I recently ordered from Tacos Rapidos, and when my Uber driver arrived, he requested I meet him in the parking garage. Despite having my kids asleep inside, I directed him to the visitor parking. He abruptly canceled my order without refund, mentioning he had to follow the premises' rules. I had specifically selected a delivery-to-door service for convenience. I seek a refund for this unexpected turn of events.

On Monday, December 16, [redacted], I placed my first order on Uber Eats and experienced a three-hour wait for my meal. They promised a R40 discount for my next order. Today, during my second order with a R158 card payment, the discount was not applied. Furthermore, the driver disputed that it was a cash payment despite my account being charged. I am frustrated with the incomplete meals and demand a refund. I have tried searching online for Uber Eats' email or contact information, but to no avail. I need assistance in resolving this issue. I've placed three orders from Subway using Uber Eats, and each time the delivery has been a disaster. The driver takes excessively long, leaving my food cold and messy. I refuse to pay £20 for such poor service. Today, I ordered at 11:30, and it now shows delivery by 1:30 pm. This consistent delay is infuriating, as it seems the Uber driver decides when to deliver my food. When I contacted Uber before, the driver was very rude. I didn't catch his name, but this experience has left me furious. Uber should not tolerate such unprofessional behavior from their drivers, especially when handling food deliveries.

Since December 12th, I have been experiencing issues with the UberEats app. It won't connect to the network, and after checking with BT extensively, there seem to be no internet or Wi-Fi problems on my end. Additionally, I'm unable to log into my account, and I receive a message prompting me to contact UberEats because no account is set up. When I click on the green Uber icon on the tablet, it shows it's connected to a network, which I assume is Uber's network, following my Wi-Fi connection. All other devices are connected without any problems. I kindly request someone to look into this matter with the app, tablet, or account. Thank you. - RB

I received an order from KFC, and unfortunately, the burger was severely damaged and inedible. The six-piece chicken bucket only had four pieces of chicken. Additionally, I ordered two creamy mashed potatoes but received beans and coleslaw instead. The food was soggy and unappetizing. UberEats informed me that they can only refund me £10.38, but the total amount of the food was £29.38. I am truly disappointed with the wasted money and I urgently request a full refund.

I made a purchase on Uber Eats for 5 happy meals and extra fries from McDonald's. Unfortunately, I only received 4 happy meals and no extra fries, meaning one child did not receive their food. When I contacted the customer service, I was told to reach out to the Uber Eats delivery person, but I couldn't get in touch with them as their number was not available. The customer service representative was very impolite, speaking over me and eventually hanging up on me. Additionally, the Uber Eats delivery person also did not have a working number. I attempted to order another meal for the child who was left without one, but I encountered difficulties in doing so.

During my first order while in Dublin on vacation, I inadvertently set my default address to a hotel there. Subsequently, I kept receiving promotional emails valid only for Dublin. I tried adding a different address within the USA but was told I could only have two addresses; however, now I see I have three. The app's support system has not been helpful; instead of providing contact options like email, chat, or phone, it continuously redirected me to unhelpful FAQ topics. Frustrated by this lack of direct communication, I resorted to searching online for how to contact Uber Eats customer support. This experience has been discouraging, and I'm considering deleting the app altogether.

I accidentally ordered food and tried to cancel immediately, but the page kept redirecting me back without canceling the order. I am frustrated and disappointed as a regular Uber Eats customer. I have never experienced this issue before and now I am £22 out of pocket. If the app had allowed me to cancel as promised, I wouldn't have to email about this. I am requesting a refund for this problem caused by the app's failure to function correctly. I am very upset as a loyal customer.

I was really excited about receiving my order from Cali Coffee as I had heard great things about them. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with my delivery. Firstly, the delivery person arrived on a motorbike after taking a long route, avoiding the highway. Upon arrival, I discovered that my S'mores coffee had spilled on the motorbike, and my other coffee was only half-full, likely due to spillage. To add to this, the delivery person did not match the individual in the picture and did not speak English, making communication difficult.

