I made a food order at 10:30, but it wasn't picked up by 11:00. I contacted Red Robin to cancel the order as it had been sitting for a while. I also cancelled on the app which still showed "waiting for a driver." Despite this, I got a notification after 11 that my order was picked up. Red Robin confirmed the driver arrived but didn't take the food as I had cancelled. Later, I was asked to rate the delivery and add a tip on the app, even though I never got the food. Please refund my $30 promptly!

It is currently 2:30, and my order was scheduled for delivery at 1:40. The delivery driver, Ashley, has not moved for 30 minutes now. She seems to be stationary about 20 minutes away from the delivery location and even passed the street she was meant to take. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact her to request the order be canceled, causing me frustration. At this point, all I desire is a refund. Ashley drives a white Chevrolet Tahoe, and her driver ID is 3Z15WY.

Hello Sir/Madam, I am writing to address the issue regarding the low-quality t-shirts being issued by the Sri Lanka head office of Ubereats. As a dedicated partner who has been working with Ubereats for over 10 months, I am disappointed with the poor quality of the new t-shirts. The material is inferior, making it uncomfortable to wear. I suggest that the head office look into improving the quality of the t-shirts provided to riders. Additionally, I would like to request the introduction of head caps for riders, especially for deliveries to apartments where wearing a helmet can be inconvenient. This simple addition would greatly benefit us during our deliveries. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

I recently downloaded Uber Eats but encountered an issue with my order from Denny’s. While trying to add an item to my existing order, I inadvertently canceled it, which resulted in being charged as the restaurant had already prepared it. I then placed a new order but ended up with two separate orders to be charged. I am unfamiliar with the app and would appreciate a full refund for the canceled order that was not delivered to me.

I placed an order with Ford's Garage in Tampa, Florida. The address was correct, and I answered the phone when the delivery driver called. The driver was rude, even though the GPS showed he was in the right location. I went out to find him, but he asked me to drive to him to get my food, which I couldn't do as I have kids at home. Unfortunately, I never received my food, and the driver hung up on me. I saw him driving away on the app. I spent $33.00 and still have not received my food. I am requesting a refund.

I placed an order at 8:48PM, and the delivery has been significantly delayed. The initial estimated arrival time was 9:25PM, but it is now 10:00PM with an updated expected time of 10:20PM. Despite tracking the delivery person on the in-app map, they have not moved from their starting point, which is only a few blocks away from the restaurant. I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

I've noticed a recurring issue with UberEats where the notes section is not being taken into consideration when delivering orders. It's disappointing because this has happened multiple times, including tonight. The app originally estimated a 20-25 minute delivery time, but it took 50 minutes. The driver mentioned that they had to drop off another order first, which feels misleading. The lack of transparency and follow-through on promised delivery times is frustrating and has led me to reconsider using this service in the future.

I placed an order for breakfast at IHOP more than an hour ago. The app indicated a 20-minute delivery time, but my food only arrived now, and it's all cold. Despite living just seven minutes away from the restaurant, the app mistakenly claimed it was a delay, while the driver hadn't even reached the restaurant. My Order # is b3c18. Eating cold eggs, pancakes, hard hash browns, and bacon is not an option; I request a refund. No one should have to eat hour-old food.

I ordered from Top Bagel in Queens and received a bagel with flavored cream cheese and fresh nova lox. However, when I got my order, the bagel was barely cut and there was no lox inside, only the flavored cream cheese. Despite this, I was still charged for the full order, which I find unreasonable. I would like a refund or to be charged the correct amount since a bagel with just cream cheese is not worth $11. Thank you.

Whenever I attempt to use the discount code you provide, the page automatically refreshes but the discount is not applied. When I try to reapply it, the system states that it has already been applied, which is not the case as no discount shows up. This issue has occurred three times since last summer. I am frustrated and concerned that these "offers" are not legitimate but instead a deceitful tactic to attract customers. Can you please address this recurring problem and ensure that I can successfully access and benefit from the discounts you are offering?

