Hello, I placed an order through the app, but my food never arrived, even after waiting for over an hour past the estimated delivery time. When I tried to contact the restaurant, their mobile number wasn't working, and the landline number I found online seemed to lead to a different restaurant. After waiting for nearly two hours, a message on the app said my order was cancelled, which I did not authorize. It seems the restaurant may not even exist. Unfortunately, now I'm being told I will be charged for a late cancellation, even though the app initially stated, "You were not charged" when the restaurant couldn't complete the order. My friend had a similar experience with the same restaurant.

Good afternoon. I would like to express my complaint about your service. Yesterday, I placed an order at McDonald's in the Palacio de Hielo in Madrid, and it was not delivered. I tried to solve the issue through the app, but the delivery driver couldn't deliver the order because his motorbike broke down. He couldn't cancel the order or contact you. His behavior was excellent, but your service was poor. On September 11, we placed an order from my sister's house, and it took two and a half hours to deliver it due to some issue between the driver and the store. Next time, I will order from a restaurant that either has its delivery service or treats its workers with respect. I hope, at the very least, the delivery driver was paid for the service and won't have to cover the motorbike repairs out of his pocket. It was quite disappointing. By the way, I find it unacceptable to have to call a phone number starting with 11 or [redacted] to reach you. The cost and effort it took to contact you were substantial. I received a promo code via email on 9/21/[redacted] and attempted to use it. However, I encountered a server error whenever I tried to complete the checkout process. After multiple failed attempts, I decided to order from a different restaurant. Unfortunately, upon trying to use the promo code again, I discovered it was no longer valid. I wasted an hour navigating the app without successfully placing my dinner order. To my surprise, I later discovered that my card was charged by the original restaurant where I experienced the server error. When I contacted them, they were unhelpful, insisting I had the wrong place and were impolite, refusing to resend my order or refund the charge. To make matters worse, they abruptly hung up on me. I kindly request for my order to be fulfilled, a refund issued, and any additional actions to address this frustrating ordeal.

I've been charged $9.99 monthly for as far back as my bank app will show. I never signed up for this service; I have only used Uber Eats a couple of times, and not recently. When I try to cancel through the app, it doesn't indicate I am subscribed to Eats Pass; instead, it prompts me to sign up. I have been unable to reach customer service through the app, online, or via the phone number provided by Gethuman due to the COVID recording stating phone service is not available. I have been trying to contact them for a week without success. I demand a full refund as I do not use the app and plan to delete it once this issue is resolved. I may have faced a similar problem in the past with either Ubereats or Grubhub, and once I determine which, they had better hope it wasn't them.

I placed an order with Cafe Rosa on UberEats between 11:30am-11:40am. Around 12:09pm, I got a notification that my order was en route, but by 12:15pm, the app showed my order as cancelled. The restaurant claimed I had cancelled, but I hadn't. They mentioned the driver never picked up the food and likely cancelled. This situation was inconvenient since I had to address it during my work lunch break, leaving me without a meal. This lack of communication is unprofessional. How can the app show the order as picked up and on its way when it's not? This has been my worst experience using this app.

I have been trying to reach someone at Uber Eats for over 48 hours without success. On Sunday, our food delivery took much longer than usual because the driver made an additional stop before bringing our order. By the time it arrived, the food was inedible and had to be thrown away. The restaurant directed me to Uber as the driver is their responsibility. However, I have only received generic responses stating that they cannot provide a refund but encouraging me to leave a review. Given the circumstances, with a £30 order wasted and being left without dinner due to health issues, I am extremely frustrated. I simply want a refund for the uneaten food, and it feels like nobody is willing to address this situation properly.

On September 21, my £16.44 kabab from Harefield was never delivered. The driver, Ali, seemed unable to comprehend my delivery preferences. I made specific instructions to ring the doorbell and place the food on the bonnet of my Jeep by the front door, not on the floor due to my disability. Despite reporting the issue to both you and the shop, I have not yet received a refund for the undelivered order. Additionally, when I tried ordering from Harefield Cafe today, the order was canceled after an hour as no drivers were available. Although I appreciate the refund email for this second order, it is frustrating to have experienced two instances of no food delivery and one missing refund. I am eagerly awaiting your response. Hello, I want to report an issue with an order I made on Uber Eats last Friday, September 18th, through Taste of China. I live in Hoddesdon (EN11) and expected my order to go to the Hoddesdon branch, but after an hour of waiting, I called the restaurant and found out they never received it, as they are not partnered with Uber Eats. I then realized my order was placed with the Taste of China East London branch, over 32 miles away, which must be a mistake on your end. Although I didn't see a charge on my account on Friday, I recently received an email notifying me of a charge on my corporate credit card. I need an immediate refund for this error. Thank you. Hello, I am quite disappointed with the order I received. I ordered McDonald's for my children only to discover a hair in the chips. After contacting McDonald's, they informed me that they could not assist and directed me to contact Uber for a refund. This situation is very distressing, especially during the ongoing pandemic. I placed an order two hours ago, and unfortunately, I'm experiencing issues once again with Uber Eats. I am requesting a refund for my order as I no longer want to use the app due to consistent problems. I had only reinstalled the app because of a coupon offer, but the experience has been disappointing again. This is the third time I've faced issues, and I would like a refund promptly. The frequency of problems with ordering meals is concerning, and I would appreciate a refund or the opportunity to speak with a manager to address this ongoing situation.

