Hello, my name is Rahul and I live in Luton, UK. I recently placed an order for snacks from McDonald's Luton through the Uber Eats app. However, after paying £12.60, the delivery person, Abdul, called me to say I had provided the wrong address. I double-checked on the Uber app, and the address was correct. I informed Abdul, who said he would contact Uber and call me back, but I never heard from him again. Shortly after, I received an email saying my order was canceled. When a lady from Uber called to discuss the cancellation, I explained the situation, but she assured me I wouldn't be charged. I requested a refund, but have not received it yet. I am frustrated with Uber's current lack of responsibility. If they cannot fulfill orders, they should consider discontinuing their services to avoid inconveniencing and risking the money of individuals.

I encountered an issue with 2 orders that were initially not accepted on the app. Shortly after, they were unexpectedly processed, but I promptly canceled them as no food preparation had begun due to the scheduled time being over an hour and 30 minutes. Despite canceling one delivery, it was still sent out, which I declined, and ensured proof with a photo from the driver to verify the cancellation. An amount of £32.27 was charged to my credit card. The second order has been canceled, yet a pending payment of £37.20 remains. I am seeking assistance to obtain a refund back to my credit card, not as credit on Uber Eats, as this situation was not caused by me.

I was hungry and placed an order with a nearby pizzeria only 350m away. The Uber delivery was delayed due to the driver getting lost, circling my location, and eventually calling for directions. The pizza arrived cold and soggy after 40 minutes instead of the expected 4-minute delivery time. I have never had issues with Uber deliveries before, and this incident cannot be blamed on weather or traffic as it was quiet due to the lockdown. I would appreciate either a full or partial refund or an UberEats voucher equivalent to the cost of my order.

We placed an order with KFC through the Uber Eats app. My wife used a voucher for the order. When the driver arrived, we had no change, so we paid in cash. The driver mentioned he would return with the change after quickly going to a nearby shop. Unfortunately, he did not return, keeping the change. We chose Uber due to its reputation but are now disappointed. It has been three hours since the incident, and there has been no sign of the driver returning. We placed the order for delivery at 69 Nelson Street for 1:00 PM. The driver was named Macky Rock Hampson according to the Uber app. This experience has made me question my trust in Uber, especially when ordering food for my family.

I placed a McDonald's order last Thursday. The delivery driver mentioned he would replace it due to damage, but he never returned. After contacting the McDonald's branch, I reordered. I reported the issue on the website, but I haven't received the refund promised via email for the first order. Despite trying to resolve this through their website, I keep receiving messages claiming they can't help because it's been over 48 hours. I can provide screenshots of my online banking and the refund confirmation email. If the refund isn't processed soon, I will escalate this matter because I find it unacceptable not to receive the promised refund.

Good afternoon, I am attempting to set up an account with you to become an UberEats Delivery partner. I have been working on this for over a week. Although most of my documents have been approved upon resubmission, my background check is still pending. However, Checkr, the system you use for background checks, states that I do not have one in progress. Moreover, it seems like I have two accounts and email addresses and would like to merge them into one for clarity. I am eager to start UberEats delivery as soon as possible, hopefully this weekend. Good evening, this morning, together with 3 colleagues, we bought 4 sandwiches and 2 portions of fries and paid by card. The driver called (we answered the call at 1.11pm) and we went down. The driver was not there, the sandwiches were not delivered to ANYONE BUT THE ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED AND THE MONEY (A WHOPPING 48 EUROS) HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM OUR CREDIT CARD. We have been trying to get assistance for hours through phone numbers or chat but nothing. If you do not resolve this quickly, we will have to take legal action. My order was unexpectedly canceled by Uber Eats. I contacted the brunch cafe, and they informed me that the delivery driver couldn't reach me. Strangely, I never received any calls, and my instructions clearly stated to leave the delivery at my door. I have a monthly subscription for fast delivery, and it is frustrating that my food was left at the restaurant, requiring me to pick it up instead. This has made my food cold and defeats the purpose of using Uber Eats for delivery. After an hour of waiting, I discovered that other customers also had their orders canceled by the driver.

I recently placed an order for coke, wine, and chocolate. Unfortunately, the chocolate was unavailable, and I received the wine and coke in a flimsy bag. Regrettably, as the driver handed it over, the bag ripped, causing the items to fall and injure my one-year-old son, who was standing nearby. This resulted in him having bleeding legs and a noticeable red mark. The accident also damaged various other items. Despite the chaos, I am grateful that the incident did not harm my costly pushchair. The shattered glass and blood left behind only added to the distress of the situation. Subject: Request for Refund or Account Credit On the evening of Wednesday, November 25, [redacted], I placed an order for $21.32 with Krab Kinz, selecting the "leave at the door" option. Unfortunately, I never received the order. Due to my phone being dead, I couldn't check for any calls. When I finally could, I saw 3 attempts to reach me. I responded but was told my identity couldn't be verified. My attempts to contact Uber through the app were unsuccessful, and emailing Uber Receipts didn't address my issue either. My younger brother placed an order from Kaspers on Sunday night for my mother, who was craving a dessert from their menu. Upon enjoying the dessert tonight on 1/12/[redacted], my mother made an awful discovery - a 1 1/2-inch piece of plastic in her food. We have attempted to contact Uber Eats customer support around 10 times, only to encounter rude staff. Unfortunately, there seems to be no direct contact number for Uber Eats customer service, so we tried contacting the company directly, but faced unhelpful and disrespectful employees who refused to assist. We also reached out to the restaurant to inform them of the incident, and they directed us back to Uber Eats for resolution.

I have two pending orders, but after finalizing my order, I receive a message stating that the restaurant is not accepting orders at the moment. This occurs frequently, leading to uncertainty about whether my order is active or not. Sometimes the orders get canceled, and other times they go through. I want to avoid being informed last minute about a cancellation, as this has happened multiple times.

I placed a food order today around 6:20 PM on the website for delivery between 8:00-8:30 PM. Unfortunately, I have not received my order. The app instructs me to use live chat through a link, which is not provided. I am unable to contact the driver as there is no track option available since the order shows as completed. I haven't received any communication from either the driver or the restaurant.

I checked online three days ago to confirm if Uber Eats delivers from Porter Starbucks to my address. I also called Starbucks and they confirmed it's through Uber Eats. Despite ordering food four or five times, they are unable to deliver to me. I have an Uber Pass for free delivery and I've paid extra for the Starbucks service. I have Starbucks gift cards and I'm still unsure if they will deliver. The online information says they do deliver, so I'm confused. Thank you.

Today at 11:52 and 11:54 specifically, you charged me two amounts of 8.50 euros each, totaling 17 euros, without me placing any orders. My last order was over a month ago and was only for 3.50 euros. I kindly ask you to refund me promptly; otherwise, I will consider legal action or seek another solution. I assure you I will get my money back. Could you please refund me now and settle this matter? Also, it is unacceptable that you provide fake email and phone numbers for assistance. I expect a quick response and resolution.

I have been attempting to sign up with Uber Eats for almost a week now. Despite the claim of signing up in a minute, it has been nothing but false advertising. I am getting frustrated with the constant message stating that my documents have been rejected every five minutes. I own a [redacted] model car which I intend to use for food delivery with Uber Eats, yet the system is not allowing me to proceed. I spoke with an agent who switched my account from UberX to Uber Eats, but the issue persists. I have already submitted my documents, and although I don't mind resubmitting them, I am stuck in the same loop.
