On the 12th of January, I placed an order for food at Yaa Mohaideen T Nagar branch via UberEats. Although [redacted] rupees were deducted from my account, the order was canceled. Yaa Mohaideen hotel mentioned UberEats canceled it. I have been reaching out to UberEats help and Zomato since the 12th of January but haven't received a refund yet. While it might seem like a small amount to you, it's significant for me. After speaking with Zomato, they advised contacting UberEats help which has been unsuccessful. I have included the order details and a bank statement. Please process the refund directly without further redirection. I trust to receive prompt and efficient service. My order ID was for Rs. [redacted].00 paid via IB Debit card on 12/01/20 at 12:11 at Zaak Epayment Services Mumbai.

I placed an order through the app totaling $50.49. Unfortunately, the order never arrived, and supposedly the driver's name was 'Vikramjeet Singh'. I requested the delivery person to knock on my apartment door, but after waiting for over 30 minutes past the latest delivery time shown on the app, nobody showed up. Despite the app indicating the order was delivered, it was not. We are hungry and unable to track down the delivery through the app. Please address this issue promptly as I would like a refund of my money. Thank you.

I had a frustrating experience with the delivery today. The delivery man struggled to find the building on campus, despite me providing clear directions over the phone for 15 minutes. Eventually, I had to brave the freezing weather without a coat to locate his car, which he hadn't even parked yet. Despite meeting him, my food arrived cold, and there were no straws for the drinks, even though I requested utensils in the app. It was disappointing to go through all this trouble and still end up with a subpar meal. I am seeking a refund for the entire order, including the food and delivery fees, due to this poor service.

On January 19th, I placed an order but received it missing 2 burgers and the fries. I reached out to Uber Eats through the app. Initially, they agreed to refund 1 burger, but after explaining that more were missing, they agreed to refund 2 burgers. I mentioned the missing fries and requested further assistance. They then notified me that they would process a refund for the entire order. While I have received the refund for the 2 burgers in my bank account, the rest of the refund is yet to reflect.

I have been waiting for my refund for over 5 days. My food was not fully cooked. I contacted the restaurant, and they directed me to your customer service. I was informed I would receive my $50 refund, but no one has contacted me yet. I am growing frustrated as it shouldn't take this long to process a refund. I have not received any email from Uber Eats regarding this issue. I want my money back promptly and my food properly cooked as this whole experience has been disappointing.

Hello, I placed an order at Pizza House in Ann Arbor for a pizza and breadsticks on Saturday night/Sunday morning at 3am on 1/1/[redacted]. I got the breadsticks, but the pizza was missing. I was billed $31.52 for both items. When I spoke to Pizza House, they mentioned that they only had a record of the breadsticks for $11.00 and advised me to reach out to Uber Eats. Hello, I have been experiencing persistent delays with my orders resulting in cold and soggy food. The drivers seem to take extended breaks before collecting the orders, which isn't due to traffic. Moreover, my simple delivery instructions are often overlooked. As a loyal user of UberEats, I miss the prompt service they used to provide. It's frustrating to witness drivers idling for prolonged periods, causing inconvenience and disruptions. Many others share these challenges. I would appreciate a refund, voucher, or some form of acknowledgment for these ongoing issues. Thank you.

I have been waiting for over an hour for my delivery and there is no phone number to call and speak with someone. The last time I experienced such a long wait and had to cancel the order, I was still charged and informed that I should have contacted them. However, without a readily available phone number, it makes it impossible to call for assistance. As a diabetic, I rely on accurate information from your app, and when it states an item is available for pickup, I expect it promptly especially at 3 am when there is minimal traffic congestion. Please include a customer service number within the app for immediate assistance. I prefer a phone call rather than an email response. Kindly have a representative call me by the end of the day to prevent any serious health issues. Thank you.

I placed an order for food from the McDonald's Parkhead Forge branch in Glasgow. The status was updated to 'delivered,' but I never received the food, and the driver did not come to my address. After contacting McDonald's, they mentioned that they handed the food to a neighbour at number 22 instead of my address at 12 Leader St, G33 2AL. However, the neighbour at number 22 has no knowledge of the delivery. My account was charged £14.52, and I am left without the food. I kindly request assistance in processing a refund for this order issue.

