On October 31, [redacted], we placed an order with Creams. Unfortunately, our delivery driver did not bring our food. Despite contacting the driver multiple times, there has been no response. Uber Eats charged us for the order, but we never got it. It's puzzling why our order never arrived, and I'm seeking a refund. Even though the app indicates the food was delivered, we clearly did not receive it.

Recently, I have encountered an issue where I received a promo offer via email, but when I tried to use it, the app stated that I was not eligible. This miscommunication is frustrating and feels like false advertising. If a discount is offered, it should be honored. I am considering canceling my account due to this recurring problem. I have faced this issue three times now, particularly with a $30 meal discount offer, and I believe it should be rectified to maintain my business. During an Uber Eats delivery, a driver behaved rudely towards my employees and me. The driver was impatient, used curse words, and even threw a beverage on the lobby floor. I politely asked him to leave, as his behavior was unacceptable. To compensate for the delayed order caused by the first driver, I included two extra orange juices in the order of your customer, Anthony T, from Burger King #[redacted]. The order, number 39, was placed around 8:58 AM and consisted of 2 orders of 5pc French Toast Sticks, 2 Impossible Sausage/Egg/Cheese Croissants, 1 Bacon/Egg/Cheese Croissant, and 1 Ham/Egg/Cheese Croissant, totaling $25.92.

Hello, I am an Uber Eats driver. I have been actively using my account since May and have successfully completed numerous deliveries with a high rating. Recently, on October *, around *.**pm, I encountered an issue when they asked me to take a selfie for verification. Although I complied, they claimed it did not match my profile picture. Despite being allowed to go online, my account was later deactivated due to this discrepancy. I have reached out to support multiple times to explain the situation, but they suspect unauthorized use of my account. Despite my efforts to prove my innocence by offering to verify my identity in person and providing additional documentation, they have made a final decision to block my access. I am deeply disturbed by this as I have always followed the rules and conducted myself honestly. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any necessary evidence to clear my name. I'm disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order from McDonald's Grey Lynn. Despite spending $64.80 excluding delivery, I did not receive 3 large fries and 1 large shaker fries. This left me and my kids with only half a meal. When I called McDonald's, they asked me to collect the missing items, which frustrated me because the whole point of using Uber Eats was convenience. This seems to happen frequently at this particular place, and I usually let it go for my kids' sake. However, this time, I'm requesting a refund for the missing items as I expect to receive everything I paid for when placing a large order.

I made an order on Uber Eats on Oct 12 for $[redacted] at Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, the delivery was incomplete, and after contacting the restaurant, they refunded the full amount to Uber. Despite explaining the situation numerous times to Uber customer service, they only refunded me $28 after a lengthy exchange. Since Uber was reimbursed in full by the restaurant, I believe I should receive a refund for the entire delivery amount. The tip was a separate transaction and should not be included in the refund process.

I attempted to order 2 pizzas from East Coast Pizza near Tampa. After inputting my credit card details, I clicked to place the order, but the screen showed "preparing order" for an extended period. Despite trying to cancel and contacting the store, they claimed no record of my order and advised me to contact Uber. The same issue occurred when ordering from New York Pizza. Even though I provided my credit info, the order didn't process, and attempting to cancel resulted in being told there was no order. Within 45 minutes, 6 pizzas were delivered, appearing as 2 charges from East Coast Pizza and 1 from New York Pizza on my credit card statement. I intend to pay for only the first delivery and will request my bank to cease the two additional charges.

Hello, I placed an order at Bahar’s Kebab & Burger Bar on Friday, October 30th for £8.25, which was mistakenly duplicated. After contacting someone on Skype, the duplicate was canceled but now I see three pending transactions of £8.25 each on my bank statement, along with an unauthorized charge of £9.86 and £0.75. This situation is unacceptable. I request an immediate refund of the total unauthorized amount of £27.11. It has been challenging to reach you as there is no online chat or telephone number provided. I am unsure how I even managed to connect via Skype, but I am struggling to find a reliable method of contact. Your customer service is inadequate. I'd like to share my recent experience regarding an order from a nearby restaurant. The delivery took an hour and a half for a place that is only a 5-minute drive away. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect, leaving insufficient food for my family. The refund process takes 3 days which is inconvenient. This is not the first time I've encountered issues with the Uber Eats app, which is frustrating. Additionally, I was charged a far-distance fee even though the restaurant is close by. A refund does not seem adequate as I now need to spend more money to get food for my family after the long wait. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe more actions should be taken to address these recurring problems with the service.