Tonight, while ordering from Roma Pizza on Crossbille Pike, Nashville, my friend and I had a disappointing experience with the delivery driver, Shaira. She seemed disorganized, called us only to hang up abruptly, and was rude when she arrived, blaming the address mix-up on us. Despite our cold food, I would have appreciated a more professional and apologetic attitude from her. Mistakes happen, but better communication and customer service would have made a difference in this situation.

I am disappointed with the Uber Eats delivery service. The driver did not come directly to my home and went in the opposite direction of both my house and the restaurant nearby. This lack of consideration and failure to deliver safely is unacceptable. I was also not contacted about any delays. I am requesting a refund for this subpar experience.

I recently placed an order for McDonald's delivery for myself, my roommate, and my 4-year-old. However, the delivery time kept getting delayed, making us wait for 2 hours. Frustrated, I eventually drove to the restaurant to pick up the order myself. Even though I paid at the cafe for the food, I noticed the charge is pending on my bank account. Upon arrival, I found my original order untouched, and the manager explained it had to be discarded due to its age, so I had to place a new order at the register. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the order on the app, leading to further delays. This has been the worst delivery experience I've encountered, and it's only my second time using this service.

Uber did very little to address my problem. They should improve their driver screening process. The driver, Craig, should be dismissed, and I believe I deserve a complimentary meal. We placed an order at 6:30, had to pick it up ourselves at 9 without any updates, or communication about changes. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally. If a satisfactory resolution is not provided, I will no longer be using Uber Eats and will not recommend it to others.

Hello! I recently downloaded the UberEats app for the first time. However, when I tried to sign up using my phone number, it indicated that I already had an existing account. I can confirm that I have not created an account with UberEats previously. I suspect this may be due to my phone number being previously associated with another account. I often receive messages intended for the previous owner of the number when people try to contact them. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in setting up my UberEats account with my current phone number. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I waited over an hour for my food, which was 30 minutes past the latest arrival time, only to be informed by the delivery driver that his car broke down. When I asked about my food, he claimed to have eaten it and then abruptly ended the call. It is frustrating not to have access to a customer support hotline. This experience marks the fifth time I have encountered issues with your service without any resolutions due to the difficulty in reaching out to you. I recently ordered from Masala Kitchen last week and left a review hoping for a response. The food I received was cold, soggy, and poorly cooked. This experience was unacceptable. I had a disappointing experience with an Uber Eats delivery. My order was completely wrong, and it seems like this is becoming a common issue. IHOP mentioned that the driver had multiple orders and this mix-up wasn't their responsibility. I'm frustrated because I just want a refund. My children can't eat the food we received, and I am very dissatisfied. I have decided not to order from them again because this lack of attention to detail is unprofessional and unacceptable. We waited nearly an hour for our food, only to receive a message from the delivery guy claiming he couldn't deliver due to the rain (which had stopped 10 minutes before). He then said he would dispose of the food and canceled our order. It's clear he lied because he only opted to cancel after we waited for an hour, even though the rain had already stopped. I doubt he intended to throw away the food; it seems more likely he took it for himself. Canceling our order and taking the food is unprofessional and concerning from a delivery service. While we received a refund, it was a frustrating waste of time, and it appears the delivery guy kept the food for himself.

I encountered an issue with placing an order for one of the recent email deals from Uber Eats. Despite receiving an exclusive offer for $0 meals from 9:00 - 10:00 pm on specific days, I tried to order on time and found the restaurant closed. It was disappointing as I waited the entire day only to face this inconvenience. I am not interested in receiving further email offers if they are going to be similarly problematic. I was examining an order when my phone froze for over 15 seconds. The order was accidentally placed before I could stop it. I promptly cancelled the order, but I was still charged for the full amount even though it had only been 1-2 minutes. It took me some time to figure out how to cancel the order through the app because of the freeze. I find it unfair to be charged when I cancelled the order immediately, especially considering it was due to the app freezing.
