Hello, my name is Nayoung Han. On December 8th, I placed an order at a BBQ restaurant for $30.31 with the order number 4B924. I later realized I hadn't used a $10 off promotion code for orders over $30. I canceled the first order and placed the same one with the code, getting a new order number: [redacted]. However, Uber still charged me $30.31 for the initial canceled order without prior notice. I reordered the same items and added one more for $24.59, resulting in being charged twice by Uber. The restaurant didn't suffer any loss as I picked up the initial canceled order. I have contacted Uber support requesting a refund of $30.31, but haven't received a response in over 2 weeks. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account being suspended indefinitely due to a photo glitch. I am requesting to have my account reactivated. The timing of this suspension is inconvenient for me. If there are persistent problems with photo verification leading to swift removal from the platform, I am curious if there are alternative methods of confirming my account, such as utilizing a confirmation code. I am receiving only automated responses despite reaching out multiple times via email and phone for assistance. Each team member seems to send identical automated messages. I maintain that I have not violated any terms of service and believe it is unjust to have my account disabled due to an inaccurate photo. Despite contacting Uber support and following their instructions to check and send emails, this approach has not yielded a resolution. I am writing about an issue I had with Uber Eats. On 11/12/19, I was charged [redacted] rupees for a food order that I did not make. I reached out to Uber for assistance but did not receive any help despite explaining that I did not place the order. The amount was deducted from my Paytm account, which is unacceptable. This incident has affected my trust in Uber. I am requesting a refund promptly as I should not be held responsible for this charge. This matter needs to be addressed urgently. I need assistance with my recent order issue. My order number is #27B79. I am disappointed because I ordered white sauce pasta from THE BACKBENCHERS RESTAURANT KOLAR BHOPAL for [redacted]/- RS, and upon delivery, the box was only half filled. I would like to report an issue regarding an order made through Uber Eats at McDonald's in Bellville Strand. After contacting the restaurant, we were informed that the order total was R173, with a delivery fee of R15, amounting to R192 in total. However, upon delivery, we were charged R242.60, which is unacceptable. The delivery driver was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation, leading to confusion and frustration. I am experiencing harassment due to sharing an account with my ex-boyfriend, resulting in him locking me out of Uber Eats and DoorDash. Although I added funds to the account using prepaid cards, he refuses to give me access and is even making death threats. We lived in different countries, I in Canada and he in America. I have kindly requested my account back and want to sever all ties with him. It's crucial to delete the account for safety reasons, as it contains my address and other personal information. His threatening behavior is alarming, and I fear for my safety.

I placed an order for a breaded chicken and a medium fried fish, but I received a call from Chimi King informing me they only had the large fish available. I agreed to get the large one instead. Shortly after, they called again, asking me to cancel the order as they couldn't adjust the price difference. I had to redo the order and select the large fish. However, when I tried to order the large fish, it was listed as sold out. I then attempted to order something else but encountered difficulties. I noticed a charge on my card statement for the order that was canceled, and I want to ensure I'm not charged for food I didn't get to choose due to their unavailability of my preferred option.

I ordered from Uber Eats and paid $35.92. When my order arrived, they were missing a 2-liter soda, giving me 2 cans instead. I contacted the restaurant, but they couldn't solve the issue or offer to send me the missing item. I'd like a refund for the whole order or to get the correct item delivered. Please respond at your earliest convenience.

I recently received an email from Uber detailing trips I supposedly took with Uber cabs and orders from Uber Eats. However, I have never used their services for either. I spoke with a Uber representative on the phone, but they were unhelpful and provided no assistance. All I want is a refund for the unauthorized charges and to have my Uber and Uber Eats accounts permanently closed. The only trips I recognize took place on 19/09/19 at 08:43 and 16:55. Please promptly address this issue to prevent any further unauthorized charges. Thank you.