Bonjour, Je suis ici pour exprimer ma déception envers votre service client, que je trouve franchement médiocre ! J'ai passé de nombreuses commandes chez vous, et ces derniers temps, j'ai rencontré des soucis à chaque fois. Soit il manque des articles dans ma commande, soit elle est incomplète. Malgré mes réclamations, vous refusez de me rembourser sous prétexte que je demande trop souvent satisfaction. Mais c'est justifié car il manque toujours quelque chose. Votre service laisse à désirer, je paie pour un service qui n'est pas à la hauteur. Je demande donc un remboursement d'au moins 60 euros pour compenser les commandes non remboursées. Si mes demandes ne sont pas satisfaites, je n'hésiterai pas à contacter les services de protection des consommateurs ! Trop de personnes se plaignent de votre entreprise. I have not been contacted yet aside from an email stating the call center is open 24/7. However, when I call, the automated voice tells me they are closed. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund for a meal that was significantly delayed. The restaurant assured us they were working on the order promptly, but we waited an excessive amount of time for a salad and a burger. The delay was due to Uber Eats not having available drivers to pick up the order, for which neither I nor the restaurant are at fault. I need urgent help in getting my refund as this help line is advertised as always available.

I have already made the payment for my Uber Eats order, but the app is still prompting me to pay. I have the payment details from my card company to confirm. I have also contacted Uber Eats via email about this issue. The discrepancy in the amount paid ($[redacted].01) and the amount requested by the app ($[redacted].33) is concerning. It seems there might have been an error in delivering the order, resulting in an additional $1.32 charge that I believe should not be there. Hello, I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Eastern Kebab House in Rochdale. My order was placed through my husband's app, with his name being Faisal Rehman. Despite being told the delivery would arrive between 7.30-7.50 pm, it did not reach us until after 9.10 pm. Throughout the wait, there were no updates on the app, leading to multiple calls to the store. Unfortunately, we were met with unprofessionalism from the staff who failed to provide accurate information and blamed the delay on the Uber driver. This lack of communication and prolonged wait, over 2 hours, greatly inconvenienced us, especially with a hungry child at home. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and seek compensation for this unpleasant experience. Considering the poor service today, I am hesitant to use UberEats in the future. Thank you.

On the 22nd, I attempted to order food from Amigos. Unfortunately, something went awry, and I found myself redirected to the home screen. After checking for any order status without success, I had to place the entire order again. When the delivery arrived, instead of one order containing a whole chicken, two sides, and a drink, I received two of the same order. I informed the Uber driver of the error, explaining that I had only ordered one meal. Despite my request to return one set of food, the driver mentioned they couldn't separate them since both were grouped together. Not able to consume the excess food since it was just me and my two children, I discovered that I was being charged twice for the same order. I tried to report the issue within the Uber app, but there wasn't a specific option for my problem. Further deliveries arrived, leading to similar issues, and even though I returned the extra food with subsequent drivers, the problem persisted. Upon contacting Uber eats, Amigos, and my bank regarding the overcharges and duplicated orders, no immediate resolution has been reached. It's crucial for me, especially on disability pay, to have the excess charges refunded promptly as this has caused financial strain. I placed an order on Uber Eats on Sept. 25 as I have done many times. However, this time my order got mixed up. The driver went to a different location far from my house and I had to contact him to redirect him to my address. By the time he would arrive, my food would be cold, so I agreed to cancel the order for a refund. Despite my explanation, Uber Eats refused to refund me and even sent me a receipt for a different order delivered to Panda Express, not my address. This mistake has left me frustrated, and I plan to dispute the charge with my bank. If this is not resolved, I will no longer use Uber services and will share my experience on social media platforms to warn others.

I am experiencing difficulty placing my order on the Uber Eats app. I received an email stating my account was suspended due to some refunds, but I have only received a few refunds during my time using the app. Most were from 'You and Me Sushi' because they omitted a food item multiple times, and a few were from Wendy's for missing items. Upon the driver's arrival at the hospital, he contacted me, and I was heading down to meet him. Regrettably, before I could reach him, the driver left my food with another hospital employee without my authorization. This action resulted in me not receiving the food I paid for. There were significant communication issues due to a language barrier with this employee, which made it challenging to coordinate properly. Despite my efforts to explain my location, interruptions from other conversations in the background made it impossible to effectively communicate. Consequently, the driver left my order with someone else against my wishes. I am now seeking a full refund of $15.12 for the undelivered meal and the lost time from my 30-minute lunch break. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
