I recently had an issue with an order where I was missing approximately 6 euros worth of food and some of my requests were ignored by the restaurant. I reported the problem, as I always do when there is a legitimate concern. While I have been pleasantly surprised with how some issues were resolved in the past, this time the response I received was disappointing. I was told I had reported too many times, despite genuinely missing an entire dish from my order this time. I rely on Uber Eats because of the customer service they usually provide when things go wrong, which unfortunately seems to happen quite frequently. Rather than automatically denying my refund, I would appreciate it if they could investigate the issue with the restaurant and ensure they fulfill orders properly in the future. Hello, Today was my first experience ordering through UberEats. Unfortunately, the food arrived much later than expected and was extremely cold. I was looking forward to trying a burger and fries from a specific restaurant, but the cold food was disappointing. I reached out to customer service and only received an email apology. I recently received a $50 Uber/Uber Eats gift card via text from a friend. However, when attempting to place an Uber Eats order, my girlfriend and I tried for nearly 2 hours without success. Despite speaking to 3 representatives, none were able to help. How can we properly use this gift card for ordering food through Uber Eats? While on vacation in Colorado, I accidentally ordered food to my Nashville address through Uber Eats. I quickly realized the mistake and cancelled the order within a minute. Despite this, I was still charged $43 for the order. I believe I should receive a refund as the restaurant couldn't have started preparing the food yet. On 12/20/[redacted], I placed an order with McDonald's. Unfortunately, the donut sticks I ordered were not available at the specific location. Two employees called me at different times offering to substitute another item or provide a refund. I opted for the refund. Although they were supposed to credit my account, the full amount was charged, including the tip for the driver. I now require a $12 refund to rectify the overcharge.

I am frustrated. I chose an option with no delivery fee, applied a promo, but upon sending, saw charges rise to $41.25 and fees totaling $61.68. I promptly canceled within seconds, only to be informed of a $44 charge. Among the charges, a $6.26 service fee and a $4.49 delivery fee were added even though I selected free delivery. I am seeking a credit for these unfair charges to be refunded. There should be a cancellation option right after ordering. I placed an order in Maine and paid through Paytm. The delivery person asked for cash as my payment wasn't showing. He assured me that if the Paytm payment showed later, he would refund the cash. I saved his number as [redacted]. However, he intentionally held onto my payments. Until now, I haven't received my refund. Please refund the money I paid through Paytm.

I recently had an order canceled without being notified. After noticing the charge on our credit card, we assumed it went through. Over an hour later, upon checking the Uber Eats app, I discovered the cancellation. Upon contacting customer service, the representative seemed robotic and lacked empathy regarding our hunger. Hello, I am currently facing quite a frustrating issue with my recent order. I waited for over an hour for it and upon receiving it, I discovered several items missing. Specifically, I did not receive a 7 piece order of jalapeño poppers, a 10 piece chicken nugget order, four tacos, and an order of fries. When I approached the driver to inquire about the completeness of my order, he insisted that I had everything, despite the fact that I had three bags and it was clear I was missing items. Additionally, the food that was included was of poor quality - some items were hard and overall not enjoyable. This experience has left me and my six friends who also ordered quite disappointed. I will be looking for alternative dining options moving forward, as I had high expectations for quality after such a long wait. I placed two orders with Uber Eats at Mehfil Restaurant. The first order, OAE46, arrived on time. However, the second order did not reach me properly. Despite my attempts to contact the delivery person to deliver it to my second-floor location, he did not respond, and my order was canceled after a 10-minute wait. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Now I am missing my second parcel, #684F6, and my money was deducted. This has been the worst experience with Uber Eats. I would like a refund for my missing order and the contact details for Uber customer service. I am extremely upset and considering legal action against them.

I placed an order at McDonald's Narellan at 10:51 a.m. for 20 nuggets but only received 9, 2 frozen drinks but got a regular Coke, and 2 large chips but only received 1. I have photos as proof of the incorrect order. I tried contacting UberEats and McDonald's to resolve this issue promptly because I needed the food for my sick little sister who finally felt hungry. Since I couldn't reach anyone, I went to the store with the photos and receipts, but they were unable to help. This situation led to wastage of my money, petrol, and time. I didn't want to order more food from them due to their unreliability.

When the driver arrived, he said the food was at my location. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite waiting in the rain for 20 minutes, the food did not arrive. Multiple calls to the driver went unanswered, leaving us frustrated. Ultimately, I had to venture out into the rain to locate the driver personally. When I finally retrieved the food, it was cold and drenched. This made it inedible, robbing me of the enjoyment I was looking forward to. I believe a refund is justified under these circumstances.

I've ordered food from Uber Eats twice now, and I've had a terrible experience both times. The first order was missing items, and the second order arrived with the pizza completely smashed, toppings missing, and all soggy with liquid leaking out. I provided pictures and filed a complaint, but I haven't received any response or refund yet. I am requesting an immediate refund. My delivery driver drove to Kensington instead of bringing my KFC order to Hounslow by the expected 2:55 pm deadline. Despite going between Hounslow and Kensington, he hasn't picked up my food yet. I'm concerned about the driver's route to central London and the lack of communication about the delay.

I have $12 in Uber Credits that I want to apply to an $11.19 UberEATS order. When I try to place the order, I keep receiving an error message stating "Uber Cash: Your payment method is invalid. Please update your billing settings." I also have a Visa Gift Card with $20, an accepted payment method according to Uber. I'm not sure why there's an issue with my payment methods.

Hello - I recently made an order through the White Castle app and it shows as delivered, but unfortunately, I did not receive my food. The app mentions that a refund is being processed, but I also want to ensure that the driver is reported and doesn't receive the $3 tip I had included. Hello, I haven't received my order again. This is the second time the same delivery person comes near my street and then it shows as delivered. I contacted Uber Eats, but they said I won't get a refund because this has happened before. I don't believe it's my fault; it's the delivery person's responsibility. I am extremely disappointed; I will escalate this matter and ensure everyone is aware of their poor service. It's unacceptable. I am demanding a refund promptly.

I was informed that I won't be receiving a refund because the driver marked the delivery as complete even though they did not bring the food to me. This is the second time this has happened with the same driver, who seems to get lost and falsely claims the delivery was made. I tried to help by sending directions, but it didn't work. I am disappointed and will escalate this if needed. The driver needs better training on finding customer addresses to avoid these issues in the future.
