The issue in GetHuman-rmfeder's own words
I am not a customer service complainer, ever. I usually just accept what I get but take the loss. But when I pay $** to be able to only have a drink and fries when I have a house that has nothing to eat, I am going to get very upset. Especially when I didn't get a straw with a $** drink. **First I ordered from Dunkin Donuts. My order was one small iced pumpkin coffee, one medium pumpkin hot coffee, one ham and cheese on an english muffin, two sausage egg and cheese wraps, hash browns, and two donuts. What I got was a plain room temperature iced coffee, a plain hot coffee, an uncooked english muffin sandwich where the piece of cheese was cold and unmelted, the sausage egg and cheese wraps were also unmelted cheese and cold, and the hash browns and donuts were completely missing. The driver for this delivery said "sorry no bag", as in he was unable to deliver my order in a large sealed UberEats bag.**I got a refund of $* through the app for the missing items, then I had to throw the rest of the ENTIRE order in the garbage. And I always tip generously.**Next, since I was starving, I ordered from Wendy's. I ordered a large peach lemonade, a small frosty, a large taco salad, pub fries, and a pretzel pub chicken sandwich. The frosty, the lemonade, and and the taco salad all seem fine. The fries were ice cold and unmelted cheese, but I am willing to accept that. The sandwich was completely missing. The other person was able to have their salad thankfully. At least one thing was done correctly. I put in a refund request for the sandwich.**If you look into my account (***-***-****) I have spent over $*** on your service in the last two months. This is absolutely, insanely bad customer service. I am incredibly pissed off and upset. I spend a lot of money here and tip close to **% every single time and never complain about missing items or things being cold. I am never, ever using this service again. I want a full refund of my items except the frosty, taco salad, and lemonade from Wendy's (plus all of it from Dunkin Donuts) plus the delivery fees. This is completely inexcusable and at this point I am just going to have to use DoorDash because this is awful service.
