Order **A*F***So, the problem was with one of the meals. **The meal in particular was a quarter pounder with cheese meal, with a medium fry and a Large Orange Fruitopia. What I received was a quarter pounder with cheese meal, with a medium fry and a Large Strawberry Fruitopia. I wouldn't really care if I liked Strawberry Fruitopia, but I don't care for it at all, so it was a complete waste.**When I contacted you, I was refunded $*.**...**I'm guessing the person that gave me the refund just looked at the cost beside the drink and said "oh, $*.**". But the ** cents on the bill is the cost of upsizing the drink to a large from medium, not the cost of the drink as a whole. So, if I had received a medium instead of a large, I could see getting a **-cent refund, but they sent me the wrong drink entirely. I didn't drink it. It went in the garbage because I don't like Strawberry Fruitopia. I hate having to throw out food, but no one in the house likes it either, so I didn't really have anything else I could do with it.**I was hoping to be refunded the cost of the drink, not the cost of the upsize.**I'm also not planning to order Orange Fruitopia from them again, unless I'm there in person. This isn't the first time this has happened.**Now on top of that I am getting the runaround from your customer service. I received * emails all saying I've been refunded **-cents, like no one is actually paying attention to what I'm writing. I tried to file a complaint again, was asked to elaborate in an email, so I did, and was then emailed back telling me that the order has been closed.**Is it so hard to get someone to actually read what the problem is? Instead I keep getting people telling me "we've reviewed your problem and have refunded you ** cents". My problem wasn't a drink size, **-cents is the cost of upsizing a drink, I got the WRONG DRINK, not the wrong size. If I had gotten the wrong size, the ** cent refund would be totally acceptable and I wouldn't be contacting you now.
