on the **nd I tried to order food from Amigos,however something went wrong and we were redirected back to the home screen,I checked to see if perhaps the order was preparing,however there was no such notification so I had to redo the whole order again,a delivery came and instead of our one order of a whole chicken,two sides and a bottle of drink two of the same thing ce,I informed the Uber delivery guy of the issue and that I had only ordered one meal not two,he said he would inform Uber eats,I asked him to take the other food back,he stated he couldn't as one of the orders was mine and both are together,I told him I can't eat it as it's just me and my two children,he said that doesn't matter,he's informed Uber,I checked my bank and saw I was being charged twice for for the same thing and a third delivery was also in hold,i tried to report the issue on the app,however there was no option for my issue,I had to take multiple other options,when asked about my driver I informed Uber eats of the issue,another delivery turned up for the same thing,I informed the Uber deliver man of the issues and told him I can't accept the food and a mistake had been made,he took the food with him,he stated he had informed Uber of the issue,again I notified Uber of the matter in the option when asked about my Uber driver,I tried to call Uber but was informed it was closed due to time,I went to Amigos in person and informed them of the issue,they said they thought their was something strange since the * orders one after the other didn't make any sense.*I would like to be refunded back for the two additional deliveries as I only ordered once,due to issues with you app my original order was clearly duplicated,also I sent the food back with the driver,I simply can't afford all these charges,I'm on disability pay,I live within my means,right now I'm in problems due to the charges,I've spoken to my bank and this process is a very long process if dealt with by them as a dispute,I've received no reply from Uber eats regarding this issue,only an email in regards to the order being wrong,where they state the food has already been prepared and a check of my order charges.*No response was given to me over the issues I raised about the multiple deliveries in error.**I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible and to be fully refunded for two of the * orders.**give thanks.* Michele lewis ************
