I encountered issues with Uber Eats regarding three of my previously used cards. This situation has caused the deletion of my promotion codes and the contents of my basket. I find it unlikely that all three cards are problematic. Uber Eats has been my go-to for breaking my fast, but the recent bugs are disappointing. I suspect money might have been charged from one of the affected cards. I am keen for Uber Eats to clarify the card issues, reach out to me for any refunded amounts, for orders I did not place, and reinstate the promotional codes. I hope Uber Eats can address these concerns promptly.

Expressing my frustration with Uber Eats. I have a $25 certificate but can't seem to order due to app issues. The process is complicated, especially for non-iPhone users. I've been stuck for days trying to place an order as I can't remember my password, and the SMS code never arrives. The customer service number was unhelpful. Ordering food shouldn't feel like solving a complex puzzle. I have a code from Assemblyman DenDekker for the order. Hoping for a straightforward solution soon.

Good evening, I am reaching out following an interaction with one of your colleagues on your platform. It is shameful to speak to customers in such a manner and not provide a chance for them to explain. Firstly, I did not receive any call from the delivery driver to receive my order. Then, I am being attacked for supposedly providing the wrong address and being unreachable!! I have evidence that the address given is indeed my home! If you have an issue with your GPS or application, that is not my problem. I find this behavior from your customer service unacceptable. Do not expect me to speak positively about your service, as this is not the first time this has happened.

I returned home from my graveyard shift and found a Ubereats bag at my doorstep. I didn't order any food, and I believe the delivery was made to the wrong apartment. The ticket mentions "Carl" and "#A1BCB" with an order placed at 8:04pm and picked up at 8:11pm while I was at work. I would like to return the bag to the customer and have been trying to reach out. I ordered Zaxby's last night, and unfortunately, I received less than half of the food I paid for. I contacted support, and they offered me a $5 credit, which is not sufficient to cover the missing items. Uber mentioned that there have been many adjustments, but if my orders were correct and not missing items, undercooked chicken, or delivered to the wrong address, I wouldn't need to seek help through the app. It's frustrating as it feels like theft. I am willing to pay for the food I did receive, but I refuse to pay for items that were missing. Since I am not getting anywhere with Uber's customer service, I plan to dispute the charge with my bank. I will also share my negative experiences by leaving reviews and will no longer be using the app.

I recently made my first order using a $25 credit gift, excited to try a new service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The initial order process led me to a dead-end screen, forcing me to restart. Upon placing my order again, I noticed the $25 credit, but upon checkout, the full amount was set to be charged. I cancelled and attempted a third time, only to find the credit missing. My husband tried to help, but the credit did not reflect on the bill. I ordered food, but the delivery driver never arrived at my house. He claimed to have waited for 8 minutes, but we were outside waiting the entire time. He stopped at a gas station near my house but did not come to deliver the food. Despite this, the order was canceled without a refund, citing the driver's wait time. I have generally had good experiences ordering from you, but this situation has been frustrating. I believe a refund is justified as the driver did not attempt delivery or contact us. I placed an order at Juliobertos around 2:00am, and it's now almost 4:00am as I write this. I contacted the restaurant, and my food is just sitting there with no driver assigned. I'm hesitant to cancel the order knowing there's an $18 charge, so my only options seem to be waking my sister to borrow her car to pick it up or using Uber or Lyft, which doesn't seem ideal. I ordered pizza from Papa John's through Uber Eats but was unable to enter my promotion code. Papa John's couldn't find my order, so we made other dinner arrangements. Later, an Uber Eats driver arrived with the pizza, and I wasn't aware I had already been charged. I tried to ask the driver about the promotion code, but language barriers made it difficult to communicate. Feeling unsure, I declined the pizza without knowing how to pay for it. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full refund as Papa John's gave incorrect information and the communication with the driver was challenging.

