I placed an order at McDonald’s on Priest and Ray Road in Chandler, Arizona on December 20th for 40 chicken nuggets. The delivery driver picked up the food but then cancelled the order. The support team mentioned that the $22.17 charge would be refunded within 3-4 business days, but I have not seen the reversal yet on my card. I kindly request the refund to be processed promptly as I should not be charged for the delivery driver's actions.

My name is Abhishek Singh and I work as a delivery partner for Uber Eats. I have been working with them for a while now. Recently, I had to cancel an order on Saturday after contacting support. The customer was not answering calls, and I tried to message them multiple times. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved quickly and my account be reactivated. There seems to be someone misusing the system to get delivery partners' accounts deactivated after a single order. I have always worked sincerely and only canceled the order after following the instructions from support. Please look into this matter promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I recently placed an order for chicken kothu parota from Hameed Malaysian Parota Restaurant in Chennai. While the payment was deducted, it seems like the order was not successfully placed. The restaurant informed me that the order was canceled, but the payment was processed, and they mentioned that the food was picked up. I did not receive any confirmation message indicating that the order was placed or picked up. I would appreciate a prompt response and assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am Logesh, and I recently joined Uber Eats as a delivery partner. Unfortunately, my app has not been activated yet. Even though it shows online, I have not received any orders since I joined. I have tried contacting the Partner Seva Kendra in Ramapuram, Chennai, but they have not been responsive. They seem to have no time to help me with my problem. I notice that my app shows promotions but not surge, and I paid Rs. [redacted] for this service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Kindly refrain from suggesting that I visit the Partner Seva Kendra again with more documents, as I have already visited them over 10 times with no success. Thank you.

I have reached out to Uber Eats twice regarding an issue with my order placed on December 24, [redacted], at Francino's Pizza. The order total was 12.5 pounds, and it was canceled due to delivery issues. The restaurant confirmed they did not charge me, but upon checking my account, I discovered the money was deducted. Despite filing two complaints with Uber Eats, they insist the payment was not taken. To verify, I visited my bank and found that indeed 12.5 pounds had been debited from my account. This marks the fourth time I am submitting a complaint, and I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charge.

I want to clarify that the issue lies with the delayed delivery, not the delivery person. I placed an order at 7:59 pm on December 30th, but by 9:10 pm, my order was still being prepared. The original estimated arrival time was 8:55, then changed to 9:15, and finally 9:35. Currently, my order is set to be delivered at 10:00 pm. This significant delay of over 2 hours for food delivery is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in this service, and I am requesting a refund. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, my family and I will no longer use this app in the future.

While at work, I scheduled an order which was later canceled by the restaurant. After my money was refunded, I mistakenly placed another order which I quickly canceled. However, I noticed there are still pending charges totaling $9.50 for the canceled orders. I am perplexed as to why these charges have not been fully refunded to my card.

Hello, My Uber Eats driver app got blocked and it's not my fault. This has happened before where the order was canceled after informing support. They told me to start the timer, so what mistake did I make? Customers who order and then don't answer the delivery partner's calls are fake. Such customers should be blocked or there should be online payments. They deactivated my ID on Saturday without reason, and I am at home. Even after seeing my messages, customers didn't reply, so the customer was joking. Even after seeing the message, they didn't accept the order, waiting for it to be canceled, then the customer must have complained. I also contacted support, followed all terms and conditions, so why was my ID blocked? Please reactivate my ID.

I noticed that my order status changed to "picked up" and "en route," and I received a notification. However, there was no notification when the order supposedly arrived. I then received a notification stating it had been delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I waited for an hour with no sign of the food. I wasn't contacted to meet the delivery person outside, nor did I get a call or message about the delivery. I would appreciate a full refund of all charges, including the tip, and a credit for a future order, as I am now left without lunch due to this issue.

Hello, my girlfriend placed her first order using a 70% voucher we received from you. Unfortunately, the voucher did not work (70dic), and we were charged for the full amount of the order. We contacted the restaurant to try to stop the order to avoid any waste. Now, we need to cancel the order with you to prevent being charged. Additionally, the order does not appear in the app, suggesting that something went wrong with this order. The order number is order#4E133. Thank you.

Today, I tried Uber Eats for the first time while at the hospital with my father. I made an order and waited patiently. After an hour, I was shocked to see that my order was canceled because the restaurant supposedly could not fulfill it. However, the restaurant was listed as open on Uber Eats. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and the long wait before being informed. This poor experience has made me decide never to use Uber Eats again.

I didn't receive my large black coffee with my order. The worker attempted to catch the driver, but she left before he could inform her about the missing item. This isn't the first time I've had issues. On Christmas Eve, I spent $56, and none of the coffees were correct, some breakfast sandwiches were missing, the food arrived cold, and the driver delivered to the wrong address. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not use Uber Eats again unless this matter is resolved. Once more, our food arrived cold; it was placed on top of icy drinks. I have tried to reach out before on Christmas Eve and today on 12/30 at 8:09 am. I also called but received no answer. My contact number is [redacted].

On December 17th, I encountered an issue with a food order where items were missing upon delivery. After I reported this through the app, I received a message from UberEats stating that a refund of $[redacted] and $27.40 would be issued. However, to date, I have not seen these credits in my account. On December 27th, I placed an order at Virgo Restaurant and paid with my credit card. Unfortunately, the order was canceled, and I am still awaiting the refunded amount.

I ordered 2 chicken biryanis from Azad Hind Restaurant in Kolkata on December 22nd. Although the order was delivered on time, I received a message that it was canceled, even after I paid Rs [redacted] in cash to the delivery person. Now, when I try to order through UberEats, it shows my previous amount as added. I hope to have this issue resolved promptly so I can use UberEats again for ordering food.

Hello, I placed an Uber Eats order today around 19:00. Around 7:20, the driver called me asking for the house number and said he would arrive in 2 minutes. Unfortunately, he never showed up, and I didn't receive any notification that my order was canceled. When I contacted the restaurant, they advised me to reach out to Uber Eats. I would like a refund as I never received my order. Thank you for your understanding. :)

I was charged for two orders on 12/30 that got canceled, leading to overdraft fees on my account. I was advised that the delay in payment clearing was the bank's fault, but my bank disagrees. I will be filing a claim regarding this issue. It doesn't seem right that I was billed twice for a canceled order immediately but couldn't get a refund right away.

I have encountered an issue trying to use a credit from a business partner due to a loop in the system. I previously tried updating my information through the app, as suggested, but was directed to contact you via email. After creating an online account, I attempted to make a purchase and was informed there was no phone number associated with the account. Upon signing into the app with my phone number, I was told the code was linked to another account. I am unable to redeem the $40 gift card as a result. Today, I ordered from Pulp Smoothie Bar, but my delivery was missing 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. The driver and I spent a total of 20 minutes on the phone with Uber Eats trying to resolve the issue. Despite being passed around to different representatives who were unable to assist, we were finally able to secure a refund for the missing items. However, it took escalating my frustration to get a resolution. As a frequent customer, I believe that 20 minutes of time wasted is unacceptable. I requested some form of compensation, but the representative mentioned they were unable to provide that. The driver, Sandy, was also inconvenienced as she had to divert from her route home after a long day. I strongly feel she deserves a bonus for her troubles.
