I need to report an incident with my Uber Eats driver, Rymani. She falsely claimed to have delivered my order. This dishonest behavior is unacceptable, and she should not be representing Uber or any other delivery service. It's disappointing that she took the food I ordered for my family, especially my child. Her actions have caused a significant inconvenience, as I now have to wait longer for a replacement order due to my night shift schedule. A refund is not sufficient. I am seeking additional compensation for this disruptive experience. It is crucial that appropriate action is taken to address Rymani's deceitful conduct, such as termination. Hello, I am currently experiencing difficulties while trying to complete the signup process to become an Uber Eats delivery partner. I have submitted all the necessary documents, including my vevo check, but despite this, I am unable to go online and start earning. Whenever I attempt to click 'go online,' I receive a message stating that I am unable to do so without an explanation. It is perplexing as all my documents have been approved. I've attempted to submit the Uber Eats online form three times, but encountered issues each time. The first problem I faced was with a driver who arrived without my beverages. Despite being charged for the drinks, the driver claimed the restaurant did not provide this information, leaving me without my order. After contacting the restaurant, I discovered the beverages were ready for pickup, prompting a second delivery attempt. While the food I ordered was satisfactory, I was disappointed to find out that the beers I received were alcohol-free, which was not indicated in the online photo. This was especially frustrating as I chose this restaurant specifically for its beer selection, expecting a different experience. I hope to receive a response regarding this matter soon. Hello, I would like a refund for my request promptly. I have not received an email confirmation or any response. I work in customer care and find your system to be inefficient. I am having trouble placing an order on my computer using my profile [redacted] It says there is no mobile number linked to this account and asks me to download the Uber Eats app to add one. However, when I download the app and try to input my number and email address, it says the email is already in use. Please help me urgently add my number to this email address. Today, I placed an order. However, I received a message stating that my order was canceled without any prior phone call from the delivery person. I waited for hours without any update. I'm disappointed as I never received the items, yet I'm being asked to pay for them. I want to highlight that my house is easily accessible on the main road, and I never received any communication from the delivery team. This lack of service is unprofessional. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I expect better treatment. Please cancel the order and provide a refund promptly so that I can continue being a satisfied customer in the future.

I ordered 7 meals from the Townsville brewery. Unfortunately, they used an old address from a motel I stayed at over a year ago without verifying if the details were still accurate, such as my phone number and current address. My new number was not contacted, and the motel had changed. Despite the driver attempting to reach me through an old number, I couldn't return the call. When I finally saw the message from the driver stating they had arrived, I quickly responded with my current location at Bowen Rd at the Colonial Rose. Even though the driver acknowledged my message, they canceled the order after a few minutes. I made every effort to get the food but was unsuccessful. I request a refund of approximately $[redacted] for the undelivered food to be credited back to the payment account used for the order, or I will need to escalate this matter. Thank you.

I am reaching out as a dedicated Uber Eats customer with a subscription. I have encountered an issue with my recent order from Subway where my food arrived much later than the estimated time, at 12:10am instead of 11:35pm. Additionally, the order was incomplete as there was no dressing for the salad. As a paying customer, I believe that receiving my order accurately and on time is crucial. I have consistently reported these discrepancies because I expect nothing less than a perfect order when I am paying for it. If such issues are not addressed properly and resolved in the future, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription and discontinue using Uber Eats. I hope for a fair resolution and better service when errors occur in my orders.

I am reaching out as a loyal Uber Eats customer with an Uber Eats Pass feeling mistreated. If my order is not perfect, I report it as I expect nothing less when paying for a service. Last night, my order from Subway was 30 minutes late, arriving at 12:10am instead of the latest time of 11:35pm. Additionally, the order lacked dressing for the salad. As a daily customer, I expect fair resolutions when there are clear issues with my order. If matters like this are not addressed properly, I will have to cancel my subscription. Right should be upheld, and I cannot accept incorrect orders. I hope for a suitable resolution when problems arise with my orders.

I have had the same driver twice who did not deliver my food. Even though I have successfully received orders from many other drivers, yesterday this specific driver, Emil Boby, had trouble finding my location and inaccurately marked my order as delivered on a different street. Despite encountering this issue before, I did not receive my food despite attempting to guide the driver to my house. I observed on the tracker that he navigated to a different street. Emil Boby's repeated failures have left me frustrated, especially as I have been denied a refund due to a previous incident. I had a positive experience with other drivers but this situation has soured my opinion. I will continue to pursue my refund of $14.63 until resolved. It would be appreciated if the company could handle situations like this by promptly canceling and refunding orders when unable to locate a delivery address.