I am very disappointed with the service I received for my recent order. The delivery driver took my order but was unable to fulfill it promptly due to other deliveries. This resulted in multiple delays, pushing the delivery time back by two hours. The driver eventually denied having my order, leading to further delays as a new driver had to be assigned and the restaurant had to prepare a fresh order. Although I appreciate the $5 discount offered for my next order, it does not adequately compensate for the inconvenience caused. We made a purchase of over $50 at Taco Bell through UberEats using my boyfriend's account. The wait time for our order was extremely long. After waiting for more than an hour, our food was finally delivered. Upon unpacking, we realized that we were given the wrong order completely. We lodged a complaint through the app and received a refund of $12, which is inadequate. We are requesting a full refund since we did not receive any of the items we had ordered. At 8:56 am, I placed an Uber Eats order and was charged $80.98. Two minutes later, at 8:58 am, I received a notification that the order was canceled as the restaurant was closed. The refund of $80.98 would take 3-5 business days. Shortly after at 9:00 am, I placed a new order for $79.47 with an ETA of no later than 10:20 am. At 10:10 am, I checked my phone to track the order and saw that it was delivered at 9:55 am, but nothing was on my front porch. I contacted Uber support through the chat, where they were unable to reach the driver but assured me a refund for $79.47 in 3-5 days. With $[redacted].45 in pending refunds, I asked if the $79.47 could be used to reorder my food instead, but Uber could not accommodate. This left me unable to reorder due to insufficient funds until tomorrow. Attempts to contact Uber for a resolution were futile as their support was unavailable, leaving me frustrated with the situation.

I placed an order at the Kipling Subway Store under Order #7D8FE. The store contacted me once the driver was there for pickup to inform me that one of our subs and other ingredients were unavailable. I decided to cancel the order due to missing items. However, the order status didn't reflect the cancellation, prompting me to reach out to the store. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with was unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly. What followed was a message stating that I would be charged $49 or $92 for canceling, which seems unfair given the circumstances. It wasn't my fault that the store couldn't fulfill my order until the driver was on-site. I want the store to refund the charged amount to the Visa card I used for payment.

I want to inform you that on 18/05/[redacted], I had an accident with the ATAC bus and was later taken to the Sandro Pertini hospital for 3 days. I use Uber Eats almost every day, and unfortunately, I have repeatedly encountered an issue where my drink is missing from my orders, except for maybe two instances. Initially, it was tolerable, but it became frustrating, especially when it happened with my Taco Bell order. After not receiving a refund that was supposedly issued, I faced the same problem less than a week later with my $30 Marcos order missing the 2-liter drink. The driver even took a photo confirming delivery, showing the absence of the beverage. I contacted Marcos, who directed me back to Uber Eats. After struggling to find a contact number, here I am detailing my frustration. I hope that with evidence of this recurring problem, it will be addressed. I am requesting a refund for my Marcos Pizza order and hope for a resolution so I can continue using Uber Eats, ensuring I make a note or contact the restaurant regarding the missing drink in the future. I have received a final notice about my delivery speed not being bicycle, which is accurate. This issue arose when I first signed up for UberEats with the email [redacted] I was informed that my driver's license does not match the information on my insurance account, which is true because the car was a gift from my brother, John Opong, and the insurance is under his name. I am unable to afford insurance currently, but I own the car for delivery purposes. In response, I created a new account named [redacted], indicating bicycle for the registration due to not having one and intending to use my car instead. I have made multiple calls seeking assistance before my account is deactivated by the system. I have unexpectedly lost my job and desperately need this work. I am eagerly awaiting your feedback.

I ordered from Rita's Italian Ice through Uber Eats, but the delivery person arrived without a mask, no social distancing, or gloves. He admitted to never wearing a mask and was rude when I raised concerns. This made me uncomfortable about the safety of the food. I contacted Rita's to inform them not to use this driver named Samuel again. I requested a refund from Uber Eats due to the disrespectful behavior of the driver, the lack of Covid protocols, and the fact that I could not eat the pricey food. I ordered food from Firehouse Subs with a special request to exclude mayonnaise and tomatoes. Upon receiving my order, it was incorrect with all the toppings I wanted to avoid. I reached out to Uber Eats who assured me a full refund in 2-3 business days. Due to the Memorial Day holiday, I waited until Friday to check, but the refund was not reflected in my account. Despite contacting my bank, they have no record of the refund. It has been almost two weeks and despite Uber Eats claiming the refund was issued, I have yet to see the money returned to my account.

I reside at 114A Streatham High Road, and our flat faces the KFC branch on the same road. The noise from the delivery drivers has been escalating daily. They are flouting social distancing rules specified by the government, with up to 10 motorbikes parked outside KFC at any given time. The drivers gather closely, chatting and standing together or sitting closely on the bikes. The drivers are even using our doorstep as a perch, despite our repeated requests for them not to do so. This is private property, not a seating area. Initially, I expected this issue to resolve itself, but it's only worsening, prompting this formal complaint. As an NHS nurse working night shifts, I rely on daytime sleep, which the drivers' disruptive behavior is hindering. Their loud conversations and shouting persist even with my windows shut.
