I placed an order with Uber Eats for three chicken bites meals from Checkers. Unfortunately, when my Uber driver arrived at Checkers, they were out of chicken bites and couldn't fulfill my order. Checkers refused to offer any replacements and advised me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. I used all the money I had to order dinner for my kids, and now I am left broke without any food for them. I urgently need my money refunded tonight so I can feed my children.

I recently tried Uber Eats for the first time last night. I noticed two charges on my American Express card this morning. The first charge is for $66.15, which is correct, matching the bill. However, there is an additional charge of $60.14 that needs to be refunded as only one order was placed and delivered. Furthermore, I ordered a small salad listed for $7 on the menu, but I was charged $14. I did not customize the item, so I believe I should be refunded the difference of $7. I placed an Uber Eats delivery order on 12/15/20 from Roasters 'N Toasters in Miami Beach, FL for 4 quarts of soup. The total including tip was $51.35, Order #33. Despite being charged for it, I never received the delivery. I spoke to Margo at Roasters 'N Toasters, who confirmed the order was ready but was never picked up. The order is not showing in my Uber Eats history, but Roasters 'N Toasters claims my AmEx was charged and advised me to seek a refund through Uber Eats. Can you please verify this for me? I used the app to order from McDonald’s. After selecting our items, I proceeded to place the order. However, the app automatically chose to deliver the order to my work address and charged the wrong card. I am currently at home, and when I tried to rectify the mistake, the driver had already arrived. He kindly canceled the order after our discussion. I am extremely dissatisfied because the app made these selections without confirming with me first. I demand a full refund as this situation is unacceptable. There was no prompt on the app to verify the delivery address or the payment method before finalizing the order. This experience is disappointing. The total amount charged was £13.22. I look forward to your response.

I placed my order with What a Burger, expecting it to arrive around 2:10 p.m. However, the new delivery time is now 3:10 p.m., which is completely unacceptable. The driver's app apparently crashed, but she should have resolved the issue promptly by contacting the necessary support. Moreover, receiving a call to proceed with the order despite the poor customer service surprised me. I would have cancelled, but I was informed that she already had the food. Since fast food doesn't retain heat for long, my meal will likely be cold, especially since it's been over an hour now. I am seeking a refund for this inconvenience and hope that Uber can handle similar situations more effectively in the future.

I recently ordered a chicken family meal from Krispy Crunchy Chicken on Nob Hill Rd in Plantation, FL [redacted], costing over $29.00. My total, including tax and tip, came to almost $45.00. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry, the fries were hard, and the biscuits were burnt. I used Uber Eats for the order, and after complaining, they advised me to contact Uber directly to request a refund. Towards the end of the day, they gave me the food that should have been discarded due to being dried out. I'm disappointed by the disrespect shown. I'm hopeful for a resolution to this matter. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue with my recent order. I used a £15 discount for my first order, but when the purchase went through, the discount did not apply, and I was charged the full amount of £18.60, including the delivery fee. I attempted to order from Uber Eats twice, but encountered issues with payment and was informed the transaction was unsuccessful. I then successfully placed the same order on JustEat. Surprisingly, the Uber order still arrived without any notification or confirmation. I had to pay for an order that was supposed to be unsuccessful. I'm eager to resolve this issue but can't locate a contact number.

I made a mistake by clicking on a link for £15 off and ended up with an order from BQ Fish and Chips shop that I did not intend to purchase. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a way to cancel the order and did not receive proper guidance from the help section or customer service. After contacting the restaurant and Uber Eats, the order was already being prepared due to the short distance. This situation led me to delete the app as it has been randomly placing orders and charging my account. I am seeking a refund for this erroneous transaction.

