I ordered chicken gravy at Hotel A1 Buhari on December 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I received expired food. I reported the issue to Uber Eats, who promised a refund within 5 to 7 days. It has now been over 14 days and I am still waiting for the refund. The next day, on December 2, [redacted], I ordered Briyani at Kalam Hotel but received plain Briyani instead. Once again, I reported this to Uber Eats, and they assured me a refund within 7 days. However, this refund has also not been processed yet.

I placed an order with McDonald’s breakfast delivery to 11 Hedgerow Close, but strangely the food ended up at 28 Lyndhurst Crescent, which was not my correct delivery address. Even after reaching out to Uber without any response, I walked to 28 Lyndhurst Crescent to find no breakfast waiting for me. I have already paid for the order with my card, and now my money is gone, leaving me hungry. The delivery driver did not bother to call or deliver the food properly. I'm frustrated as I have not eaten and had to face this inconvenience. Please assist me as I am unable to reach Uber through messages with no response.

I received my order today at 90a Marshall Street and expected a Big Mac with the middle part of the bun missing. Unfortunately, the entire bun was absent. If I had wanted just a burger, I would have specified that. Now I am hungry and disappointed. I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese, fresh onions, lettuce, mayo, and no other sauce. I paid £3.50 for delivery and £3.79 for the Big Mac. My order number is a2d93. Please address this promptly. Thank you.

I have encountered two problems. Firstly, one of your staff members is contacting me through WhatsApp. I kindly request that the company addresses this matter. I have evidence in the form of a chat screenshot, which I am willing to share with you if you provide an email address. Secondly, in my previous order, I faced an issue where the delivery driver could not locate my address for a small pizza, resulting in the order being canceled after an hour. Subsequently, the driver accused me of misbehavior. The order was never delivered, but charges were still applied to my account. Please respond promptly to resolve these issues.

I contacted customer service regarding an issue with a promo code that was not working. Despite being advised to reach out, I received an email explaining that the promo code, SEASONSEATS, was only for select individuals. However, the code was sent to my email address by UberEats directly. It's frustrating to encounter problems with UberEATS promo codes repeatedly, especially when the code was provided to me for 50% off.

I placed an order for breakfast at Carl’s Jr. today which got canceled. After reordering, I contacted the restaurant to find out why my initial order was canceled, to learn they had stopped serving 24-hour breakfast. Following their advice, I made a new order through UberEats, but the manager suggested I cancel it and opt for the lunch menu instead. I did cancel and ordered from the lunch menu, but the refund for the breakfast order hasn't shown up in my account even after waiting for a few hours.

I recently placed an order on Uber Eats at McDonald’s in Park Ridge (order #B7C18). The delivery driver brought everything, but the bag was missing the receipt and did not contain the large fries that I had ordered. After checking the app, I confirmed that I had indeed ordered and paid for the fries. I have reached out to Uber Eats with no response, and I have tried calling the McDonald’s location several times without success. I am hoping to either receive the missing fries at no extra charge, or if that is not possible, I would like a refund for the fries that were not provided. Thank you.

I am concerned about my order's delivery status. Originally scheduled for 11:15 PM, the time was first extended to 11:25 PM, then further delayed to 11:45 PM. I am unable to track any driver currently assigned to my order. Oddly, the app initially stated that my order was prepared, only to now indicate it is being prepared again. This delay is troubling as I planned to sleep by 11:50 PM. Feeling hungry and perplexed by the repeated delays upon checking the app, I cannot afford to eat so late as it will throw off my schedule even more.

Hello, I am having an issue with my recent order. The app initially showed that the driver picked up my order, but shortly after, it indicated that the order was delivered. I was unable to track the delivery as the driver quickly marked it as delivered. I suspect that the driver may have taken my food as I did not receive it despite waiting for it. Could you please investigate if the driver arrived near my house and verify the details, as I did not even receive the usual notification to meet the driver.

I placed an order from Balaji Idli House restaurant around 10:50 a.m. today. I made an online payment for my order, but unfortunately, it was cancelled while the delivery was just a minute away from my place. The rider, Zeeshan, was the one assigned to my order. I messaged him regarding the order but received no response. Suddenly, the order was canceled around 11:30 a.m., even though the estimated delivery time was 12:05 p.m. I am seeking a refund for the amount I paid through my debit card.

