Suspended account but can log in and choose items. I didn't get much refunds but apparently it was enough to gain an suspension, and I'm not sure if I can use uber eats in the future if it stays like this since I don't know if suspensions are permanent.

I can log in to my account, choose menu items but can't place the order. I got an email a while back about my account being suspended due to refunds but the amount of refunds I've gotten the entire time I've used uber eats has been no more than for five with one being nearly a full refund at around forty dollars. Most of those refunds were from 'You and me sushi' due to them forgetting a constant food item I ordered from them three times in a row to the point I also spoke to the manager about what could be done to improve that. The other refunds from what I can recall were from Wendy's and they had only refunded the missing food items not the entire order after providing evidence. I had submitted a form about my account twice but haven't heard back about what's happening, and if I'm unable to use uber eats permanently since I'm not certain what happens with suspended accounts.*I just want to know if this can be resolved regarding the refunds or if I just need to delete my account since I can't use uber eats and I don't use uber rides. I've tried looking up suspended accounts on uber eats but there is no information about it, so I want to talk to someone who can help me and talk me through what policies I've violated, is it possible to get my account reactivated or not, and is my suspension forever.

I've been a customer for nearly five months and I've been enjoying the experience of the app until recently. I did expect to get good service both from the app and customer service if any problems came up, and they did and it's only recently I got a lot of problems.
Sent in forms asking about my suspension. Not sure if they rang as I did miss two calls from unknown numbers, but if it was them haven't gotten an email, text or anything about talking to someone about my account. I looked online from other customers who have had their account suspended for other reasons, and this response is the same they've gotten with uber eats support not contacting them so I am really worried.
