I recently had a food delivery mishap. The burger I ordered had onions on it, although I'm highly allergic and did not request them. The meal was also supposed to include fries, but I received onion rings instead which I couldn't eat. Even the extra order of fries I requested was also onion rings. Unfortunately, I had to discard the entire order as I was on my lunch break and couldn't wait for a replacement.

My order was incomplete. After speaking with the restaurant owner, I was informed that they can no longer fulfill the full order as listed on the Uber Eats app due to a menu change. I had ordered Indian curry with rotis, but the rotis were missing, making it difficult to enjoy the curry. The interaction with the owner was unproductive as they were impolite and shifted blame to Uber Eats, refusing to provide the missing rotis. This disappointing experience occurred at Bhalla's Indian Restaurant in Ipswich, leaving me dissatisfied, especially during my 11-hour work shift meal break where I couldn't eat anything.

On December 12, [redacted], we placed an order at 6:05 PM with Niko Teriyaki in Bonney Lake, Washington, for our neighbors. The delivery estimate was 6:40 PM. However, when we called the restaurant at 7:10 PM, the order had not been picked up yet. It was eventually delivered to the incorrect address and reached our neighbors at 7:25 PM, 45 minutes past the estimated time and a total waiting time of 1 hour and 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold. We are requesting a full refund of $51.77 for the unsatisfactory experience. The purchase was made under the account of J. Foushee, contact number [redacted].

I received a $30 promotion for my order, and it was successfully applied to my account. However, when I tried to use the promotion, I received an error message stating, "Your order isn’t eligible for these." I reviewed the terms and conditions, which stated it had to be used on a first order. I'm confused as to why I was given a promotion that was accepted but cannot be used since it's not my first order. I just want to be able to use the promotion that was applied to my account.

I observed the delivery person collect my food and then the app went offline. I was left unsure of the status of my order and waited over an hour past the expected delivery time. I received an email saying my order was canceled and was given a $5 credit for a future order. As a first-time Uber Eats user, this experience was frustrating. I initially had a $7 discount for being a new customer, but now it feels like I have $2 less than what I started with. I am requesting at least $20 in credits with a pin number instead of a promo code. The $5 credit offered seems inadequate and disappointing.

Our order was scheduled to arrive by 1:40 AM, but it's now delayed until 2:00 AM. This delay is inconvenient for us, and we're requesting a refund of the delivery fee. We realize that late deliveries can happen, but a 20-minute delay at 2:00 AM seems unprofessional. We appreciate a prompt response to address this issue. Thank you.

My order number is #15D5F and it was canceled without a refund. Upon placing the order, I requested the delivery person to contact an alternative number since my registered Uber Eats number would not be available during the delivery. Although he agreed and took note of the number, he did not call the alternative number and proceeded to cancel the order without any refund. Is this some new tactic to take money from customers? Uber Eats has always been my top choice for food delivery, but this incident has left me feeling frustrated. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach them. I am seeking clarification and a refund for this issue.

I received a promotional code via email on 13/12/19, valid until 31/12/19. Unfortunately, when I applied the code to order #78C6B, it did not work, resulting in me being charged the full amount. I was unable to cancel the order and would like a refund of A$30 applied to the same order, as it falls within the promo code's terms. As a regular Uber Eats customer who has successfully used promo codes before, I believe this issue is on the technical side of Uber Eats. I eagerly await your response. Thank you. I placed an order with Boustan at around 6:15 pm yesterday. Although I received confirmation that the order was processed, the delivery person named 'Victor' never showed up with my food on his bike, as promised for 6:55 pm. I stayed home, verified my address, and even checked the order status at 6:45 pm, which oddly stated it was completed. Despite reaching out multiple times about the missing order and lack of communication from 'Victor', I have yet to receive a response or a refund. My previous issues were quickly resolved after reports, but this time, I haven't heard back at all. Just a simple acknowledgment that my report is being looked into would be appreciated. All I want now is a refund for the undelivered order. Thank you.

I had trouble with two recent orders. The first one was three hours late and missing items. I filed a complaint but haven't heard back. The second order was for a meal that arrived raw and inedible, so I had to discard it. I also complained about this order, but no one has contacted me. I am requesting a full refund for my order. I experienced a delay of 2 hours in receiving my food. I placed the order at 6:30 pm, but it only arrived at 8:45 pm, arriving cold and soggy. When I called the store, the individual on the phone rudely directed me to contact you for complaints, as they don't handle issues from Uber. Sadly, the man became increasingly angry and abruptly hung up on me during our conversation. Even after traveling to the store, I faced further disrespect from the owner, who displayed rude behavior.

I contacted the restaurant regarding the delivery mishap where the driver arrived an hour late with the food in a messy condition at my elderly parents' home. Wanting to treat my parents to a special meal, the whole experience turned out to be disappointing as the driver even requested I come to the driveway instead of delivering to the door. The order included tacos, rice, beans, and some sides, but everything was jumbled up with the tacos being too soggy to eat properly. This whole ordeal took two hours for the food to reach them, leaving my elderly parents with a subpar meal experience.

However, the original card was still billed, so I need the charge refunded to the card ending in [redacted]. We encountered several issues with our order. Despite calling multiple times to modify our sandwiches, the restaurant failed to do so. Our fries were carelessly thrown into a bag with no packaging. Even after requesting no toppings on our sandwiches, they were still included. We had to discard the food as the chicken appeared to have an unusual white substance on it. Although we don't have photos, we have witnesses to confirm our complaint. The experience was unpleasant; my boyfriend even became sick. Comparatively, Aston is a superior choice. I am seeking a refund and may escalate this matter further if necessary. This situation is truly unacceptable.

I recently placed an order for food with your company using my work address, unaware it was still listed on my account. The driver called to confirm the delivery but mentioned it would be delayed. I agreed to wait. Shortly after, customer service called to inform me that the food would not be delivered and that I would still be charged. I ordered from Taco Bell and requested 3 Doritos Locos Tacos without lettuce on each taco. Unfortunately, upon receiving the order, all 3 tacos had lettuce, leaving us disappointed.
