I recently received a promo code for 50% off two orders "fiftyfifty." I entered the code, but there was no discount applied. I tried again, and the system said the code had already been used. I can provide a screenshot as proof. Unfortunately, I did not receive the promised $15 off. I encountered issues trying to seek assistance through the app. When I called for help, the customer service representative was unable to resolve the problem and suggested reaching out here. It's frustrating that the issue couldn't be resolved immediately and that getting support through the app or online is so complicated.

Hello, my name is Dhammika, and you can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] I placed an order at Burger King in Maharagama with Order #5D482 for delivery to 24 School Lane, Boralesgamuwa. I provided my contact number, but the delivery person did not locate the correct address and was rude. Please refund the money back to my account. I have had deliveries from Pizza Hut at the same address without any issues. Why is it that only Uber Eats delivery drivers struggle to find this location when I have given detailed instructions and a contact number? Kindly process the refund promptly.

I have visited the support office several times regarding this matter, but I have not received a clear response from them. I am unsure about what steps to take next and whom to contact to resolve this issue. I ordered paneer biryani from Riyan Mughlai Restaurant in Hyderabad. When I opened the biryani, I was disappointed to find both paneer and chicken in small pieces. This misleading presentation by the restaurant is unacceptable. I am unable to contact the restaurant directly, so I am reaching out to Uber Eats. How can you partner with such deceitful establishments? If Uber Eats does not address this issue promptly, I will escalate it legally and inform the media. I hope to see a resolution soon. I purchased a Fully Loaded Boxmeal from KFC Northway in Durban at noon. Shortly after ordering, I decided to cancel it within a minute. Unfortunately, I was still charged for the meal and delivery on my card. When I tried to report the issue through customer service, I kept getting connected to an agent without any resolution. I reached out to KFC Northway, and they advised me to contact Uber Eats since the order was already picked up by the driver. The driver did not contact me to pick up the food, and I couldn't track it on my end due to the cancellation. As I never received the food, I am requesting a refund for the order that didn't reach me.

I attempted to apply promo code TRY25UAE but the order was placed without my confirmation. I tried to cancel immediately, contacting the restaurant twice, but was directed to Uber Eats. Despite my efforts to reach Uber Eats via customer service, I was unsuccessful. After requesting the restaurant to cancel the order, I received a call from Uber Eats customer care. The representative, IRFAN, informed me that I must accept the order to avoid losing the full 70 AED, and that I could file a complaint after acceptance for a refund. This situation requires urgent attention.

Hello, I recently ordered biryani from Aromas Hyderabadi Biryani restaurant and was quite disappointed with the quality. The chicken pieces in the biryani were overcooked and had a burnt taste, making it unpleasant to eat. As a regular Uber Eats customer, I was disheartened by this experience and felt it was a waste of time and money as I couldn't even consume it. I hope you can address this matter promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I am Abhishek Singh, an Uber Eats delivery partner for 1.5 years. I have completed over [redacted] trips without any issues. However, my last order was canceled because the customer's phone was switched off, even though they placed the order with their phone and mobile data on as per Uber's policy. This has happened multiple times where customers turn off their phones after ordering. I had another pick-up waiting, and the customer's address was only 5 minutes away, so it was not my fault. Please address this issue promptly and reactivate my ID. I have been at home for many days, and my livelihood depends on Uber. Please consider the challenges faced by partners like me. My recent cancel and the subsequent closure of my account have caused great inconvenience. Despite attempting to contact the customer and the restaurant, my efforts were in vain. After initiating a timer and ultimately canceling the order, the item was promptly returned to the restaurant. I have been working diligently as a partner with Uber Eats, and it is disheartening that customer concerns seem to be prioritized over ours. It is important to consider the challenges I face as a delivery person. Please, kindly reinstate my account as soon as possible.

I encountered an issue with my recent food order from Freddy's - Moss Road, Stretford. I had a 50% off promo code that didn't apply to my order despite my attempts to use it. When I tried to reapply the code, I received a message stating it was already used. I assumed it had been applied because of this, but later learned from Uber Eats that it was not. They advised me to ensure I add the code before placing my next order, but I had already attempted to do so. Unfortunately, I am unable to reapply the code due to the error message stating it has already been used. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

I placed an order for delivery to my workplace at the hospital with a note to call upon arrival. Surprisingly, the driver messaged me through the app instead of calling, which I missed because I don't have notifications activated. After checking the app, I noticed the message was sent 10 minutes before. I responded promptly and indicated I would come down to collect my order. The driver replied with a simple "OK." I rushed to the lobby but found no one with my meal, and to my dismay, I discovered a message saying my order was canceled without a refund. Order # 132EA on 12/18 from Chen’s Poke in Mineola, NY.

I ordered $75 worth of food on UberEats, but even though the app said our food was delivered, we never received it. We searched the area and couldn't find anyone delivering food. Unfortunately, we couldn't contact the driver. This was our first experience with UberEats, and it's safe to say it'll be our last. We are extremely frustrated and request that Keon from Fayetteville, North Carolina, the driver assigned to us, be investigated as it seems she delivered the food to the wrong address nowhere near our complex. It's puzzling why our food never made it to us, but we hope UberEats can resolve this issue promptly. We are very upset.

I recently placed order 3C162 with McDonald's. Despite being a returning customer, I was disappointed with this order. Upon opening the food, I found the fries to be cold, and the chicken nuggets were significantly undercooked, squishy, and made me feel unwell after just one bite. I paid $16.09 for the order but was unable to eat any of it due to the quality issues. I am requesting a refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

I was excited to order from Popeyes during their promotion that started at 9pm, but the Popeyes near me turned off their Uber Eats and stopped taking orders past 9pm. I placed an order at Popeyes restaurant at 9:15 pm. After waiting until 10:35 pm, I got a notification that my order was cancelled. I am entitled to a refund for the order I never received. I had a frustrating experience trying to order from Panda Express. Twice I attempted to place my order, but I received a message saying the items were not available. This caused me to abandon the order. To my dismay, I later discovered I was charged $39.49 for food I never received. I typically use Uber Eats over other services like DoorDash and Postmates, but this incident has made me reconsider my loyalty to this service.

I used the app to place an order for delivery to my door, but I never received my food. The order was cancelled, and now I am seeking a refund as my food was not delivered. Normally, I have no issues with food deliveries, and this is the first time I encountered such a problem. Despite having someone at my patio waiting for the delivery, no car or person showed up. Our gate code is provided, and we have a clear view of most of the parking lot from the patio. I did not receive any communication from the driver regarding their arrival or any confusion about the address. I request a refund as this has been an unusual experience compared to my past seamless delivery experiences.

I made an order using a coupon code EATS**PH which should have given me a discount on a minimum bill of ***. Despite the total showing **Rs, the delivery person charged me ***. After contacting support, they demanded ***. I declined and the order was canceled, but *** was deducted from my account. I believe UberEats should waive this extra charge as it was their error.

I've been experiencing issues with my delivery address, which is causing delivery drivers to go to my neighbors instead. This has understandably been frustrating for them. I have tried multiple ways to resolve this problem but have not received any responses. I am reluctant to use Uber Eats until this is fixed. If I don't hear back from anyone soon, I may have to stop using your service altogether.