I ordered a meal on Uber Eats in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, and paid by card. After receiving a notification that the delivery driver was on the way, my phone later indicated that the delivery had been made. However, upon checking, we discovered the driver had delivered it to the wrong address. Despite informing the restaurant, they insisted it had been delivered to us. Frustrated with the customer service response and the missing food, my partner, our four children, and I had to wait an additional hour and a half. A charge of $63.53 appeared on my business credit card statement from UberEats on 12/10/[redacted]. The last 4 digits of my credit card are [redacted], and the reference number is [redacted][redacted]. I did not authorize this payment. Despite checking my Uber and UberEats accounts, I found no record of this charge. It seems to be an error. I am unable to address this discrepancy through the app since the charge is not reflected in my accounts. Kindly provide details about this charge as soon as possible.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a delivery driver from Uber Eats. The driver who arrived was different from the one shown in the app. He was extremely rude and insisted I come to his car to collect the food. When I asked for his name, he seemed unsure and unprofessional. I reported the delay and the cold food to the driver, who blamed the shop. I managed to take a photo of him and his vehicle's number plate, but he left before I could get his license number. I called the restaurant to complain, but they refused to take any future orders from me. My girlfriend couldn't eat due to the food being cold, and we waited over 40 minutes for it. I hope Uber Eats addresses this issue appropriately. I would appreciate a full refund on my girlfriend's account, as she got overcharged due to a foreign bank card transaction. On December 23rd, I made a purchase at Jack In the Box (Order ID: F798E) totaling $19.25. Upon receiving the order, several items were missing, and I requested a refund of $14.73, resulting in a new total of $4.14. To my surprise, later that same day, I was charged $10.99 and received an email receipt stating this was the updated amount for my Jack In The Box order. Despite escalating the issue through the Help option in the app, the agents have been uncooperative and repeatedly closed the case without resolution. I kindly request a refund of the $10.99 and clarification on the reason for this charge.

Hello, I am reaching out concerning a customer complaint. The customer, Dawn, ordered using code 3A401 last night at 3:47 pm. The delivery did not arrive until around 5 pm, with the driver, possibly named 'Jonas', stopping for 10-15 minutes around the corner. Dawn had to search for him outside when he finally arrived, mentioning he was talking to a friend. The food was cold, but the driver left it anyway, being impolite to Dawn. I recently ordered from UberEats for the second time. Unfortunately, the driver seemed to have trouble understanding my instructions and did not respond to my messages. Despite waiting outside, my order was marked as Delivered after a short time, leaving me frustrated and still hungry. I have attempted to reach out to UberEats for assistance but have only encountered difficulties either getting disconnected or receiving automated responses directing me back to the app.

I recently ordered a Chini Mini Thali from Urban Pind through the Uber Eats app with Order ID #99BCC. My order was delivered today at 7:00 pm but unfortunately, the food I received was leftover instead of fresh. The dish had half-eaten pieces of Manchurian and Paneer. I had to discard the dirty food. I am extremely disappointed with the food quality and find it unacceptable to serve leftover food to customers. I am willing to share pictures if needed. I wanted to share my disappointing experience with Uber Eats. I ordered a Pizza Mac Puff from Mc Donald's but have not received the order. I tried contacting their customer support, but did not receive any assistance. The app showed that the order was delivered, even though I never got it. It's frustrating that there was no follow-up or resolution to the issue. This has been the worst experience I've had with a food delivery service. I will avoid ordering from Uber Eats in the future and prefer to pay in cash rather than digitally. This has been a truly disappointing and frustrating situation.

I recently ordered 2 chicken tandoori from KGN Express in Nigdi. I patiently waited for the delivery person at my door. When he arrived, he seemed rushed. He handed over the parcel, took the cash, and quickly left. Upon inspecting the parcel, I realized that I only received 1 chicken tandoori but paid for 2. Shortly after, I received a message from Uber stating that the delivery person had been waiting for 10 minutes and then left without making the delivery. This situation is disappointing, and I am concerned that such dishonest behavior is not being addressed properly by your team.

I recently tried ordering food for the first time on Uber Eats, but unfortunately, it seems like it will be my last. The delivery driver called to confirm my address, then later said the distance was too far and canceled the order. After that, he called again asking me to cancel, but I refused as I had already paid. The food was expected by now but hasn't arrived. This whole experience is really disappointing. I decided to give Uber Eats a try because of the £10 discount they offered over the Christmas period, but it seems like I may end up losing money instead.
