We ordered two meals: a breakfast wrap with two hash browns and a medium chicken foldover meal with Coke. The driver delivered only the chicken foldover and claimed the breakfast meal was not available at McDonald's. He refused to give us a partial order, took back the chicken foldover, and instructed us to file a complaint. Unfortunately, we received no food despite already having paid for it. I submitted a refund request for an accidental order three days ago. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates since then. Tonight, when I tried to log into my account, I discovered that not only was my request ignored, but I was also locked out of my account without any way to regain access. This lack of communication and support is disrespectful and shows a clear lack of regard for customer service. I urgently anticipate a prompt response to address this issue before I have to escalate this matter further. The situation at hand is quite straightforward and needs to be resolved promptly.

I received a notification that the food was delivered, but when I checked, it wasn't there. I searched the front of the house, but didn't find it. The delivery instruction in the app specifies delivery to the rear of the house. Delivering to the front exposes it to view from the road, attracting opportunistic individuals. The carrier could have called or informed me upon arrival, as I was home. I've tried reaching out for over 24 hours without a response.

On Saturday night, I placed an order for food delivery but encountered several issues upon receiving it. I immediately noticed missing items and incorrect ingredients in my order. The delivery driver was informed about the missing drinks before leaving. The contents were not as expected; 1 Large Fry, 1 Medium Fry, 1 Large Coke, 1 Medium Coke, 2 Barbecue Sauces & 2 Sweet & Sour sauces were missing, and my Double Quarter Pounder with cheese had onions despite my request for no onions. The order included a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal (Large), a 10 piece Chicken McNuggets meal (Medium), 2 McDouble burgers, and an additional 10 piece Chicken McNuggets with Barbecue Sauces.

My name is He Yu. On December 12th, I was charged approximately $[redacted] unexpectedly. I encountered issues with my payment method on UberEats, so I attempted to add a new payment method through PayPal. Despite trying over 10 times, I was unsuccessful. Recently, I discovered that each attempt to add a new payment method resulted in a charge of around $50. I did not make any food purchases or utilize Uber services that day, nor did I share my account details. My transaction history for that day is clear, but my Chase Bank statement shows that the description 'PAYPAL INST XFER UNBER WEB ID: PAYPALSI77' appeared 16 times, charging me multiple times without authorization.

My recent $50+ order through Uber Eats was incorrect, so I placed a new order and filed a complaint. Customer service assured me the order would be refunded with Uber Eats credits. I submitted photos of the received food and order ticket as evidence. However, upon checking, I noticed only $5 in credits were applied, which seems inaccurate. Considering the cost of the order and the inconvenience of reordering, I hope to avoid being charged over $[redacted] due to the driver's error. Hello, I am a loyal Uber Eats customer. I recently placed an order for 4 items, but unfortunately only received 2 of them. Among the items missing is one that I did not even order, and I am disappointed by this. Instead of the 3 egg and lettuce sandwiches I requested, I only got the Ben & Jerry's ice cream and a chicken and lettuce item which doesn't suit my dietary preferences. I have been using Uber Eats frequently and have spent quite a bit of money on orders in the last month. Hello, I placed an order through the Uber Eats App on December 13, [redacted], but unfortunately, the order was never delivered. The delivery person attempted to contact us through the app, but my responses were not going through. Despite my partner checking outside, no one was found. I am requesting a full refund to be credited back to my card. It was a frustrating experience to have to find an alternative dinner option very late. This was my partner's first time using Uber Eats, and we are both greatly disappointed. If there is no response or refund, we will be discouraging others we know from using this service in the future.

I am experiencing issues while trying to place an order on Uber Eats. The system is not allowing me to use the promotional code provided in the email I received. When attempting to log in with my phone number or email address associated with the promotional email, it indicates that the accounts are not linked. Consequently, I am unable to utilize Uber Eats or benefit from the promotion offered, which includes £10 off until 22 December. The unique code provided, SEASONSEATINGS, specifies it is exclusively for me, Mo, and cannot be used with another account. It also mentions a minimum spend of £5 and is applicable only for first-time users.

This week, I ordered coffee from Starbucks using Uber Eats for the second time. Unfortunately, two days ago, the coffee I received was undrinkable. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned that a refund wasn't an option and suggested leaving a review instead. Today, I ordered two coffees, and once again, there was an issue with the quality. My cappuccino was only three quarters full upon arrival. Considering the cost of each Uber delivery, which is around $15, plus additional tips for the drivers, I am disappointed in the service I have received. A refund for the past two days' orders would be greatly appreciated as this level of service is unacceptable.

