My recent order from Pulp Smoothie Bar was missing two items. The delivery driver and I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Uber Eats to resolve the issue but faced difficulties. Eventually, we were able to get a refund for the missing items after much frustration. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested some form of compensation, which unfortunately was not possible according to the customer service representative. The driver, Sandy, was inconvenienced as well, delaying her return home to her children. She should be acknowledged for her dedication. Since my debit card expired, I've had trouble updating my payment details on Uber Eats. I contacted customer service and received a response on 12/6/19 from Vandana: Hi Melissa, I acknowledge your concern about the payment method. Let me assist you with this. After checking your account, it seems there was an error that restricted your payment option. I have lifted this restriction, and your card is now usable. We regret any inconvenience caused. If you encounter further issues, please inform us. I am reaching out to inform you that the issue with card ending in [redacted] is unresolved as it still shows as banned or unusable. I have noticed that my bank account has 5 Uber Eats transactions since December 27th, but my Uber Eats account only shows my last order from December 13th. I didn't make any orders since then, especially during Christmas when Uber Eats doesn't operate in my area. I have removed my payment method from the account to prevent further unauthorized charges. The transactions are as follows: December 27th - $19.37 by Uber Eats Help, December 27th - $17.54 by Uber Eats Help, December 30th - $12.43 by UberBV, December 30th - $19.37 credited by Uber Eat Rev, December 30th - $16.39 by Uber Eats Help.

On January 3, [redacted], around 6:30 p.m., I placed an order on Uber Eats from Pita Pit with Order #E9AB2. The delivery driver, Anthony, messaged me at 7:00 p.m., saying he was 19 minutes away with our food in an insulated bag. Despite expecting him after 7:00 p.m., no one came to the door, buzzed the gate, or called. To my surprise, the order was cancelled without a refund, citing the driver couldn't reach me after an 8-minute wait. With four adults in the house, no one saw or heard from the driver. This situation is frustrating as we relied on this meal after a long day, only for it to be canceled erroneously, providing the driver with a free meal and tip. I request a resolution for this inconvenience.

Good morning Sir, I am writing to inform you that on December 28th at 1:31 pm, I placed a food order for Rs. [redacted].96. My account was charged for the order, but upon checking my upcoming orders, it does not show that I placed any orders. I contacted Angara 5 restaurant in Nampally, and they confirmed they did not receive any order from me. I have tried to reach out to Uber support multiple times, but have not been successful. I would like to know why my payment was deducted without the order being received by the restaurant. I can provide the receipt if needed. I am frustrated with the Uber Eats app. After changing my phone number, I attempted to sign in but encountered issues. The app asked for a code, then an email. Despite using all three of my emails previously, the app did not provide an option to log in. It kept prompting for my phone number, creating a cycle of the same problem. This has been ongoing for days, preventing me from ordering the food I desire. It's frustrating that Uber has made it difficult for users to access their accounts after a phone number change.

On January 5, [redacted], around 3:25 PM, at Roaming Rooster located at [redacted] Bladensburg, NE, Washington DC, I encountered an Uber driver who cut in line in front of me. Despite my polite attempt to indicate I was first and had been waiting for 20 minutes, she responded with profanity. Even after mentioning I was a pastor, she continued with her inappropriate language. The behavior displayed was unacceptable, unprofessional, and tarnished Uber's image. This Uber Eats driver should receive training on proper conduct while representing the company. It is disappointing to see individuals with such low character and lack of self-esteem hired. Today, I ordered from Shamrock Burgers at Kingston Road and Lawson in the Scarborough location. I was very disappointed with my order and would like a full refund. I spent $28.90 on a traditional poutine and two Rockstar burgers. I left a note on the Uber app and messaged the driver, Trevor, around 4:30 pm on 01/05/[redacted], but did not receive a response. My poutine looked like it was picked at, with fries falling out of the container into the bag. The burgers tasted freezer-burnt, and the uncooked meat was disgusting. I prefer not to eat uncooked or old meat. Additionally, I requested utensils that were missing from my order. The idea of someone tampering with my food is disturbing. I had to eat something else instead of the food I paid for, which wasn't a cheap order.

I had a problem using a $20 Uber Eats gift card on an order that cost $39.99. The gift card didn't apply, and I ended up paying the full amount. Now, the system says the code has been used. I paid for my Uber Eats order without using the gift card, and I'd like a refund of $20. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and either provide a new gift card or refund the amount to my bank account. Thank you.

Hello, I recently placed an order through the Uber Eats app with order number #[redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation and my upcoming orders did not show any logs. Despite multiple attempts, I could only successfully place the order through a computer. Upon checking the app to track my order, I was surprised to see orders #C9D50, #708AF, and #CCBA7. I was able to cancel #CCBA7 by contacting the merchant, but I still ended up being charged for #C9D50 and #708AF. Now, I am dealing with these extra charges and wasted food. Any assistance in reimbursing me for the duplicate orders would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, RD.

