I'm attempting to create a new UberEats account, but I keep getting a message that my phone number is already registered. I've had this number for 10 years and have never used UberEats before. When trying to reset the password, it didn't recognize any of my emails. I need to remove the existing account linked to my phone number so I can make a new one. This issue is causing a lot of frustration, and I'd appreciate any help in resolving it.

I spoke with a client and a supervisor but unfortunately did not reach a satisfying resolution. I noticed that I was charged for the eat pass for another month after attempting to cancel it on the first day of the period (27th). I was hoping for a refund or an alternative solution, but no assistance was provided. I initially signed up for the first month eat pass due to a free trial. Given past ordering issues and the level of service, I have decided not to continue the subscription for the eat pass. However, I did not receive any notification prior to the end of the first period, and the auto-renewal feature is concerning. I would appreciate it if you could contact me and explore any further options available.

I made an order at 2am from Sid restaurant. The order was prepaid, accepted, and took an hour to prepare. However, when I checked the app later, it said "come back later" with no further updates. Unfortunately, there is no option to report the issue. Thank you for creating the app and providing customer care, but I am disappointed. I doubt this issue will be resolved. I ordered food from Boz Burger Bistro for my girlfriend. When the order arrived, I found the fries undercooked, the wings soggy, and the burger rare, despite requesting it well-done. I made a purchase (Order 96E00) and encountered an issue with the delivery location. Despite canceling within seconds of placing the order, I was still charged $55.41 as the preparation had supposedly begun. I find it hard to believe that the restaurant had started preparing such a large order in that brief time. How can I go about requesting a refund for this charge?

My bank confirmed a charge of $[redacted] by Uber this week. I originally used a credit card to purchase UberEats gift cards. However, Uber charged me twice, once from my pension account and once from my credit card. This has left me in debt and without pension funds for the fortnight. Hello, I received a delivery tonight and unfortunately, the driver accidentally spilled my vanilla latte as he handed me the food bag. It was disheartening as I was really looking forward to enjoying it. The driver apologized and mentioned that Uber would resolve the issue. Sadly, I have experienced similar errors with other food delivery services in the past. I am hoping your organization can address this situation and ensure that I receive my complete order in the future. It was disappointing not to have my full order especially when I was eagerly anticipating my latte. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how it will be resolved. I placed an order with McDonald's this morning, but received the wrong items after the delivery driver had difficulty locating me, which has not been an issue with other deliveries. After contacting the restaurant, they informed me that they cannot assist me with resolving the mistake. I attempted to seek help through the Uber Eats app, but after an hour, I have not received any response. The phone numbers provided for customer service have all been invalid. I am requesting a prompt refund of approximately £17.

Hello, My name is Kelebogile Mathabe. Yesterday, I ordered a pizza from Panarottis Foresthill. Initially, I made a mistake by placing an order without checking my items first. Subsequently, I canceled that order and placed a new one. However, when I confirmed the second order, I noticed that I was charged multiple times, which is confusing and frustrating. I only intended to order one pizza, and I am not pleased with being overcharged. I kindly request a refund of the additional charges to my account as soon as possible. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received. The delivery person didn't contact or message me, and suddenly cancelled my order. I was actively monitoring the app for updates, only to receive a notification from Uber Eats that the order was cancelled with no refund. I feel frustrated and confused about the situation. Despite receiving a call from a Zomato representative, the Uber driver never contacted me. Can someone clarify what happened?

I ordered Taco Bell, but the delivery driver did not match their picture. They claimed to be on a bike, but arrived in a car without insurance. It seems like they might have eaten some of my food because the rest was cold. When we tried to contact Uber Eats customer service, they insisted that the cardholder needed to file a complaint against the driver. The representative was unhelpful and impolite. I am upset about the poor service my family and I received.

I am concerned about the unauthorized charges on my account. There seem to be multiple discrepancies in the charges. For instance, on December 26, $17.17 was charged to my PayPal account, but I actually paid $21.28 for McDonald's that day using my card, which was only processed recently. Furthermore, on December 23, there is a charge of $17.99 on my card for no valid reason. Additionally, there are repeated unauthorized charges on my PayPal account on December 14 and 13, amounting to $13.20 each time. I am frustrated with this unreliable service as the food always arrives in poor condition. I demand a refund of the total amount of $61.65, and I request copies of any related documentation. I ordered burgers from Harvey’s, but it has been over 50 minutes now. The "track my order" tab indicates that the delivery driver has not even collected my food yet. He has been idle at an intersection about 4 blocks away for the last 30-40 minutes. My latest permitted delivery time was 7:15pm, and it is now 7:23pm with no sign of my order being picked up. Unfortunately, I cannot reach the driver since the pickup hasn't occurred. The food has been ready for pickup for 40 minutes, so by the time it arrives, it will likely be cold. This level of service is highly disappointing.

I opened my bag of food, and EVERYTHING was covered in chili! I had to change my clothes, clean the carpet, and myself. All of it got thrown away. This issue can't be resolved as most food places are closed now. I'm ill and cannot drive. I HAD a white carpet and now have to clean that so I get my deposit back. Not that it matters, but I've made many sacrifices in my comfort of living to keep this carpet clean! However, I do want my money back! At least!

This morning, my partner ordered breakfast in Shrewsbury. We paid in advance, but the order never arrived. We reported the issue, but haven't received any response. The delivery person was tracked coming down our street, but the order was marked as delivered without reaching our house. I was charged twice for an order I placed in April when I tried to reorder recently. I noticed a pending balance from the previous order. After contacting customer service, they mentioned disputing it with the receipt I have from April, but there hasn't been any progress since. It's crucial for me to be reimbursed for this error, especially during a financially challenging time of year.

Yesterday, I ordered from Panda Express, but the food was in terrible condition upon delivery. It looked like the containers were overturned, and the sauces were spilled all over with food hanging out. I was truly disgusted. I kindly request that my food order be replaced, and if possible, credit my card for the total purchase, including the delivery fee. I placed an order with KFC through the Uber Eats app for a Big Daddy burger without any sauce. Despite clearly specifying this in the restaurant notes section, the burger arrived with a substantial amount of sauce, rendering it inedible. I reached out to KFC, and the manager claimed it was Uber Eats' fault for not reading the notes and fulfilling the request. KFC refused to provide a replacement burger without sauce or offer a refund, suggesting I contact Uber Eats instead. I am disappointed with my recent order from McDonald's through UberEats. The burger arrived soggy with the buns separated from the fish, the cold and dry chips were disappointing, there were no straws provided, and the bag was wet due to a spilled drink. Unfortunately, this has led to a stomach ache. As a loyal UberEats customer, I am very upset with this experience and request a refund.
