On two different occasions, I never receive my orders. Ubereats sent me email stating Alberto was delivering my orders and then I received emails a few minutes later that my order was cancelled. This happen to me with two different restaurants and they are DON DON hot wings and Wyatt Earp’s Steakhouse. This is very unprofessional. I should have received an email or phone calls concerning my complaint. You don’t have customers waiting hours for food and then send an message that the food has been cancelled. I could have order from another company. You don’t treat customer like this. I am very disappointed. I live in Millington TN *****. Ubereats Memphis TN. I have not received a response to my complaint.**Emily Stewart
