same meal. I feel disappointed as a new customer.

I placed an order at Thai Delight Takeaway on Tuesday, January 5th, at 6:35pm with an initial estimated delivery time of 7:10pm, which was later delayed to 7:30pm, understood by me to be the latest possible time. While tracking the driver on the maps, I noticed they were in Dakabin by 7:20pm. I called the restaurant and confirmed the driver had picked up the food at 7:15pm. Speaking with the driver at 7:30pm, she claimed to have just picked up the food, contradicting the restaurant's information. She assured me a 10-minute delivery time, but looking at the maps, she took an extra 20 minutes, delivering at 7:50pm. The driver mentioned completing another order to Dakabin simultaneously, which was not communicated during our call nor reflected on UberEats. The UberEats status at 7:40pm indicated the driver just picked up the order, 35 minutes past the restaurant's confirmation. The food arrived cold, requiring reheating. I am seeking a refund for the prolonged delivery time resulting in cold food upon arrival, stretching from the 6:35pm order until 7:50pm, totaling 1 hour and 15 minutes, significantly longer than initially indicated.

My name is Gilbert S., and I wanted to share my recent experience with Uber. On December 31st, I ordered dinner from Red Lobster in Monrovia, CA using the Uber app. Unfortunately, despite three different drivers being directed to pick up the order, the restaurant claimed they didn't have it when the third driver arrived. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for the undelivered food and tip on January 1st. I attempted to contact UberEats multiple times, but received no response. Even reaching out to Uber's customer support line was unsuccessful. Frustrating experience with their customer service!

I am disappointed with Uber Eats' service today when ordering lunch from Chipotle for a company luncheon meeting. Despite the promise for food by 1PM, it arrived at close to 2:30PM, cold and requiring reheating. Some toppings shouldn't be reheated, affecting the quality. As our meeting was almost over upon receiving the food, others were still awaiting their orders. Considering the fees charged, timeliness and food temperature should be better maintained. The delivery driver did not deliver my order from Kentucky Fried Chicken Texcoco, order number 426BO. He did not call me, and when I checked the app and messaged him to let him know I needed my order, there was no response. I went to the restaurant to inquire, and the order had not been returned. The manager checked the status, which showed as canceled, but they did not receive the order back. The manager reported the incident to restaurant support and connected me with the same executive who instructed me to reach out this way. They assured me that the payment of [redacted] pesos would be refunded. However, I wish to highlight a major deficiency in their service. When I order from Mercado Libre, they have a system where if the delivery cannot be made, the package is returned to the distribution center, and I am contacted to pick it up. It is unacceptable for one of their delivery drivers to cancel an order and not return it to the source. Does Uber Eats allow their drivers to keep customers' dinners? I am awaiting my refund.

I have attempted to contact your customer service line multiple times and also sought assistance through the app's help section. Unfortunately, the lack of response gives the impression that the company prioritizes profits over customer care. I have been facing a persistent issue for nearly a month where I was mistakenly charged twice. After managing to resolve the problem, I was informed that a refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. However, it has been a week now, and the promised refund has not reflected in my account. This situation has caused my account balance to become negative, putting strain on my financial obligations as I have bills to settle and a dependent to provide for. Urgent resolution of this issue or escalation to the corporate team is requested due to the unacceptable delay in resolving this matter.
