Hello, my name is Ina Brown. I recently received notifications from my Commonwealth bank account regarding transactions made through Uber Eats. There was a purchase of $8.00 at 11:31 pm, another for $0.33 at 11:45 pm, and one more for $28.54 at 11:49 pm. I want to clarify that I did not make these purchases and suspect fraudulent activity on my account. I urge you to investigate this matter, refund the unauthorized transactions, and provide me with the delivery address associated with these orders. My address is 18 Weathers Street in GOWRIE. Please share this information with me at [redacted], as I intend to involve the police. Thank you.

I contacted Uber Eats on March 15, [redacted], regarding my order for White Castle on Hwy K, in O'Fallon, Missouri. I faced discrepancies with my order as I paid $44 and a $6 tip, receiving a fraction of the items. I ordered 1 Sack of Fried Pickles, 4 original White Castle hamburgers, 10 Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce, and 2 Sacks of Fish Nibblers. I only received 1 hamburger, 5 Mozzarella Sticks, and no sauce. Furthermore, the store mentioned that the website is outdated, they don't serve Fried Pickles, and the orders are often incorrect with Uber Eats. They confirmed my total of $29, not $44 as charged. I seek a refund for the missing items and urge Uber Eats to update their listings. My contact number is [redacted]. The purchase was made using my fiancé's debit card under the name Jacob O. Deppen.

I am deeply upset and disappointed. On Tuesday night, March 17th, I had guests over that I was recommending Uber Eats to. I frequently order from Noodle Box Calamvale in Brisbane through Uber Eats. I placed 2 orders, but I never received any tracking information. The message received said "Order cancelled..unable to deliver". Upon contacting Noodle Box, I was informed that the driver picked up the order but canceled it as he couldn't find me. However, my credit card was already charged $91.00+. This was extremely embarrassing as we were all left hungry. I have always provided clear instructions for delivery at my home. It seems the driver couldn't locate us and may have taken off with our food. This is unacceptable. I request a full refund for both orders with the following order numbers: # 56FD6 $91.00+ and # EA2BE $41.00+. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will post negative feedback on Facebook and seek legal advice while advising my friends to avoid using Uber Eats. I've been a loyal customer, and this incident has been very disappointing. -Angela M.

The driver arrived at [redacted] Woodbine Ave around 5:40 PM on March 18, [redacted]. Upon delivery to one of our residents, the driver entered an unauthorized parking garage area and got stuck in our parking system. A resident informed us about the issue. We instructed the driver, who was driving a silver Jetta TDI wagon with the plate CBDZ [redacted], that the area was restricted and should park in front of the building. Unfortunately, we noticed later that hand sanitizer was missing from the lobby. After reviewing the video footage, it was evident that the driver took the sanitizer while leaving.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I have a significant order for up to [redacted] people across Australia to be delivered by the end of May or June. I am looking to organize and pay for everyone, aiming for deliveries to be made on the same day. The food can vary but does not need to be exactly the same for each person. I am currently in Sydney and need to present this to the client by tomorrow morning. Please respond via email. The event was originally planned as a breakfast forum but will now be a virtual meeting. The client is interested in having breakfast delivered to the attendees. Specific details: - Can you provide breakfast deliveries to individuals at home or office? - Please provide sample menu options - What locations in Greater Sydney do you cover? - Do you collaborate with catering companies in other states? - Can you offer coffee, iced coffee, and juices? - What are the minimum spends and approximate costs? - Any information on locations, guest numbers, and breakfast preferences would be helpful. Thank you for your prompt assistance as I need to present this tomorrow morning. Kindly provide the details by 1-2 pm today if possible. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Eva

