I placed an order for a cup of coffee and a smoothie from Kauai Melrose at 7:45 am this morning. Uber notified me of a delay, with the new arrival time being 9:35 am. I contacted Kauai, and they mentioned that the order has been ready for pickup, but no delivery partner has shown up. Despite numerous attempts to use the Uber help app's chat function, it is not functional. I am unwilling to accept cold coffee and a melted smoothie due to what seems to be an Uber-related problem.

I placed an order when the $0.00 delivery fee promotion was active for a specific restaurant. However, the discount was not applied when I checked out and paid for my order. To address this, I returned to the home screen, took a screenshot as evidence, and contacted customer support. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist me until after my order is delivered. I made it clear to the agent that I have proof of the promotion as I captured the screen showing the $0.00 delivery fee post-checkout. I am prepared to email the screenshot with all the relevant details to support my case. As of now, the issue remains unresolved.

I was charged falsely Rs. [redacted].17 on December 8th without any explanation or evidence provided. I willingly paid Rs. [redacted].88 for breakfast on the same day. I have reached out to customer support, shared screen shots, but have received no response. This lack of communication suggests fraudulent practices. I will share this experience on social media and with the consumer court, as I have bank records of my charges and proof of the breakfast payment. You charged my card Rs. Hello, I am a frequent customer of Deliveroo, usually ordering 3-5 meals a week. I am interested in switching over to Uber Eats, but I am facing an issue with my address appearing incorrectly. When I input my address, it shows up as a different location, preventing me from ordering from my local McDonald's. If you could update my address from Knocklyon to Firhouse on address line 2, reflecting its location on Firhouse Road, I would be able to place orders from this McDonald's. This adjustment would greatly help me continue my patronage with your service. Thank you.

I've been attempting to use your service to order food, but I keep encountering an issue stating that my phone number is already in use, even though I have never signed up before. I have had this phone number for almost three years, and this situation is becoming very frustrating. Previously, your team suggested that the problem was on my end, implying I was trying to sign up as a driver instead of a customer, which was not the case. Unfortunately, the assistance I received was limited, and I still cannot place an order. I simply request that my phone number be removed from whatever account it is linked to so that I can proceed with ordering.

I ordered from McDonald's on Bestwood Street. The delivery was delayed, and the food arrived cold with spilled Coke on it. Additionally, two barbecue sauces were missing despite being paid for. The quality of the food is unacceptable and inedible. I have already sent pictures but have not received a response. I am requesting a refund or a redelivery as I am at home for the next two hours. While I don't usually complain about late deliveries, receiving cold and damaged food is not acceptable.

I am requesting a refund for the cancellation fee for my first ever order with Uber Eats. I was informed that my order could not be delivered to my address, resulting in its cancellation. I refuse to pay the $27.57 cancellation fee as Uber Eats failed to fulfill their part of the agreement. I expect a prompt full refund as this experience does not foster customer loyalty. I attempted to add a Coke to my order to avoid the delivery fee, but encountered difficulties adding it or canceling and re-entering the order. Despite speaking with the restaurant suggesting cancellation and reordering, I was unable to do so. Following this, my interaction with customer service in India consumed 15 minutes. Prior to this, I faced issues with the app accepting my payment, realizing later that I needed to purchase Uber Cash. I hope to not be charged a delivery fee considering the challenges I faced that wasted 25 minutes of my time just to place a food order.

I've made three orders from the same restaurant in a row, and Lydia has been the assigned driver each time. The first two orders were canceled after a 30-minute wait. During the third attempt, when Lydia didn't answer my call, I messaged her to inquire about the delay. She asked for a tip to complete the order, which I declined, resulting in the cancellation of my order. It's frustrating dealing with such behavior from UberEats drivers like Lydia.

Yesterday at 11:55 PM, I placed an order via contact number [redacted] with Book cafe through Uber Eats. Despite them accepting my order and reassuring me of its delivery by 1:09 AM after I called their help center at 1:00 AM, I never received my pizza. To my disappointment, my order was canceled without any communication, leaving me hungry and waiting until 2:14 AM. I request proper compensation from Uber Eats for the entire ordeal, including the inconvenience of multiple unanswered calls and the loss of a Rs. [redacted] voucher used for the pizza. The total loss incurred signifies Uber Eats' mistake and lack of adherence to their own policies. It is essential that the compensation exceeds Rs. [redacted] to address the significant inconvenience caused by Uber Eats' errors.

Hello, I am experiencing confusion regarding my recent orders and payments. I am an administrator at Berea-Midpark High School. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to connect by phone. Our school has a policy that prohibits UberEats from delivering food to students during school hours, which is before 2:45. I accidentally placed an order without specifying an address. I used a €50 coupon for a discount, but it didn't work. I couldn't cancel the order immediately after placing it, as the restaurant claimed it was already being processed. When I tried to contact the driver, there was no response. I provided the driver with a friend's address so at least someone could enjoy the meal. The driver called me, unable to find the address and after agreeing to cancel the order, falsely marked it as delivered. As a result, I was charged €20 on PayPal. I never received my order, the discount didn't apply, and Uber customer support has been unhelpful despite redirecting me multiple times without taking any action or providing confirmation.

Hello, I am a loyal customer of Uber Eats McDonald's, and I am disappointed with the customer service I received during my orders on December 5th and December 10th. On the 5th, my order arrived completely wrong after 10 pm. When I informed the driver, there was an unnecessary delay as two drivers argued over orders. Furthermore, on December 10th, my delivery arrived late and cold. As a regular customer, I expect better service. These two incidents within five days are unacceptable. My order was delivered to the wrong side of the building and street. I had to walk all the way over to the delivery person as they watched. They didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake, just handed me the food without a thermal bag, which resulted in the pizza being cold and unappetizing. I have contacted Uber Eats multiple times, but have not received any response or assistance regarding this issue.

I recently placed an order at sweetgreen through the app, relying on the "reorder" feature for efficiency and accuracy. The inconsistency in ensuring order accuracy reflects poorly on the overall UberEats service, potentially impacting my future patronage. Hello, I’m Purvina Patel. I noticed that my credit card ending in [redacted] was charged multiple times for food I didn’t order. The charges were on November 22nd for $24.40, November 28th for $19.92, December 6th for $40.57, and December 7th for $48.02. These purchases were made in the Netherlands, not Canada. After submitting my order, I realized within 10 seconds that I had selected the wrong item. I promptly canceled the order but was disappointed to find out that I would not receive a refund as the restaurant had started "preparing" it. My order had only been in the system for 15 seconds, making it hard to believe the food was already being prepared. The total already included a tip, even though no delivery was happening. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and unsure about using the app again. It's disheartening to think that I essentially wasted $28 due to a 15-second window for making changes.

I received a delivery from Postmates, but the two 6-piece bone-in buffalo chicken wings weren't what I ordered. Instead of the $40 order from Caroline's Italian Restaurant, which included mushroom tortellini, dessert, and a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, I got the wrong items. I've been unable to reach UberEats for help, and I'm disappointed. This needs to be refunded quickly. I'm usually a loyal customer of UberEats and Uber. I am requesting a refund for a recent order, as there were multiple issues with it. I ordered Cold Stone ice cream in San Francisco and paid $20 for a $6 dessert. The delivery took over an hour instead of the promised 35 minutes. The driver did not speak English and would not bring the ice cream into the hospital. Additionally, the ice cream arrived completely melted. Furthermore, the order was incorrect as I requested graham cracker ice cream with banana, but received only graham cracker flavor with whole strawberries. This experience was disappointing as a new customer, and I hope to receive a refund for the errors made by both the delivery driver and the restaurant.
