You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-espyaj's own words
On ***** I placed an order from Jack In the Box (F***E) for a total of **.**.**Several items were missing and I requested a refund of **.** which dropped the cost to *.**.**On the same day I was then charged **.** and received a receipt via email saying it was the updated amount for the Jack In The Box order. **I escalated via the Help option in the app but the agents refused to help and keep closing the issue. Please refund the **.** and explain why I was charged this in the first place.

GetHuman-espyaj did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