Dear Uber Eats, I am extremely upset and frustrated as I have been unable to reach you for the past two days. On Tuesday, March 17th, I had guests over whom I had been praising Uber Eats to. I am a loyal customer of both Uber Eats and Noodle Box Calamvale. I placed two orders at Noodle Box Calamvale in Brisbane, QLD, and was surprised to see that my orders were cancelled without any prior notification. This resulted in a charge of $91.00 on one credit card and $41.00 on another. This situation was embarrassing and left us all hungry. I have always provided clear delivery instructions, and it is disappointing that the driver could not locate us and did not return the food to the restaurant. I demand a full refund for both orders with the order numbers #56FD6 for $91.00 and #EA2BE for $41.00. I have always had positive experiences with Uber Eats in the past, making this incident particularly alarming. I eagerly await your prompt response. Sincerely, Angela M. I have had some Uber Eats deliveries canceled, and I believe it's unfair. I recently realized that not using the app properly might affect how Uber Eats evaluates my performance. Even though I was marked late on some orders, it was often due to delays at the pickup spots. When I would accept a new delivery during a current one, occasionally the orders would get mixed up, even though I tried to manage it correctly. I suggested to Uber support that drivers should not receive another call until completing the current delivery or being close to finishing it to avoid confusion. I enjoy working for Uber Eats and am confident that using the app correctly will improve my performance ratings. I strive to do my best, and I believe this adjustment will help. Thank you, Derrick C.

Yesterday at around 11 a.m. Eastern Time, I placed an order for a footlong steak and cheese sub along with a 20 oz. coke. The delivery was supposed to arrive by 12:05 p.m. but got delayed multiple times to 12:15 and then 12:30 p.m. I live approximately 2 miles from the sub shop, and when I called at 12:34 p.m., the firehouse confirmed the delivery was picked up about 10 minutes ago. However, it's impossible to bike from the shop to my house in 10 minutes. I reported the issue through the app and by calling the 1-[redacted] number but was only met with resistance from representatives, supervisors, and managers who refused a refund due to too many previous refunds on my account. I've included photos of the incorrect orders. As someone currently out of work due to the coronavirus situation, it's distressing not to receive a refund for an $18 order that was never delivered. I've had issues with incorrect orders before due to food allergies, and despite providing photos and requesting a pick-up for the wrong order, the situation remains unresolved.

I made a purchase on Mar 18, [redacted], for food totaling $44.89. I added a $5 tip, which is standard. However, I noticed an extra charge of $9.29 on my Visa card ending in [redacted], despite not making any additional purchases. The name on my card is Delpheanea Delreah Holmes, and it expires in 09/24. I did not authorize this charge, especially since my initial order was incorrect, and a pint of salsa was missing. I've already contacted customer service three times, providing photos of my receipt and credit card statement, yet the issue remains unresolved. If this matter is not rectified today, I will escalate it by disputing the charge with my bank.

Two days ago, I placed an order on Uber Eats for McDonald's, but received a strawberry Fruitopia instead of the orange one I requested. Uber Eats assured me they would follow up in 24 hours, but I haven't heard anything back yet regarding my refund. Today, I ordered from Popeyes and didn't receive the bottle of Sprite and Coke Zero I ordered. Because I needed the drinks, I had to order again from McDonald's to get the drinks I wanted. This has happened before, and I end up having to pay extra for small orders and delivery fees each time. I feel it's unfair as McDonald's is closer to me than Popeyes. This is a recurring issue with my orders from Uber Eats, and it's frustrating that there's no direct way to address these problems automatically.

I am a loyal Uber Eats user, ordering at least once a week, especially now with the current situation. However, for the past six orders I've tried to place, I encounter an error message right after confirming my order. Despite having checked my payment details and ensuring I have enough funds, I am puzzled as to why this issue has arisen suddenly. While others can order for me without problems, I find myself unable to do so. I don't want to switch to a different delivery service, but I may have to if this continues. I received a gift of three free deliveries, but when I tried to use them today, I encountered issues, and now I fear they will expire before I get a chance to use them. I urgently need this matter investigated and resolved, as my family will soon be self-isolating, and I rely on your service. Thank you. Best, Aly

As an Uber Eats driver, I have been receiving notifications regarding canceled deliveries post-food pick-up, insinuating fraudulent behavior. Recently, at Coco's Bubble Tea Grill on Wonderland Rd., I experienced another incident. Despite not intending to accept this delivery, it was automatically assigned to me. Upon arrival at the parking lot, I was informed of its cancellation, and Uber attempted to assign me a new order. I drove towards Proudfoot Lane, assuming I had another delivery at a different restaurant, only to realize Uber believed I had the food and was en route to a customer. I never entered the restaurant or picked up any food and as I approached the apartment buildings, I canceled the delivery and went home. I declined deliveries from Coco's due to feeling unsafe entering their premises which is why I will now be wearing a mask during deliveries.