I received a $60 gift card from Zip Pay. I applied the promo code during checkout for an order totaling $62. I expected the promo to deduct $2 from my bank account, but the full amount was charged, leaving the $60 promo untouched. Additionally, upon delivery, I found that the pasta had spilled in the plastic bag as the delivery driver had opened the pizza box. While I seek a refund for the $62 overcharge, I am willing for the $60 promo to be deducted from my account once the $62 is refunded.

On February 3rd, I attempted to order 2 subs. While trying to modify one sandwich by adding extra cheese after it showed up in my summary, I encountered an issue and couldn't add the cheese. To resolve this, I duplicated the order with the cheese and then tried to cancel the initial one. Unfortunately, the cancellation didn't process correctly, resulting in inadvertently ordering 4 subs instead of the intended 2. I did not authorize any charges or deliveries. Despite not finalizing the order, I discovered a $41.42 charge on my bank account for a double delivery. I did not expect a delivery since I hadn't completed the order. Feeling perplexed by this situation and questioning how customers are handled.

Hello, I placed an order on your app yesterday. The initial transaction went smoothly, and my bank showed it as pending. I later received an email stating that the payment had failed, but instead of the original charge, you recharged me £8.29. My bank confirmed that the first charge was canceled and the money was returned to my account. They mentioned a possible issue with your bank causing the recharging. Last year, we ordered a box of sweets for Deepavali which amounted to $[redacted].45. We chose cash on delivery but the order got cancelled due to high demand and rainy weather during the [redacted] November Deepavali period. We did not receive the sweets, yet I am being asked to pay when booking an Uber taxi or auto. This situation seems unfair, and I request assistance in resolving this matter as I do not wish to pay for a cancelled order. Thank you.

I placed an order for my food around 12:55. The initial delivery time was set for 13:20, but I received a notification of a delay. After waiting for an hour, I checked on the progress, only to see it was delayed again due to driver availability. It's now 16:13, and my food has yet to be dispatched. I contacted customer service, but the representative only mentioned that it's under review. As it has been over three hours since placing the order, I would like to have it canceled and refunded.

Yesterday, I placed an order on the Uber Eats app for $31.98 from McDonald's. Prior to placing my order, I applied a promo code worth $25 and paid the remaining balance with my debit card. However, today I noticed that $31.98 was deducted from my bank account instead of the correct amount. I checked the app and saw that the promo code was not applied, and when I tried to re-enter it, the system indicated that it had already been used. I am extremely frustrated with my recent Uber Eats experience. If I had been at the restaurant, I could have addressed the issue directly by either returning the food or getting a refund. I always expect my food to arrive warm, and this is the first time I've encountered such a problem. Despite spending $20, all I received was $5 in Uber Eats credit, which is completely unsatisfactory. I have decided to no longer use the app due to this unacceptable situation. It is not the restaurant's fault or the driver's fault, but rather a fault on your end. I am requesting a refund because, just like you work for your money, I work hard for mine and do not appreciate wasting it on things I do not like.

Dear Uber Eats, I recently received an email requesting document uploads. Since I just opened a new bank account and do not have any bank statements yet, I uploaded a bank letter that displays my account number. I noticed that car delivery insurance was also required, and I have already submitted that document. Could you please advise on the next steps I should take? Hello, I encountered an issue with the Uber app when ordering from Domino's. Initially, the estimated delivery time was 10-20 minutes. However, after waiting for 35 minutes, Domino's informed me that it would take an additional 40 minutes. When I requested to cancel my order, Domino's stated that I needed to contact Uber Eats for the cancellation process. Despite my efforts online, I was unable to cancel the order and was prompted to visit the help desk, which failed to load. Dear Sir/Madam, I placed an order for Papa's Johns pizza (East Ham) on February 7, [redacted], at 7:50 PM. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered even though the app indicated it was delivered. I reached out to the restaurant, but they were unable to assist me as they did not have your contact information. I attempted to contact Uber Eats by phone multiple times, but was unable to reach anyone. The delivery was supposed to be made by driver "Bogdan," who did not contact me even though my phone number was correct. I kindly request a refund as my order never arrived. I appreciate a prompt response.

Today at approximately 4:30 PM, I witnessed one of your drivers parking in a fire lane. I took a photo and submitted a complaint online to bylaw enforcement. Subsequently, the driver confronted me, insisting that I delete the picture. When I declined, he forcibly took a plastic bag from me, damaging it. Despite his actions, I stood my ground and kept the photo. Additionally, I was threatened by a companion of the driver. The license plate number of the vehicle in question is CHNE [redacted]. I have photographic evidence of the vehicle parked illegally if necessary.
