I need assistance with a recurring charge issue. I have been billed MXN $1,[redacted].40 twice for an unauthorized transaction. I contacted Uber Eats through the app, and they mentioned the need to verify account funds. Despite this, the bank has not refunded the amount. Previously, I had to cancel my credit card due to this. I placed an order at 10:00 PM and paid for priority delivery. They promised it would arrive between 10:45 PM and 10:50 PM. I noticed the driver picked up my food, and she messaged me saying she was making another stop before coming to me, despite my priority payment. She finally arrived at 11:20 PM with cold, hard food and moisture-soaked items. Everything is ruined. I'm on bed rest due to a leg fracture, but now I have to drive to get my husband a meal so he can take his medication and rest as he has a mental disability.

I recently got an email promotion offering $30 off my UberEats order until 12/26/[redacted]. I tried to use the promo code for an order, but it didn't go through due to a payment issue. When I attempted to place the order again today, the promo code was not accepted. I'm perplexed since I haven't used it before. I am frustrated with my experiences on Uber Eats. My Dunkin' Donuts order was incorrect, missing cream in my coffees despite my specific request and I wasted $7. Although Uber Eats gave me a $5 credit after my complaint, my next order at Wendy's did not apply the credit properly. The total charged to my bank card was full price, and my credit disappeared. I tried to contact customer support without success. There is no customer service number available, and navigating the app did not lead me to a resolution. The lack of support and ineffective handling of issues like mine is disappointing. The overall customer service from Uber Eats, including drivers and the company as a whole, needs improvement. We, as customers, deserve better treatment and assistance when problems like these arise.

Someone has repeatedly used my Ubereats account without authorization to place orders. After noticing this, I promptly changed my password. Interestingly, the first unauthorized use dates back to [redacted], a time when I wasn't yet aware of the existence of Ubereats. It wasn't until late [redacted] that I discovered Ubereats when I tried signing up for food delivery but couldn't use my email due to it being already associated with an account, prompting me to create a new one. Upon investigation, I realized that the individual gained access through my Uber account, which I had previously allowed her to use for rides. I've addressed the security breach, although I'm less concerned about the monetary loss and more interested in holding the perpetrator accountable. I'm open to cooperating with Uber to resolve this issue.

I used to work as an Uber Eats driver for a few weeks and had reached Gold status. However, my account got deactivated suddenly without a clear explanation. I'm not sure what I did wrong as my ratings were in the 80s. It seems unfair to be banned with no opportunity to appeal. I have since familiarized myself with the app and believe I can do better.

I recently reached out regarding an incorrect order. The items received were incomplete, cold, and depicted in a photo with spoiled food. Due to the condition, I had to discard the order immediately. Missing from the delivery were toast, hot chocolates, and the pancakes did not have the expected toppings. The eggs were undercooked, cold, and topped with spoiled avocados. Additionally, the hash browns were burnt. I had to reorder from a different establishment as a result. I am requesting a full refund for this unsatisfactory experience and would also like to bring this matter to the attention of the restaurant for improvement in their food quality.

I used Uber Eats to order food, and unfortunately, I had to wait a long time for my order. The first delivery person informed me that the restaurant was closed, even though the app showed it as open. Another delivery person tried to pick up my order but faced the same issue. Surprisingly, my order was marked as delivered, though I never received it. When I reached out to Uber Support, they mentioned that the delivery person tried to contact me and waited for 12 minutes, which did not happen.

Last Wednesday around 10:15 pm, I placed an order for food. Shortly after, I received a message mentioning a security issue. They assured me the delivery would arrive between 11:00 and 11:30 pm. After waiting for 40 minutes and no one showed up, I went back upstairs at midnight. When I returned downstairs, the delivery still had not arrived so I assumed it was canceled. The next day, I received a text saying my order was delivered at 11:00 am, which I did not request. The food was left by the elevator, but I didn't arrive home until after 3:00 pm. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Please refund the charges on my credit card and explain what compensation can be made.