Hello, I recently received a call from the delivery person informing me that IHOP was closed and unable to pick up my order. Despite this, I realized that I have been charged for the order. I kindly request a refund for the amount as I never received my order. The system showed the order as delivered and deducted the amount. Please process the refund back to my account. I only received a credit for the difference amount, not the full charged amount.

Hello, I placed an Uber Eats order tonight from McDonald's. The first order I attempted to place had an issue and couldn't go through, so I tried again and the second attempt was successful. About thirty minutes later, I received the first order without any problems. Shortly after, a second Uber Eats driver came with another order that I didn't want as I only intended to order once. The initial transaction went through without me being informed that my food was on its way, causing confusion. I would appreciate a refund for the first order that I unknowingly received due to a glitch in the Uber Eats app. Thank you.

I recently discovered 7 unauthorized charges on our bank account from Uber Eats. We have never used this service and do not have an account with them. We are working on filing a fraud claim with our bank. Can someone from Uber Eats assist us by providing information on where these orders were placed and who made them? We can provide more details on the transactions when contacted. Thank you for your help. - K.

I have been trying to get a refund for my order from last week. I reached out three times in four days and did not receive my entire order. I have requested my money back through the app, phone calls (unanswered), and on the app again, but my requests were ignored. I am now giving up as I feel ignored and dismissed over two sprites, one coke, and one milk. I have spent a lot of money this month while working from home. It's unfortunate that you have lost my business, as I now view you as dishonest or even potential thieves. I have decided not to spend any more money with you. Even the service was poor as I used to tip at least 20%, but reduced it to 10% after encountering two drivers I did not like. I could tolerate a bad driver, but not receiving my full order or the refund.

I was charged the full amount for my order despite canceling right away due to an incorrect address. I contacted the restaurant to arrange to pick up the order directly, and they agreed but mentioned that UberEats canceled the order without payment. If the restaurant hadn't started preparing my order, I could understand keeping my payment to cover their costs. However, it seems unfair to keep my money without compensating the restaurant. Since I'll be paying the restaurant in full upon picking up the order, I'm requesting a full refund as UberEats has not paid them. This experience is disappointing as I had higher expectations for a company I perceived as reputable.

We used the free delivery promotion at McDonald's, which redirected us to the UberEats website. At checkout, we encountered issues placing the order, so we refreshed the page until it went through. The site kept displaying errors, causing concern that the order wasn't received. Upon checking, it indicated Priscilla was delivering, but a man initially arrived with our order, followed by a girl who we assumed was Priscilla. I am puzzled as to why the order was delivered twice when only placed once. Additionally, being charged twice is concerning. Please respond promptly as we selected this offer for its affordability, making double charges upsetting.

I recently placed an order at 57th Bagels & More on Monday, March 23rd, totaling USD 34.17. The delivery window was from 9:35 am to 9:50 am, and the delivery was conducted by the restaurant's own driver, not through Uber Eats as indicated on the app. Unfortunately, my food never arrived. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the restaurant, I finally spoke to someone at 11:50 am. They informed me that no Uber Eats driver had picked up my order, even though the app showed their own driver was responsible. After the call, the restaurant marked the order as "delivered." I was unable to report the issue via the app, as the "I did not receive the delivery" function displayed an error. I am seeking assistance and a refund for this matter. Thank you, Tamara.

Hello, I had a concerning experience at WAWA on 41 and Old Englewood Road in Venice, FL. While in line, I witnessed an older gentleman performing unsanitary actions after collecting an Uber Eats order. He blew his nose on the ground, wiped his nose with his hand, and then drove off in a light blue Toyota Prius. I believe there should be an emergency complaint system in place to address such incidents promptly, especially in current times. This behavior was unacceptable and poses a health risk, particularly during the ongoing pandemic. I hope appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you.