I need help with my recent Uber Eats order. On August 23, [redacted], Order #6CDAD was supposed to be paid by card, but the delivery driver insisted on cash. Despite agreeing to have the amount credited on the next order, the driver encountered issues with his tablet and could not process the payment adjustment. After waiting a long time and seeing the food placed near the garbage, we canceled the order through the app. Although it showed as canceled, I was still charged on January 6 when I reordered. I am seeking assistance on how to get a refund for the double charge.

I encountered an issue while trying to place a meal order with Sunshine Kebabs. Despite receiving a message prompting me to try again later, I attempted to submit my order three times, each about 5 minutes apart. In an odd turn of events, all three orders were processed simultaneously. I promptly canceled two of the orders within a minute, only to receive emails stating that I would still be charged for them due to the orders being 'already started'. I find this situation quite frustrating and I am seeking a refund for the two duplicate orders that I canceled.

Hello, I am having issues with placing orders on the UberEats app due to my payment method being deemed invalid. I have successfully used this same card for payments before, and it is valid with funds available. I have already tried deleting and re-adding the card details but the problem persists. The card is not expired. I need assistance in resolving this matter as I do not have an alternative card to use. Thank you.

I attempted to place an order for breakfast at Carl's Jr, including a Loaded Breakfast Burrito, Cinnamon Raisin Biscuit, and Hashbrowns. However, when finalizing the order and pressing "Place Order," the app abruptly closed and displayed a message stating the order could not be saved. I refreshed the app but did not find the order in ongoing orders. I reordered, selecting Biscuit and Gravy instead of the Cinnamon Raisin Biscuit, which was successful with a receipt and tracking option. After receiving the order, I discovered I had received duplicates of each item. Upon reopening the app, I found that the initial order that failed to go through (#A5922) had been processed, unbeknownst to me, leading me to place a second order that did go through (#2FDC8). I have been relying on Uber and Uber Eats due to my car being out of commission. I value the service provided and prefer it over competitors. I kindly request a refund for the first order that did not initially show up in my ongoing orders. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am expressing my frustration over the lack of response from UberEats. On December 21, [redacted], I placed an order through the UberEats app. Quickly realizing it was incorrect, I attempted to cancel to no avail. Despite informing the driver, Nelson, that the order was wrong, he refused to return the food and never delivered it. The payment of R178.40 was deducted from my Capitec account. Nelson purportedly collected the food from KFC Silverton Village. I visited KFC but they were unable to provide the driver's contact details, and I couldn't reach UberEats through the listed number. I am extremely upset with Nelson's unprofessional behavior and demand a refund for this ordeal. I am determined to pursue this matter until it is resolved. I look forward to your prompt assistance. Hello, I recently received a report stating that there was no delivery bag used for one of my orders, however, I always have my delivery bag with me when picking up orders. There was one instance where I accidentally left the bag in my car, but as soon as the restaurant inquired about it, I quickly retrieved it and used it for the pickup. Despite this, I still received a negative rating. I am looking to resolve this issue and have my rating reinstated, as it was affected by this report. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience with my meal at the restaurant. The burger was mushy, and the bun seemed undercooked. Despite paying for extra bacon and cheese, it was missing. Some of the onion rings were burnt. The Dr Pepper had too much ice, diluting the soda. The ice cream freeze was supposed to have cookie dough and Reese's, but it only had a small sprinkle of toppings. I also requested ketchup on the side, which was forgotten. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my burger as it tasted off. My son was content with his corn dog and applesauce. This subpar experience was unlike my usual enjoyable visits to Sonic. I'm requesting a refund for the burger, Dr Pepper, and ice cream. Thank you.

I received a cancellation message just one minute before my order arrived. The Uber delivery person attempted to contact me with a missed call that was too quick for me to answer. I tried calling back but didn't get a response until later when the delivery person showed up at my door. I paid for the order in cash. The next day, as I tried to place a new order, I was prompted to pay for the previously canceled order that I already paid for and received. I am puzzled by this and uncertain if it is an error or intentional. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I placed an order on December 28, [redacted] for over $[redacted] including delivery and tip. Unfortunately, there were missing items and the food quality was below expectations. I contacted the restaurant, and they apologized but mentioned they couldn't issue a refund since I ordered through your platform. They assured me they would contact Uber Eats regarding the refund. However, I have yet to receive any response or refund from Uber Eats. The restaurant is unable to assist further. I kindly request a refund directly to the card used for order #3B41F.

Hello, it's been more than a week, but I am still unable to go online with my Uber driver account. The message showing is "getting account ready" and "We'll notify you when you can start taking trips." I want to highlight that I don't own a car, but I have a bike. Uber keeps requesting the vehicle model (specifically cars, not bikes) that I intend to use for deliveries using my bike. Apart from this issue, everything else appears to be in order. Do I need a driver's license and a car even if I am delivering with a bike? Thank you.
