The order never reached my home, the delivery person did not contact me, and the representative I spoke to on the phone refused to issue a refund, blaming me and being rude. It is unfair that there was no effort made to confirm the delivery, leaving my family without food due to a lack of communication and attention from your end.

I have been a loyal Uber Eats customer for over a year, but my experience has been consistently frustrating due to drivers getting lost at my house every time. This ongoing issue seems to be caused by the inaccurate map on the Uber app, directing drivers to the inaccessible back of my house. It has happened multiple times - around 5 to 6 instances, leading to cold meals arriving up to 30 minutes late. I cannot contact Uber Eats by phone, and this situation has caused inconvenience not only to me and my family but also to the drivers. I received notification from Uber that my food was ready for pickup when it wasn't. The driver waited for over 30 minutes at the restaurant and had to repeatedly inquire about the food's availability. When I called the restaurant to check, the lady on the phone was very impolite, only providing a time frame after multiple requests, and she didn't even apologize for the delay before hanging up. The driver suggested I should receive a full refund due to the extended delay. Upon finally receiving the food, it was disappointing – dry, stale, and lacking in flavor. Despite my efforts to complain and request a refund from Uber throughout the day, they only offered a £2 credit as compensation for a nearly £40 order. Their disregard for my concerns and poor communication is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for this unacceptable experience.

I seldom complain about customer service, usually accepting mistakes without issue. However, my recent experience with a $60 order has left me very frustrated. I received a plain iced coffee, cold and unmelted food, missing items, and even lacked a straw. The delivery driver did not provide the order in a sealed bag. I appreciate the $6 refund for the missing items, but had to discard the entire order. My Wendy's order also had issues - cold fries with unmelted cheese and a missing pretzel pub chicken sandwich. Despite being a loyal customer who spends over $[redacted] in two months and tips generously, this level of service is unacceptable. I am seeking a refund for all items except the frosty, taco salad, and lemonade from Wendy's, as well as the delivery fees. This experience has led me to switch to DoorDash due to the poor service received from UberEats.

I placed an order with McDonald's on Regent Street in Weston-super-Mare for delivery through Uber Eats. I waited behind my front door, but no one knocked. I initially signed up for the Ubereats Pass free trial earlier this year. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I did not use it and forgot to cancel it. Upon realizing I was being charged $9.99 monthly, I deleted the app and attempted to cancel the charges. However, they continue to deduct the fee. The payment is linked to my Cashapp card, and I am hesitant to cancel my card to stop the charges. The instructions on Uber's website are ineffective, as the cancelation button is not appearing. I even tried rejoining and quitting, but I am uncomfortable providing my credit information again.

However, in the past week, I've noticed that the drivers picking up my orders have been taking longer routes with multiple stops before reaching my location. This practice is frustrating, especially considering the premium prices and service charges on Uber Eats. I expect efficient service when paying extra for quick delivery. Despite indicating ASAP delivery on the app, the drivers are not following through. Yesterday, on October 11th, my delivery had four stops, leading to cold food upon arrival. I am experiencing difficulty contacting Uber Eats customer service as the phone number is not functional, and the chat option is not available. My app is not functioning correctly, which makes seeking assistance through the app impossible. I have tried using four different devices, only to find out that they are deemed too old to download the updated app or to access ubereats.com. It seems that Uber is not interested in accommodating customers like myself with older devices. It frustrates me that many companies overlook this issue by only catering to customers with newer devices, disregarding those who do not upgrade according to their timeline. It would be beneficial if Uber maintained older app versions to suit the needs of millions of potential customers like myself. Having separate apps for newer and older devices or ensuring the website remains functional on older devices would be greatly appreciated.

However, the estimated arrival time began fluctuating, leading to confusion. An hour later, I was informed via text that the order was canceled due to potential issues at the merchant. After contacting Super Subbys, they clarified that Uber Eats had not shown up to collect orders, resulting in cancellations. I resubmitted the order, encountering a delay of approximately 20 minutes before a new courier finally picked it up. Despite the app showing the driver en-route, it reverted to displaying "order in process." I resorted to ordering from Door Dash while waiting. When I noticed the driver actively delivering my order, I cancelled with Door Dash. If I am unable to secure a refund for the canceled order, you should be held accountable.

I am new to using Ubereats and I followed the instructions provided by my workplace to redeem a credit for meal purchases. After receiving a $30 voucher credit, I encountered difficulties utilizing it as the system required my debit/credit card information to proceed. Despite selecting the pickup option, I was unsure if the voucher or my card was charged for the purchase. I have been in contact with several representatives who have been unhelpful and it's becoming frustrating. I tried calling your customer service number this morning but was unable to get through because apparently, you are not accepting calls, which seems counterintuitive. Since there is no Live Chat option available, how am I supposed to address my issues if I can't reach anyone by phone? Moving on, I messaged your team on Twitter about my problems with signing up for Uber Eats. It's asking for a vehicle inspection, which I believe is unnecessary for Uber Eats drivers. However, the system won't let me proceed without one. Also, the background check is not going through despite numerous attempts with my SSN. I need assistance with changing my primary email and deleting an old account. I have explained these issues to your support team, but it seems like there is a communication breakdown. I provided all the required information, but they were not able to help me effectively. Please advise on how to resolve these issues promptly so I can start driving for Uber Eats.

After reaching out to the restaurant, they confirmed that the initial order was delivered to the wrong person who accepted it mistakenly. They prepared a new order for me, but Frazer refused to deliver it. Unfortunately, Uber Eats canceled my order automatically, and the restaurant disposed of the food. This led to further delays, hunger, and having to settle for margaritas instead of the desired pizzas when the replacement order finally arrived two hours later.