Hello, I'm Jenef Allotey. On November 14th, I ordered a meal from Five Guys via Uber Eats using the promo code UEATUS11 for $25 off my first order. My total was $21.56, including an $18.69 meal and a $2.87 tip. Despite the receipt stating a temporary hold for $18.69 would be removed, it was charged to my payment method ending in ••••[redacted]. I did not have the option to input my credit card details, and the promo code wasn't applied as expected. On November 30th, I filed a dispute within the Uber Eats app with screenshots but received no response. I seek a refund for the $21.56, as I should have received a complimentary meal with the promo code.

Hello, I received a call from the Uber driver who mentioned that the store did not have an item from my list and asked if I wanted a replacement. I agreed to a replacement, but later found out that the store was unable to provide a replacement as the item did not have a barcode for scanning. The driver repeatedly called regarding this issue and eventually informed me that I needed to contact support for assistance with that particular item. Following this, the driver unexpectedly canceled my order without consent and chose not to deliver the other items. I would appreciate it if someone from the support team could reach out to me to arrange a refund for the entire order since I did not receive any items and was not given the opportunity to decide on canceling my order beforehand. Hello, I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats recently and am struggling to find a way to voice my complaint. The email linked to my account is [redacted] Our order took nearly two hours instead of the estimated 50 minutes. The driver deviated from the route, stayed in a different neighborhood for 45 minutes, and did not respond to our attempts to contact him. The communication was poor, and the driver seemed unwilling to deliver the food promptly. I believe a refund is appropriate due to the cold, delayed food and the driver's unprofessional behavior. Hello, I had an issue with an Uber Eats order where they accused me of receiving multiple refunds. I've been trying to get an explanation from them, but they keep avoiding my questions. I don't appreciate being called a fraudster and just want to know why they think I've had too many refunds. For your information, I was only refunded 1.50 euros once on a previous order. Best, A. I received a message from Uber Eats stating that my account was flagged due to a canceled delivery. I contacted customer service last night to explain that the client wanted to cancel as the delivery was more than 10 km away. The representative instructed me to cancel the order. You can verify this in my call history from last night. Could you please confirm if my account can now accept delivery orders and if the flag can be removed? Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues with my payment methods on Uber Eats. Following their advice, I removed and re-added the payment methods, but the problem persists. Additionally, I'm unable to add the payment methods back to my account now. I reached out to my banks, and they confirmed there are no issues or holds on their end. As a result, I can't place orders through Uber Eats or use Uber as the payment methods are not being accepted. I also attempted to link my PayPal and Google Pay accounts, but they were declined too.

I placed an order at my local Sonic, and unfortunately, I didn't receive one of the items I ordered. The chili cheese fries were missing the extra toppings and ranch dipping sauce. Additionally, I didn't receive picante sauce for the burrito. I asked for mustard on the chicken sandwich, but it also had mayonnaise. Despite the missing items and mix-up, the delivery was on time. However, there seemed to be technical issues with the delivery driver's app when he tried to confirm the delivery. Despite these challenges, the driver was excellent in handling the situation.

I recently attempted to place an order on the app, hoping to use a $30 off promo code I received. Despite the code not applying, the order went through. I was quick to try and cancel it, worried about the charge. I contacted the driver to explain the situation, but the app said I would still be billed about $24.00. I have no interest in keeping the food and seek a complete refund for the purchase.

Hello, I recently ordered two Beyond Meat burgers with fries and drinks from A&W. Upon delivery, I realized that the burgers were plain instead of having lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, etc. Unfortunately, I couldn't call back at that moment as I was having lunch with my team. When I reached out to the store manager, they showed me a picture of the order indicating that the toppings were requested to be removed. I am extremely disappointed with this service and would like to request a full refund. Thank you.

On December 18, [redacted], around 3:58 pm, I placed an order for McDonald's delivery. After a $15 discount, the total was $18.54, and I received a message that the order was on its way. Just before 6 pm, I placed the same order, but as I had already used the $15 discount, I was charged $34.08. I received the second order, but I believe I should only have been charged $18.54, as I couldn't reuse the discount.