I canceled my order immediately after clicking the "Order Now" button because I wanted to add more items. Uber Eats charged me $12 right away and I would like to speak with a representative urgently. I want to reorder but don't want to be charged twice. Order number: D7466 Hello, I wanted to inform you that due to Uber Eats' lack of customer service, I couldn't contact anyone over the phone to explain the situation with order number D7466. We canceled the order immediately after clicking the "Order Confirmed" button to add more items to our cart. However, without being able to reach any of your agents by phone, the restaurant didn't receive payment, my daughter went hungry, and we were charged a $12 cancellation fee. I even tried contacting the restaurant directly, but they couldn't reach Uber Eats to clarify the issue, and they also mentioned their dissatisfaction with your poor customer service. I ordered Lemonade -Hillcrest through Uber Eats around 11:20pm today and didn't receive a confirmation. After trying to reach out to Uber Eats, I realized the order wasn't processed at the restaurant. They mentioned issues with both Uber Eats and Door Dash. I ended up placing the order directly with the restaurant but never got confirmation. To my surprise, I was still charged for the initial order at 11:20pm. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email regarding a $30 discount offer on my Uber Eats order. I was surprised to receive a receipt from the restaurant as soon as I confirmed the order without entering the coupon code. I later submitted my issue through the website but received an unhelpful canned response, causing further disappointment. I included my phone number, hoping for direct assistance, but to no avail. The other night, I placed an order with Denny's and waited for two hours only for the order to be canceled without any consequences. Tonight, I placed another order, and after receiving a call from Denny's that my food was ready and waiting for delivery, I waited for an hour until the food arrived cold. I had to cancel the order and was charged a $14 cancellation fee because the food had already been prepared and deemed wasted. As a veteran with a Purple Heart, I am on disability and only receive $[redacted] a month. Charging me $14 for canceling an order I waited over an hour for is unreasonable. My name is Corey Winston, and I ordered a double cheeseburger. The fee was more than the cost of the entire meal, which is a burden on my limited budget. I spent an hour trying to place an order on Uber Eats, encountering frustrating issues throughout. Initially, the app claimed my phone number was invalid on my laptop, forcing me to sign in on my phone. Despite entering our address beforehand, two restaurants later informed us they didn't deliver. Frustrated, we selected a restaurant my boyfriend had previously ordered from, only for the app to reject our promo code, stating it was already used (which it wasn't). Feeling hangry and unable to reach their closed help center, we decided to switch to Grubhub for our meal instead.

I arrived home to find an unexpected food delivery on my porch here at 42nd Ave, Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Despite the thoughtful gesture, I did not place this order and will unfortunately have to discard it as it has been outdoors for an unknown duration. The ticket on the package indicates the name Ben, the date of November 4, [redacted], and a timestamp of 8:55:48 pm. The contents include 1 Uber whole chicken, rice, fries, coleslaw, 1 side of rocoto 1oz, and 1 side of aji amarillo 1oz. It appears someone may be missing their meal. I am reaching out in hopes that you can assist in notifying the intended recipient.

Hello, I am Marliqua Bogan and I am having trouble ordering from Uber Eats. When trying to place an order through the website on my computer using my email, there is no phone number associated with my account. I am unable to add my phone number as there isn't an option for it. I downloaded the app and it only allows me to log in via phone, but my password is not being accepted even though I have attempted to change it multiple times. It seems like I have two separate accounts which is causing issues with ordering. I work long hours and have very little time to cook or grab food. Ira O. 31 Surrey Road Dagenham Essex RM10 8ES I recently tried ordering from Eastbrook Cafe and Kebab House through Uber Eats for the first time. I created a new account with my email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]3, which was accepted. After paying with PayPal, the order was confirmed to arrive in about 25 minutes. However, after waiting for 2 hours, I called and spoke to Faram Nagam, who could not locate my order. This left me disappointed and concerned about my PayPal information. I recently placed an order from Captains table in Warrington after seeing a promotion in my email. Unfortunately, I realized too late that the promotion needed to be applied before placing the order. I tried to cancel immediately but was told it was too late due to the delivery service used, My Driver. Despite the app showing the food was still being prepared, the owner claimed it was already handed over to the driver, suggesting the food was prepared hastily. Upon receiving the order, I found the fish greasy and cold, and the chips undercooked. This experience was disappointing as we rarely order takeout. I had expected the promotion to be automatically added since I followed the email link. If this issue is not addressed or refunded, I will not be using Uber Eats in the future. Best Regards, Adrian

I've made multiple attempts through chat and text with Uber as well as the restaurant to resolve the issue of this order being refunded, which had a 2-hour delivery time. The first driver never arrived, leading to the food being soggy and inedible, forcing me to throw it away. Despite the restaurant issuing a refund and contacting Uber multiple times, the customer service was unhelpful, instructing me to contact the bank to dispute the charge. Given my health condition as a diabetic, receiving food in a timely manner is crucial.
