We placed our order for Chinese at 5 p.m., with a specified delivery time of 5:30 p.m. However, the delivery time was later pushed back to 7:10 p.m., a significant delay. Despite contacting the restaurant, we were informed that the extended delivery time is standard practice. The order has still not arrived as of 7:30 p.m., after being assured it was about to be dispatched. This experience has been disappointing, and it raises concerns about the company's service. I have since learned of similar issues from other customers. I hope the reported poor food quality does not apply to our order. I request to discuss not only a refund but also the removal of this restaurant from the Uber Eats app due to these ongoing issues.

I've accumulated $[redacted].00 in Uber Cash using my Uber Visa card. I managed to redeem the cash and transfer it to my Uber account. However, I am struggling to figure out how to apply it to my Uber Eats account. Despite researching and reading various help topics, I believe the information I found is outdated due to recent changes in the Uber Eats checkout process. Thank you, Christine J.

My husband and I ordered food from KFC, but when it arrived, we discovered that the two meals I ordered were mixed up. We also didn't receive our drinks. The driver blamed someone else for the mix-up. After a long and difficult day, I spoke with the manager within five minutes. The manager stated that she had prepared the order correctly, and her team confirmed this. However, upon inspection, she found dirty napkins and an open lid, concluding that the driver may have tampered with the food. She promptly fixed my order and handed it back to me. I am concerned about the safety implications of this incident and hope that appropriate action is taken to ensure it does not happen again, especially in these challenging times.

I would like to request a refund. Yesterday, I attempted to order food, but the app indicated the transaction did not go through, prompting me to try again. I successfully placed a different order, only to discover later that the initial order did process despite the error message. It is frustrating that UberEats is placing blame on me for this confusion. Despite several attempts to reach out to the restaurant for clarification prior to placing the second order, I was ignored. Considering the current circumstances with losing my job due to COVID, it is distressing to unknowingly spend £60 on food. I am simply seeking a refund for the order that I was initially told did not go through.

My daughter made multiple attempts to order from Real Fruit but encountered issues with applying a promo code and the unit number. As a result, she had to cancel her orders twice. Despite receiving emails confirming the cancelations, $25.40 was still deducted from her bank account. She then reattempted the order without the promo code, which also needs to be refunded. The total amount to be credited back to her daughter's account is $40.40 ($20.20 + $5.20 + $15). Can you please confirm when these refunds will be processed?

I placed an order on Uber Eats at 12:26. My original delivery time of 1:25pm got delayed, and the order didn't arrive until 1:57pm. Sadly, when it finally came, the food was cold, the milkshakes were mostly melted, and the driver's car seemed damaged. Usually, I'm patient with food deliveries, but waiting an hour and a half, the driver taking a longer route that added 15 minutes (which I saw on the Uber Eats app) and suspecting an accident without any communication is disappointing. Although I was given a $5 discount on my next order, it doesn't compensate well for the extended wait and the compromised food quality I experienced.

I would like to file a complaint regarding an Uber Eats driver. This incident took place at [redacted] E Wetmore Rd in Tucson, AZ. An Uber driver arrived between 5-6 pm to pick up an order at Taco Bell. When the driver arrived, I greeted her and informed her that the lobby was temporarily closed due to COVID-19, and she could pick up the order at the drive-thru window. However, the driver complained about the long line in the drive-thru and used inappropriate language before ultimately canceling the order and leaving. It was unprofessional behavior, considering the limitations in place for safety. We did not receive any prior communication from the driver regarding the pickup protocol.

Hello, I cancelled my order shortly after placing it due to an error. However, I was still charged despite the cancellation. I mistakenly reordered thinking I had no choice but to pay, and now I've ended up with two identical orders and double the charges. This process was confusing and frustrating for me. I am requesting a refund of $21.95, as a total of $45.10 was charged by Uber Eats in a matter of seconds without receiving any food. Thank you, Cameron.

I have been waiting for a response to my request from Uber Eats for over a week now. I am seeking a refund for an order that was placed fraudulently on my account back in July [redacted]. Even though I had canceled my credit card at that time, Uber still had the unpaid order on my account, and it was charged on Friday, April 24, [redacted]. I provided photo evidence of my bank account as requested, but I have yet to receive a reply. I would appreciate any assistance.