I placed an order for food on September 29th at 2:29 PM, but it was mistakenly marked as cancelled by the delivery person even though I received and paid for the order. I can confirm that the delivery person did reach me, I collected the food, and made the payment. Therefore, I should not be required to pay again for the same order. This issue is preventing me from placing any further orders with Uber. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently got a code for a $30 discount on my first order, with the promise of receiving another code later. However, every time I try to use the code, I receive a message saying "this account is not eligible for promotions." This is the same Uber account connected to the email where I received the code. The deadline to receive the free delivery code for a month ends tonight at midnight (12/15), and I am disappointed that I may now miss out on this offer.

I discovered that my order from McDonald's is missing 5 hash browns - 3 extra hash browns and the 2 that should have come with the meal. This is disappointing to me as I specifically paid for these items and they were meant to be my breakfast. Despite recognizing that this is not directly your responsibility, I am still displeased with the situation. The receipt indicates that all 5 hash browns were charged for, so it's frustrating to not have received them. I am disheartened that I now don't have breakfast as planned and can't reorder due to changes in the menu. I urge you to address this matter promptly.

On December 15th, I redeemed a $50 Uber Eats gift card which successfully added the credits to my account. Unfortunately, when I try to place an order, I am prompted with an error message asking to verify my payment method. I have used the same bank card numerous times on Uber Eats without any problems. I have already reached out to my bank, and they confirmed that there are no issues from their end. I urgently need this matter addressed as I am unable to utilize the credits I have added to my account. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered dosa from Ramesh Dosa with extra charges for additional sambhar and two dosas. However, upon delivery, I only received one sambhar container instead of two. I was also charged for a third container that was missing. The dosa was also damaged. I have already submitted a photo of the container but have not received a refund yet.

Good morning, I placed a food order and tried to cancel before it was out for delivery, but I was kept on hold until the driver left for delivery. They informed me they couldn't do anything at that point. I have been a loyal customer for a while, and I find it unfair that I won't get a refund. Somehow, the address changed when confirming the order. At least with Uber, if you cancel a ride, there's an inconvenience fee. It doesn't seem right that the driver gets both my food and my money. Something needs to change as I can't afford to waste $20 like that. Action needs to be taken.

I recently placed an order with McDonald's last night. I ordered the 10-piece Buttermilk Chicken Combo with a large Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately, I did not receive proper notification from the app about my order status. When the delivery person (a male, not the female shown in the photo) arrived, I was handed a bag. After checking, I found it contained a large fry and 2 Bacon McDouble sandwiches instead of my order. This is the fourth time I'm reporting this issue. I had to order a drink from another restaurant using the Uber Eats app. I'm eager to know how my order concerns will be addressed and what will be done about the money spent. Additionally, I couldn't verify if the delivery vehicle matched the one in the picture, which added to my concern about my order.

I mistakenly clicked the order button instead of adding an item to my request. When I realized the order was not yet prepared, I called the restaurant as instructed by Uber Eats. However, the restaurant directed me to contact you to modify my order. This seems illogical as they are the ones preparing the food and have the ability to make changes. In the restaurant where I work, we can easily accommodate customer requests for additions or changes to their orders.

For the past two days, I've been trying to use a code sent to my email exclusively for me. However, when I attempt to enter the code, it indicates that I am not eligible to use it. After spending an hour and a half trying to call and failing to reach anyone, I finally navigated to Uber Rides and was informed that UberEats does not have a contact number and could not assist me. I've been attempting to use the code "SEASONSEATS" to order food, but it keeps saying I'm not eligible. It's frustrating not being able to get help. It would be appreciated if someone could investigate this matter and clarify if there are any available contacts for UberEats and if the promotional email with the code was misleading. The situation is quite disheartening.

My boyfriend and I placed a $34 order on Ubereats from Frisch’s around midnight on Friday night. The delivery time was initially set for 12:30 am but got pushed to 12:50 am. We patiently waited but received a message from the driver at 1:33 am saying they had been waiting for 8 minutes and canceled the order without a refund. Surprisingly, the driver never attempted to contact us upon arrival. We were at a hotel, and the lobby attendant even interacted with the driver without delivering the food. I am very disappointed by this unprofessional behavior and would like a refund as we never received our meal, despite having paid a significant amount for it.
