I recently attempted to place an order but encountered multiple error messages. Frustrated, I made a purchase elsewhere. Surprisingly, an hour later, the initial order was processed without my knowledge, leading to a notification to pick up the food while I was on a lunch break. Unable to retrieve it then, I later learned of the confirmation when my work shift ended. The restaurant redirected me to Uber Eats for a refund, which proved unhelpful. Despite refreshing the page, I could not rectify the error message, and I felt helpless as the order automatically went through. This unexpected scenario has marred my previous positive experiences with Uber Eats, prompting me to consider permanently closing my account if the issue remains unresolved. The technical glitch abrupted my lunch plans, resulting in wasted food and frustration as neither the restaurant nor Uber Eats could provide a satisfactory solution.

I placed an order, but the Uber Eats driver only delivered 1 out of the 3 items, insisting I didn't order the missing items. I provided evidence from the app and a copy of the carbon copy receipt provided by the driver. Despite this, Uber Eats is now requesting that I go to the restaurant to obtain a receipt for a refund, which is frustrating. I have been in communication with various customer service representatives, including Omar (the driver) and Maria, but haven't received satisfactory assistance. It feels like Uber Eats has not taken proper responsibility for the mistake and is making it difficult for me to get a refund, causing unnecessary stress.

I had a terrible experience with Uber EATS. The driver was extremely rude and dishonest. Our order, which should have arrived in 30 minutes, took nearly 2 hours. When he purportedly reached our hotel, he falsely claimed that the delivery was made. We contacted the hotel front desk, a Disney resort known for excellent customer service, and they assured us that nothing had been delivered without their knowledge. Upon reaching the driver, he feigned a lack of English proficiency and was uncooperative. Even when a Spanish-speaking friend attempted to communicate with him, he became flustered and fabricated a story about delivering the order to unknown individuals wearing baseball caps, which was impossible. His behavior, deception, and the loss of our food, especially during the COVID situation when local restaurants were closed, made this delivery ordeal the worst we have ever encountered, leading us to decide never to use Uber EATS again.

On Sunday, September 6, [redacted], I placed two orders through the Uber Eats app and received them without any issues. However, I found it strange that one of the drivers took about 8 photos of my driver's license. Today, on Tuesday, September 8, [redacted], I got a notification from the Uber Eats app saying my delivery was on the way, even though I hadn't ordered anything. After checking, I realized that someone had fraudulently used my account to order food in Hayward, CA, where I live. I've already reached out to my bank, and they are refunding the full amount for the unauthorized transaction. I am disappointed that there is no phone or live support available currently, and I would have preferred at least a messaging option over email. I am concerned about why the driver named Daniel needed to take so many photos of my license, especially now that my account has been compromised.

I reside on 2nd Avenue in Seattle, and my GPS app keeps directing deliveries and myself through the 99 tunnel, which is directly beneath my apartment building. Could you please provide me with an email address where I can report this navigation issue? I have been trying to resolve this for about 40 minutes and I am on the verge of uninstalling both of my Uber apps. Drivers only notice the correct address when they see my warnings or use Google Maps.

Hello Sir, My name is Kawaljeet Singh. Three weeks ago, while ordering on Uber Eats, my phone froze, and I was unable to provide the required photo verification, leading to the deactivation of my account. I rely on this account for income and have a record of being a loyal and responsible user. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and reactivating my Uber account. The situation has caused me stress, and I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you, Kawaljeet Singh

Hello, I need help with changing the vehicle on my Uber Eats driver account. My name is Nzinda Pedro Fundu. My account got locked due to not having the correct insurance. I want to switch from a car to a bicycle. I've been trying to contact the office to schedule an appointment without success. I simply need to update the vehicle type on my profile. Thanks.

I purchased a $[redacted] Uber Eats gift card for a family who suffered the loss of a disabled child on September 14, [redacted]. Unfortunately, they are unable to locate the email containing the gift card. The order number is #CND722ERVB. The gift card is nearing its expiration date, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in ensuring they can use it. This family has been through so much distress over the past year, and I am hoping to offer them some support through this gift. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I am a disabled senior who ordered dinner through Ubereats last evening. My order was confirmed at 6:10 PM, but by 7:18 PM, it still had not arrived. Unable to reach the driver, I contacted the restaurant, Applebees on 165th and Meridian in Puyallup, WA. They informed me that my order had been ready for pickup by an Uber driver shortly after it was placed. Eventually, my cold ribs and fries arrived at 7:58 PM, requiring me to reheat everything. This delay was unacceptable, especially since I am a diabetic and depend on timely meals to manage my blood sugar levels. I am disappointed by this experience and would like a refund of $24.25 as compensation. Going forward, I am hesitant to use Ubereats again. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I attempted to order KFC through the UberEats app using a UNIDays promo code for a £15 discount on our first order. We've been attempting to apply the code and other codes for about an hour, but the app keeps indicating high traffic and suggests trying again later. We've continued to try without success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

While monitoring the app, it indicated that the driver had collected my food. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes without any progress on the app, I attempted to contact the courier, but received no response. Upon calling the driver, I inquired about the status of my food pickup, and he stated it was 10 minutes prior. Surprised as to why he hadn't commenced the delivery, I expressed concern about the food getting cold. However, the driver insisted he had just picked it up, contradicting the app's information of a 14-minute estimated arrival time. Unfortunately, after waiting for over 25 minutes, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the courier's service. I am inclined to request a refund due to the likelihood of my food being compromised. This negative experience with Uber Eats has deterred me from using the service again. The inability to reach a customer service representative immediately exacerbates the situation with the uncooperative driver. The driver's disrespectful behavior during our communication was also distressing.

