Hello, I am experiencing issues with ordering through my Uber and Uber Eats account. Yesterday, $50 was deducted from my PayPal account for an unknown transaction, and I am unsure of the details. A few months ago in America, I discovered unauthorized Uber and Uber Eats charges on my bank card, which led to the card being canceled and reimbursed by my bank. Could these recent charges be related to that incident? Additionally, I recently noticed another $21 charge on my bank account. My account is registered under the name Michaela Pasculli. I placed an order at Dairy Queen, but canceled it quickly because the app didn't save my preferences. However, the second order, which I did not cancel, was still canceled by either the restaurant or driver. This resulted in both my promo codes being used up and my card being charged twice. Ultimately, I had to place a third order at a higher price due to the previous cancellations affecting my promo codes.

I placed an order at Popeyes around 9:22 pm. Currently, it is 10:55 pm, and my driver has not picked up the order. On the app, I can see that he is driving around but passed the Popeyes without stopping. It seems like he is busy with other orders. I am seeking a full refund as this situation is frustrating. I just wanted my food but now I am very hungry. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. The driver's name is Flavio, and his license plate is 9SV835. Despite trying to cancel the order, I am unable to do so. Popeyes confirmed that the food has been waiting at the restaurant for a while.

I encountered an issue while placing my order on the UberEats app. Each time I confirmed my order, a "Server Error" message appeared. Despite this, I tried again and encountered the same problem. Consequently, I opted to contact the restaurant directly to pick up my order. To my surprise, I realized upon arrival that both orders had gone through, resulting in a double charge. Since I was unaware of the duplicate order and did not receive any confirmation emails, I am requesting a refund for one of the orders.

I ordered food from McDonald's, but my location has poor connectivity. The app showed the Uber driver was nearby, but by the time I got to the gate, he was leaving. The security staff informed me that my order was canceled, yet the app indicated it was delivered. They mentioned the Uber driver gave the food to someone else and even took some himself. I am disappointed as I paid for food that was not delivered properly.

Last night, at approximately 1:40 a.m on December 11, [redacted], I placed an order with Sports City Cafe. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with sides of macaroni & mashed potatoes, and chicken enchiladas. The Uber Eats driver handed me the bag, mentioning our order almost didn't make it, and quickly left. Upon inspecting the bag, I immediately noticed an error as it contained only one carryout container, which was insufficient for the items I ordered. I tried to contact the driver about the mistake but received no response. Upon opening the carryout box, I found buffalo tenders with fries and a side of ranch instead of my actual order. I have already reported this issue through the app, but I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. Looking forward to your response.

I recently called customer service and spoke to a representative named Nick, who repeatedly refused to transfer me to a supervisor despite my request. I have had bad experiences with both Door Dash and Uber Eats. Today, I encountered a driver from Uber Eats who had difficulty speaking English. She called because she was lost, but our communication was challenging due to the language barrier. Nick chose not to transfer me to a supervisor, providing what seemed like an inadequate reason. This situation was extremely frustrating.

I received the wrong order from a delivery driver. When contacting the restaurant, they directed me to Uber Eats. I'm frustrated as I have not received a response after trying to contact them for 40 minutes. My family is still waiting for a resolution. I'm extremely annoyed by this carelessness. I will escalate this issue on my platform if no action is taken. My order number is #AF04D and the other person's order number is #DE7EF.

I am trying to order from Uber Eats, but when I entered my phone number, it mentioned that the number is already associated with an account and requested a password. I do not recall having an account linked to my number, so I selected "forgot my password." It then asked for my email, but I am unsure which email to provide. I attempted all my emails, but none were recognized. How can I delete the existing account using my phone number and create a new account with the same number?

I placed an order on December 12, [redacted], at 12:10 p.m. expecting to receive my meal. However, the order I received was intended for someone named Phillip. Despite considering eating the meal mistakenly sent to me, it was not even close to what I originally ordered. I paid around $36 for a meal that I cannot consume. I recently placed an order through Popeyes in Upland, California. Unfortunately, the delivery address got changed from [redacted] to [redacted] by mistake. Despite several attempts to contact the Uber driver via phone and text using the number provided, there was no response. Consequently, my order was not delivered and not returned to the store. Popeyes advised me to reach out to Uber Eats regarding this issue. This has been the most disappointing online ordering and delivery experience for me. I am looking to be refunded the $43 I paid for the undelivered order due to drivers not responding to communication.

I purchased a mutton biryani from Haji Saheb and paid the delivery person for my order. However, Uber Eats is now showing that I need to pay for the same order again because it was supposedly canceled. I refuse to pay twice for the same item. I placed my first order with Tasty Indian Cuisine on December 10th in the evening but had to cancel immediately to make changes to the food. When I finally placed the order, I noticed today that I was charged twice on my bank account. The restaurant mentioned that in the past, sometimes Uber Eats places the order and handles it, so they are not involved. Can you please assist in resolving this issue?

Hola, Quisiera informar que hice un pedido el 9 de diciembre en la Panadería Rincón del Pan, ubicada en la calle Luis Doreste Silva. En mi pedido faltaron 3 artículos: un brownie, una pulga de atún y una pulga de queso blanco. He reportado dos veces que faltaban estos artículos por error y la respuesta que recibí fue acusándome de uso fraudulento por realizar múltiples reportes en poco tiempo. Lamentablemente, no he recibido ningún reembolso ya que me lo han negado.

Hello. I purchased three different flavors of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, but I never received a notification about my order being delivered. Despite the hours that went by, I didn’t receive any calls or texts from the Ubereats driver. When I finally checked outside, I discovered that my ice cream had been left at my door in the rain and was completely melted. I was shocked by this behavior and would like a full refund to be processed.

I used the Uber Eats app to place an order, and the app indicated that my order was being prepared. However, after waiting for 40-45 minutes, my order was unexpectedly canceled. It was frustrating that it took so long for the cancellation to occur. Other delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato manage to deliver food in the time it took for my order to be canceled. The lack of respect for customers' time is disappointing. My order was placed at 10:55 pm and canceled around 11:32 pm.

I made an order, but it never arrived. I received a message saying the delivery partner tried to deliver, but no one was home. Despite my messages, he didn't respond. After multiple calls, he finally answered and mentioned issues with his phone, making delivery impossible. He advised me to cancel for a refund, but I couldn't find an option to do so. I'm now out of food, money, and stuck without a solution. Can I please get a refund for this order?
