You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-blakepow's own words
I ordered from rubios on july **th and your app said that it couldn’t be processed so i reordered.. however on the app it still showed my first order being processed so i pressed cancel. It warned i would be charged however i assumed this would be fixed as your app told me first it couldn’t be processed. I then waited over an hour for my food which was longer than expected so i called the restaurant and they told me they only recieved one order from me and that it was cancelled. I then ordered a third time and waited another hour for my food which was supposed to arrive in **min. If i am not refunded for * of those meals which i never got, i will never use your app again and will leave the worse review everywhere i can. I am a regular customer, haven’t had a pot of problems until the past couple weeks and this is absolutely ridiculous that i am charged **$ for one meal that took * times longer than expected to get here. Please help