During my travels today, I encountered an issue where I was given two orders simultaneously by the company. Unfortunately, one of the customers accused me of intentionally going back and forth between deliveries, which was not the case. The company's app only displayed the address of the first order, leading to confusion with the second customer. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, the customer was not receptive to my explanation. As a result, I had to reach out to seek assistance in resolving this misunderstanding.

I placed an order for a €20 delivery that never arrived because the driver canceled and the order was subsequently refunded. However, I have not received the refund, leading me to believe that Uber Eats has committed theft by not returning the funds. Their response was unsatisfactory, stating they cannot issue a refund as it has been more than 48 hours since the order was placed. I find their email justification highly inappropriate considering the service was paid for but not rendered. I made my refund request immediately after the delivery was rejected by the driver, even though the payment was successfully processed with a credit card. It is unjust what Uber Eats is doing, especially since the non-delivery was evident right away. If I do not receive the refund within 24 hours, I will seek legal advice and consider further action. I recently noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my bank statement from UBER *EATS P SAN FRANCISCOCA. I do not reside in California, as I am based in Missouri and do not have any association with Uber Eats. The charges, totaling over $[redacted], were made on 12/26 between 4-5pm in 5 consecutive transactions. I did not approve these transactions and believe my account has been compromised. I ordered from Roberto's through your service and received the side orders, but not the main food. The driver was given two bags by Roberto's, warned about leaking entrees, but left one bag on a chair and departed. After not eating for 12 days, trying to regain weight, this mistake is infuriating. There seems to be no assistance for such issues. The restaurant prepared the order correctly, but the driver mishandled two small bags. This experience has left me extremely angry, and I will not be using Uber Eats in the future.

I ordered food on December 24 to be delivered from 4:45 to 5:45 PM at Hickory House BBQ in Dallas, Texas from Atheneon Greek restaurant. The total cost, including my order, delivery, tax, and a 10% tip, amounted to $50. This meal was intended for my dad's Christmas dinner, but it was never received at the specified address. I would appreciate a refund for the undelivered order.

My daughter with special needs made an order tonight. It has been 1.5 hours, and the delivery hasn't arrived. The driver was disrespectful and unhelpful, claiming we gave the wrong address when we didn't provide any address initially. After giving him the right address, he said he would arrive in 15 minutes, but it's been 40 minutes since then. The driver is ignoring my texts. If this charge is not reversed on my credit card, I will reach out to American Express about fraudulent charges. The goods were not received.

I'm Andrea Sampson. I made an online order through Uber Eats' grocery section from Walmart in Deerfoot City, Calgary, AB. The delivery was supposed to arrive by 6pm today, but it never came. I contacted Walmart, but they had no record of my order. However, $81.91 was deducted from my account with no delivery made. I want a refund back to my card since I didn't receive my order. I can't even see the order on Uber Eats. Please respond promptly. This was meant to be my lunch for the week. I will escalate the matter if necessary. This level of service is unacceptable. I purchased three bubble teas from Creams, each with a different flavor. Upon delivery, I noticed a strong perfume smell emanating from the drinks. Two individuals tried them, but found the tapioca balls to be hard and inedible, and it was evident that the drinks had been contaminated. Unfortunately, both of them fell ill. I reached out to the restaurant, and they acknowledged the problem but directed me to seek a refund through Uber Eats. Uber Eats, however, is refusing the refund, citing their strict policy on such issues.

On December 25th, I attempted to order food totaling $19.70, but the restaurant was closed, so the order did not go through. However, I was still charged. The amount was refunded on December 25th but was then charged again on December 28th. I didn't receive any food from this transaction and I would like a refund. I'm confused as to why the refund was initially issued only to be charged again later. This order was intended for WaWa [redacted]. I have the email notification indicating the order couldn't be completed.

On Saturday, December 26th, [redacted], I tried to place an order multiple times, but it kept saying my delivery address was out of the area. Eventually, my son managed to place the order and I reimbursed him. In total, I paid three times for food, amounting to $[redacted].76. We only consumed one of the orders, the remaining one was left on the porch and discovered the next morning. I'm seeking a refund for the two duplicate orders as it's quite frustrating to have paid for three meals but only received and consumed one.