Subject: Refund Requested for Order #1F506 Hello team, I previously submitted a refund request via the app with no resolution. Yesterday, I placed an order for delivery. When the driver arrived at the apartment complex, I directed him to our building, as we have received deliveries there without issue before. However, he canceled the order and left. Subsequently, I had to reorder. Following the guidelines, I responded to the driver's attempt to contact me and provided directions to our building. I used a friend's promo code when ordering at McDonald's. After applying the promo, my order total was £8.62, but upon confirmation, the discount was removed and £18.62 was deducted from my bank account. I struggled to cancel the order and contacting McDonald's directly didn't resolve my issue. I used your service for delivery and believe I should be refunded £10 as the promo didn't work, resulting in overpaying for my order. To meet the minimum for the promo, I had to purchase 4 cookies to adjust the total to £15 before the discount could be applied.

I've been attempting to cancel an order due to an incorrect address input right after placing it. Despite my quick action, I found it challenging to reach the appropriate customer service numbers. McDonald's directed me to Uber Eats for assistance, but none of the four numbers I tried were successful. The app lacks a contact number for such issues, and canceling through the app, as suggested on the website, proved impossible. I am seeking a full refund as I couldn't find help even though the problem was identified immediately and all efforts were made to rectify it.

My initial order was canceled because the driver couldn't locate the restaurant. Trying to reorder, I encountered an error. Opting for food from a different eatery since it was marked as canceled, I cleared the previous order from my cart. However, after placing a new order, the original one arrived much later, and I was double-charged. Despite not desiring it, the driver delivered it. I seek a refund for the canceled order as I don't require two lunch orders. Thank you.

Yesterday, I made an order on UberEats at Vegan Steak Shop for $21.24, but I had to cancel due to the incorrect address. They issued a refund of $21.24 today. Shortly after, I placed a $15.97 order at McDonald’s, but today I noticed an extra $15.00 charge from UberEats on my account. I did not authorize this charge and did not make any additional purchases.

I was unwell that day and really wanted to order the TGIF combination meal for $14.99 special. As I don't have an Uber Eats account, I requested my roommate to order it for me. I later found out the total cost was $26 plus a tip, amounting to $31. I asked my roommate to cancel the order as it was expensive for me. To my surprise, my roommate informed me today that I still need to pay $26, even though the order was canceled and I never received the food. I feel it is unjust that I had to cancel due to financial constraints while feeling sick and hungry, only to be asked to still pay for it. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. A week ago, I was informed that Uber Eats drivers would be available in Volant, PA to deliver from my restaurant. I have completed all the necessary setup, but customers are unable to place orders through Uber Eats as they receive a message stating there is no service in the area. It is frustrating that three Uber Eats employees have given me conflicting information. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and intend to keep the tablet for personal use due to the continuous issues I am facing with the company.

I placed my first order with my old address by mistake. They canceled it without charging me, for which I thanked them. When I tried to order again with my correct address, it somehow still used my old address. I only realized this when I saw the pickup location. I had already updated my address in my profile, so this mistake was not mine. I am unwell with the flu and feeling frustrated. The representative I spoke to insisted it was my fault and said there was nothing that could be done, despite it being an issue with the app. I kindly request a refund of $13.79.

I recently got a new phone, and now I'm unable to access my UberEats account. The app is not recognizing any of my current phone numbers, preventing me from ordering food. Despite wanting to create a new account, my email address is already linked to the existing one. I suspect the app might be expecting the phone number I had when I first signed up for Uber years ago in a different country, which I no longer have. My children are craving McDonald's tonight, and I'm unable to place an order. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I have placed two orders with Dixie Queen, but unfortunately, I have not received either of them. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I cannot receive a refund due to too many prior claims. However, this issue of not receiving my food or having it prepared incorrectly is causing me inconvenience and frustration. As a result, I have decided to discontinue using this service even though it offered a restaurant that other companies did not.