Hello, I recently tried to place an order on Yaa Yaa Mohideen Biryani via Uber Eats but encountered an issue. When choosing the cash payment option, I received an error message stating the order must be a minimum of Rs.[redacted] or choose a different payment method. I then selected the credit card option and made the payment but was unable to complete the order. The payment was debited from my account, but I received another error message on the Uber Eats app saying, "There was an error processing your request." Kindly refund the debited amount promptly.

I placed an order at a nearby restaurant for warm food delivery, expecting it within a reasonable time frame. After an hour of waiting, I decided to contact the restaurant to pick it up myself since the food had gotten cold. They suggested canceling the order, but I encountered difficulties doing so and had to speak with customer support. Unfortunately, I was informed that the order couldn't be canceled due to a driver already en route. Expressing my dissatisfaction and the need for warm food, I was disappointed to learn there was no refund available. Reluctantly, I accepted the order, but it had to be discarded as it was no longer appetizing. To resolve the situation, I purchased freshly made warm food elsewhere given the multiple changes in delivery time.

I misplaced my debit card recently and had it temporarily suspended. After unfreezing the card, I am facing an issue with Uber Eats claiming that my payment method is not accepted as it is still blocked. My bank assures me that transactions should be immediate after unfreezing the card. I have verified the card details, ensured I'm choosing the right card, and rebooted both the app and my phone multiple times. I am struggling to find a solution to this problem and hoped for some assistance here.

I submitted a help ticket over nine hours ago, seeking assistance with an order issue. When the driver arrived, my phone had died, so I was unable to be reached. Waiting outside for about 20 minutes, I didn't see the driver and later found out they tried to call me. The order was canceled, and I assumed it would be refunded or reordered easily. I'm disappointed that my food never arrived, but I understand mistakes happen. I just hope for better service from Uber Eats in the future. I mentioned in my follow-up message that this is my second disappointing experience with Uber Eats. If they can resolve this current situation promptly, I'm willing to give them another chance.

I made an order at the restaurant about an hour and a half ago, but I have yet to receive it. After calling the store, I was informed that my order was mistakenly given to another customer. I requested compensation due to the long wait, as it is now inconvenient for us to return to work. The order was placed under the name Patrick through Thai [redacted]. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received after ordering food for Monday night. The food arrived raw, and when I called customer support, I was told my order couldn't be replaced. I was instructed to wait for someone from the corporate office to contact me. It's now day three, and I still haven't received a call or my $30 refunded. Waiting days for a resolution in the food business is unacceptable, especially after payment has been made. It was also challenging to locate a phone number on the website. Despite following all instructions, providing photos of the raw food, and reaching out multiple times, I have yet to receive a response from the company. I attempted to speak with a manager, but all I received were emails without any resolution.

Recently, I received a 50% off promotion code from Uber Eats via email. Excited, I opened the app and selected items from Chickenzos, only to find the discount applied if the total was £15 or under, not on the entire order as I had assumed. Disappointed, I abandoned the order. Strangely, upon returning to the app, I saw a message stating the restaurant was preparing the food, even though I hadn't finalized the order or provided payment details. Concerned, I phoned Uber Eats for help, but they needed a delivery number which I didn't have as no order confirmation was received. To my dismay, £42.93 was deducted from my account without my consent.

I ordered from a restaurant, but the system didn't prompt me to review my order. The delivery address was one I'd never used and was an hour away. After realizing this, I promptly canceled the order. However, I was still charged for the $12 meal. As a working college student, this is a significant amount for me. The app unexpectedly canceled my order after it was delayed, and when I tried to reorder, it gave an error. After waiting for 1-10 minutes for the order to be ready, my partner couldn't wait any longer, so we canceled. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a refund for my $30 order. I find it unreasonable to not receive any money back for the canceled order. While I understand a small cancellation fee, losing the entire $30 seems excessive. I don't want a credit; I want a refund. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I have no intention of using the app again due to the unacceptable wait time and lack of resolution regarding my refund.

I used the promo code FIFTYFIFTY, and after applying it, I saw a confirmation that the code was accepted. However, when I returned to my order, I noticed that the discount wasn't reflected. Upon trying to apply the code again, I received a message stating that the promo code was already used. Consequently, I proceeded to the next page, unintentionally confirming the order before verifying the discount. I swiftly tried to cancel the order only to discover there was a $15 cancellation fee. Could you please ensure the 50% discount is properly applied to my order, as I initially believed it had been successfully redeemed?
