I place my order around *:**AM on ****. By *:**AM by order was still not picked up. When it finally was, I messaged the driver asking him for help to cancel*refund, but he said "sure" and disconnection. A second driver went to pick it up at *:**AM (my delivery time was at this point estimated to be *:** AM) and I again messaged him for help cancelling*refunding my order. Eventually the restaurant (bless them) called to say they had remade the order so it would be fresh, but it doesn't matter because I have to leave for work before he will arrive. **Please refund this order. the restaurant and the driver did everything they could but if I'd known there weren't any drivers working, I wouldn't have placed an order to just sit on a shelf for two hours! This was $** and no one will even be home by the time it arrives.
