The issue in GetHuman-ianthesp's own words
I placed an order at Juliobertos, at about *:**am it’s almost *:**am at writing this, I called the restaurant and the food is sitting there(and no driver), I can’t cancel the order because you guys will charge me $**, the other option I can take is wake my sister up and borrow her car just to go get my food, but then I’m still paying you guys(and driver, and tip) to “get it”. Or I get a Uber or Lyft and go get the food......(which is dumb)*My name is Ian Anderson*I also looked up your guys customer service number, and “there are no phone services at this time”. *So I’m resorting to sending you guys this, through an support ticket. *It’s approximately *:**am(Arizona time) and someone is finally picking up my order. That’s a * hr wait for food. *How’s this gonna be made right?
