When the driver arrived at the hospital he contacted me and I was on my way down to meet him* however, did not wait for me to come down and grab my food. Instead he made the decision to leave my food with another employee at the hospital without my permission. I never received my food that I paid for and I would like a full refund. There was a significant language barrier communication problem as this employee did not speak very good English. As I was trying to explain my location he kept cutting in and out, asking for me to "hold on" while talking to someone else in the background, then would say ""yes" thank-you" "I am here" and was never able to communicate properly enough for me to meet him and he just made the decision to leave my food with someone else. Again, this decision was not mine and I tried to communicate this, and now I have lost not only my dinner for the night, but also $**.** and my ** minute lunch break. I am requesting a full refund for this order. Thank-you.