I placed an order at Applebee's through Uber Eats over 2 hours ago at the Houston Texas location on Sam Houston Parkway. Despite the payment being made when I ordered, the delivery has not arrived. Uber Eats app shows the order was placed, and I am waiting for a driver but it has been over 2 hours and no delivery. Applebee's mentioned this is an ongoing issue with Uber Eats where orders are paid for but not picked up regularly. This is frustrating as a long-time Uber Eats user. I have tried contacting Applebee's with no success and the app's customer service options were not helpful. It's currently 11:00 pm, and I really need this matter resolved promptly.

Hello, yesterday evening, my order turned out to be a pick-up instead of a delivery, but the restaurant was too far away. I tried to cancel, but they had already made the sandwich very quickly. The tracking showed that it was ready for pick up in a minute, and I couldn't cancel in time. We also didn't receive the drink we ordered. This rapid service caught me off guard, as I have never experienced such a quick preparation before when ordering from other places. The price of the kebab sandwich and drink was 10 euros, and I am seeking a refund due to the circumstances. This was faster than my previous orders on Uber, leaving me little time to react. I hope to get a refund for this unusual situation.

I'm a frequent Uber Eats customer, ordering multiple times per week. My recent order was extremely disappointing. The veggie burger lacked key ingredients like cheese, avocado, fried mushrooms, peppers, and onions, leaving me with a sad burger consisting of a bun, patty, tomato, and wilted lettuce. The sweet potato fries were not only missing the chipotle dip I was looking forward to but also arrived soggy. To top it off, the samosas were dried out and stale. I managed to eat only half of the fries, a few bites of the burger, and had to throw the rest away. As a loyal Uber customer, this experience was both disheartening and costly at $36.94. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you, Winona Waring. My order number is #58A8F.

I ordered a meal through Uber Eats with an estimated delivery time of 7:30. The driver arrived at 7:26 but only called once, without ringing the doorbell or knocking, and didn't leave my food at the door as expected. After contacting the restaurant, I found out that typically the food isn't returned to them, and drivers often end up keeping it. Despite this, I didn't receive a refund, which means the driver essentially got to keep my food for free along with the tip I had given. I believe this is unfair. The driver should have followed the standard procedure of leaving the food at the door and calling. I tried to reach out to her, but encountered an error stating my number wasn't on my account, even though it is. This situation is frustrating, especially considering the cost of the meal and my monthly Uber Eats subscription fee.

Good morning. On Saturday 12/09, I ordered from Uber Eats and the delivery driver, Filipe, did not deliver the food and was rude. My address was incorrect, and after correcting it, he refused to deliver because the new location was over 1 kilometer away, insisting he would incur additional costs. He claimed to have waited at the address shown in the app for 10 minutes even after being given the correct one, which seemed deceitful. This was the first time experiencing such an issue. Last week, a cyclist got lost delivering and Uber Eats provided a 2.90 euro credit which I used for this order. The driver was not professional in his language. I delayed raising this matter as I am in recovery and cannot handle external stress. Therefore, I kindly request a 9.60 euro credit to be applied to my account since the mistake was not mine. I have confirmed my address with my daughter and believe it is accurate on the map. Please verify: Alameda dos Oceanos, 23 - 4 Esq. Expo Sul. Best regards, Pedro Silva

I am seeking a refund of $26.75, plus the tip, totaling $30.91, which I have not received after experiencing an issue with my order at Wendy's. This situation left my family hungry as we had not yet had dinner. Despite my efforts, I had to give up on the order and try a different store. I have taken the step of contacting my bank to dispute the charge in hopes of recovering my money. If this does not resolve the issue, I may have to explore other options, which I would prefer to avoid. I feel frustrated and uncertain if I have been scammed in this situation.

We ordered food from Tostada Regia on UberEats (#86D6C) for three items. Despite receiving notifications that our order was en route, the driver seemed to have trouble finding us. After waiting for over an hour, we were told the order was "almost there" at 9:05 pm, but when the driver tried to reach us, the call got disconnected. Attempts to call back were unsuccessful. We hope there will be no charges on our debit card for this service failure. Additionally, we hope the promo code can be applied since we didn't receive our order.

I placed an order, but received a call from Uber Eats instructing me to contact the restaurant. It took 15-20 minutes to reach them. Upon calling, I realized I had inputted my home address instead of my work address for delivery. The restaurant informed me they hadn't started my order due to a substitution request awaiting manager approval, with no timeframe given. By this point, 30 minutes had passed, and my lunch break was ending in another 30 minutes, while the delivery time was estimated at 50-60 minutes. Concerned I wouldn't be able to receive the order and unwilling to have it left for someone else, I had to cancel. I believe I am entitled to a full refund due to the delays and uncertainties: 1) placed order at 11:05, 2) took 15-20 minutes to contact the store, 3) informed after 25-30 minutes that order wasn't ready awaiting manager's approval for substitution, 4) considering my lunch hour constraints and the anticipated delivery time.

I placed an order with Wendy's at 3:04 pm on Friday, September 18. I opted for priority delivery, expecting the food in 40 minutes. I specifically requested contactless delivery at my front door. At 4:40 pm, I checked the app for the driver's status to find out they had canceled my order just a few minutes before. Now, what was supposed to be a 40-minute wait turned into 1 hour and 40 minutes, a waste of time! I also read that I might not get a refund for my $40 order that I never received. I now have to reorder from somewhere else and wait again, all while being out of pocket $40. This is the third time this has happened to me with Uber Eats, and it's the fifth time I've used the service. All I want this time is my money back. Thank you. Krystal S.