Hello, I placed an order to be delivered to a [redacted]% verified address. I requested the delivery person to call me when they arrived at my building. When the driver called, I discovered they were on the correct street but 1.5km east of my location. Despite my attempts to explain the correct address, the driver was disrespectful and insisted he was in the right place. Also, when contacting Uber Eats customer service, the representative from the USA abruptly ended the call without providing assistance as promised. Additionally, I received a canceled order that I am being charged for, adding to my frustration. It is challenging to find someone to speak with to address these issues. Thank you.

I received someone else's DoorDash order instead of my Uber Eats order. When I called to fix it, my corrected order was still incorrect. The food was soggy, the drinks were diluted, and it was overall very disappointing. I have the DoorDash receipt but didn't receive mine. I use your service frequently and have never had such a bad experience before. I have submitted multiple complaints but am unsure if they were received. I am requesting a full refund for my order and would appreciate a prompt response regarding when the refund will be issued to my card. Thank you.

Good morning, I am Harpreet Kaur Dhaliwal, writing on behalf of my husband, Mandeep Singh Dhaliwal, a delivery partner with Uber. Unfortunately, my husband's Uber Eats account has been deactivated. Despite being not fluent in English, he encountered issues signing in and asked me to assist. While troubleshooting, the app prompted us to upload documents and unexpectedly asked for a selfie. I unintentionally clicked the selfie option while handing the phone to him. My husband has been a dedicated partner for a year without any problems and values the opportunity to work with Uber. I encountered issues with my orders on April 29th. Despite having $15 in Uber Cash, it was not utilized during the transactions. Even though the app indicated my payment method was Amex + Uber Cash, the credit was not applied. This led to my Uber Cash balance being depleted to zero without benefitting from the credit. I tried to order Thai food at 6:11 pm but received a message that the order couldn't be processed. Subsequently, I placed a similar order at a different restaurant two minutes later (6:13 pm) thinking the first order was canceled due to the processing issue. I was surprised to see both orders went through, resulting in unintended duplicate purchases that I wouldn't have made knowingly. I need assistance with the following problems: 1. Ensure my $15 Uber Cash credit is properly reflected and utilized in future purchases. 2. Request a refund for one of the duplicate orders that went through erroneously. 3. Address two unidentified charges on my credit card from Ubereats revealed on the same day, where my card was charged amounts not matching the actual orders, totaling in four transactions causing confusion.

I am inquiring about multiple charges on my recent orders. On April 28th, I placed my first order and paid $45.20 CAD + $7.80 CAD tip using my PayPal balance. Then on May 2nd, I made a second order and paid $48.61 CAD + $6.39 CAD tip, also using my PayPal balance. It appears that my first order was charged twice, once from my PayPal balance and once to my credit card, resulting in a total of $55 being deducted twice for the same order. There is also an unauthorized charge of $44.71 on my bank account, which caused additional fees. I need clarification on this charge and a refund for the duplicate charge on my second order. PayPal has no record of the $44.71 charge, and I would appreciate a refund for this amount as well. Please address these issues promptly. Thank you.

Dear Ubereats, I plea with you to address this complaint, which has been ignored despite previous attempts for resolution. I am a UK Medical doctor frustrated by the lack of response regarding Order #AC62A from Chopsticks on 7/3/20. My daughter's order was cancelled, yet she was still charged £29.45. Our efforts to contact Uber on 14/3/20 and 11/4/20 led nowhere. Customer service directed us to the website, which offered no viable solution, leaving us dissatisfied with the handling of this issue. My daughter, a vulnerable individual, has yet to receive a refund, prompting my involvement. The lack of accountability from a reputable company is concerning. I was about to place an order at McDonald's. I had selected an order, but changed my mind before checking out. The initial order total was [redacted], with an additional charge of 3.50, totaling [redacted]. I did not check out, and the order was not prepared or delivered. Later, I ordered a different meal with a total of [redacted], plus 2.90, coming to [redacted]. This second order was delivered as I completed the checkout process. Good evening, I bought Uber Eats on August 5, [redacted]. My order cost $60.99, but I was charged twice for it. My Uber Eats experience has turned into a nightmare, especially today. I woke up early to order Mother's Day breakfast for my mom, but the surprise was ruined. The driver seemed to either have taken my food, causing a delay, or didn't inform the restaurant. When he finally delivered, my mom had already left. Today has been hectic, and I decided to give it another shot for dinner, but mistakenly forgot to update the delivery address. Despite trying to cancel promptly, I was still charged the full amount. I'm kindly requesting a refund for the canceled meal. As a single mom having a rough day, not getting my dinner just adds to the frustration.