I placed an order yesterday at 6:50 pm and waited for an hour and a half for a driver to pick up my food. Unfortunately, no driver was available, so I had to cancel. Uber Eats should notify customers when there are no drivers. Despite the cancellation, I was still charged $23.04. I believe I shouldn't have been charged since the lack of a driver wasn't my fault. I would like a refund for this charge. I use Uber and Uber Eats frequently, and this is the first issue I've encountered. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

Last night, on 12/22/[redacted], I accidentally signed up for the Uber Eats pass. Today, at 3:40 PM on 12/23/[redacted], I contacted them to cancel the service. The customer service representative initially mentioned that the cancellation could be done within 24 hours of approval. Even though it's not yet 24 hours since I signed up, the representative informed me that they couldn't proceed with the cancellation. I am disappointed with this level of service because it was an error on my end, and Uber is not providing me with the option to cancel.

Regrettably, my assigned delivery driver, Jayda, informed the restaurant that she was unable to locate my building and subsequently cancelled my order without attempting delivery. As a result, the restaurant is currently searching for an alternative delivery person to bring my now-cold order. I customarily tip drivers in cash, rewarding those who follow explicit delivery instructions and arrive at the correct location. Conversely, if a driver fails to follow instructions, my tip reflects their subpar service. Due to my disability, leaving my apartment to track down an order due to a driver's negligence is a significant inconvenience. I urge for appropriate action to be taken against Jayda to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, as her behavior is unprofessional and deceitful.

I had an issue on December 18, [redacted]. I was supposed to receive a family order from Golden Chick, but it never arrived. I have already sent pictures and received a response promising a refund in 3 to 5 days. However, those days have passed, and I still have not received my refund of $28 and some change. I am very unhappy with their services and I want my refund promptly. Thank you.

I made an order on Uber Eats on December 16, [redacted]. After 40 minutes, customer care called to inform me that my order was cancelled. They mentioned it would take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed. However, I have not received the refund yet. I have been contacting Uber Eats customer care daily, but they are not giving me useful responses. This kind of service is not how customers should be treated. If this continues, Uber Eats will definitely lose customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent food delivery. The eggchicken fried rice and chilly prawn I ordered were stale, the rice was undercooked, and the prawn tasted terrible with very little quantity. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with my orders, but it is the final straw. I demand a refund for this subpar meal. I had to throw away all the food as it was inedible. The service provided is unacceptable, and I feel cheated. I have been attempting to contact customer service without success. Kindly process my refund promptly. I ordered from The Ridge Diner last night, and my food had been ready for an hour before the Uber driver arrived. I attempted to cancel due to the delay, but was charged $36. When the driver eventually arrived, the food was cold and inedible. The cheesecake was warm and unpleasant. We had to discard everything, and I am requesting a refund.

I placed an order with Tofu Hut on 12/21 in Olympia, WA. We requested a vegetarian dish following their listing on UberEats as capable of customizing meals. After calling, they said they couldn't accommodate our request and suggested we cancel and reorder since they had yet to start preparing it. Following their advice, we canceled the original order and placed a new one. However, we were charged for both orders, the canceled one included. Dear Support Team, I have been a loyal customer of Ubereats for some time now and was shocked to discover that my account has been disabled permanently without any prior notification. Despite contacting customer service and speaking with a supervisor, no resolution was reached. The system alleges that my card or account has been involved in fraudulent refund requests, of which I only recall one instance that was promptly resolved. I am dismayed by the lack of transparency in this process, as well as the absence of an appeals procedure. It is distressing to be accused without any opportunity to refute the claims. As someone who relies on your service, I find it unfair to be treated in such a manner. I am currently in the hospital and was hoping to use Ubereats on Christmas Eve for a meal. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly and reinstate my account. I also request some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. It is crucial to review and correct any flaws in your automated system to prevent similar unjust actions in the future. I recently ordered a chicken sandwich without lettuce on an onion bun, but both sandwiches had lettuce which I'm allergic to. The Tavern Burger was also incorrect with lettuce and not on an onion bun. The french onion soup was lukewarm and lacked onions. I only received one sauce instead of a variety. I've had issues each time I use UberEats and I'm frustrated. I'd appreciate a refund and may not use the service again. Thank you.
