Uber Eats is taking money out of my account for no reason that anyone can seem to explain to me. The customer service rep i talked to said it was the "tips" being collected. There was money taken out for no reason then put back into the account as a reversal. I also have record that all of these payments (food and tips) were already taken out of my account, each the following day of the order. This is absolutely unacceptable. I order at least once a week and will not be continuing to use this service if i don't get an explanation. I do not except this is a tip issue as it was taken and replaced and way more than a few tip dollars. I have will be going through my bank statement with a fine tooth comb, and am very unhappy that i need to take this extra step to protect myself from your company. I recommend in the future UberEats communicates any errors made, especially the ones that effect your customers bank accounts.
