I ordered a beef El Macho burger meal from McDonald's, but received a chicken burger instead. Additionally, the fries were minimal for a large meal. I was disappointed with this order because I do not eat chicken. Despite the 30-minute delay, the presentation was poor and seemed rushed. I would like a refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

On Saturday, November 30, I placed an order #885a6 with Coreanos Food Truck for delivery to Marriott Westchase. However, upon checking the map, I noticed the driver was heading to Marriott downtown instead. I contacted the driver, who promised to call me back but never did. Instead, I received a rude call from the food truck informing me that my order was canceled and instructed me to contact Uber Eats for a refund before abruptly hanging up. The entire ordeal left my family hungry and me feeling mistreated. I will not be patronizing this food truck in the future. I am seeking a full refund as I never received my order and no attempt was made to rectify the situation. This experience was disappointing, and if this is the level of service provided, I will be moving on from Uber Eats and exploring alternatives such as DoorDash or Grubhub.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Ubereats. I waited for 50 minutes for my food status to change from "being prepared" to "getting prepared," only to have my order eventually cancelled. I have already provided feedback but received no response. I have lost confidence in receiving my food when ordering from Ubereats. Please address this issue promptly.

On the 24th of September [redacted], I placed an order for a meal that I intended to collect. However, the option to collect was not available on my app dashboard. Despite this, I proceeded with the order and arranged with both the driver and the sales representative to pick up the meal. I made a cash payment for the order, received the meal, and later received a call from an Ubereats representative inquiring about the payment and delivery. I explained the situation to them. Unfortunately, the order has been showing on my app dashboard for over 3 months, and now I have been charged for the same meal again. I have attempted to contact Ubereats through the app and Facebook but have not received a resolution. I am requesting an immediate refund of my money without any delays or vouchers.

I placed an order with Om Corner Chole Bhature Kalkaji using order number #5596C. Unfortunately, the promo code provided by the outlet was not applied to my order. I reached out to the authorized person, but they were unable to resolve the issue. It has been 48 hours, and I have not received any further communication regarding this matter. Additionally, the delivery was delayed by 20 minutes, and the food arrived cold. I am disappointed with this experience and would like a refund for my order. This is not the first time I have encountered such problems while using your site.

This is the second time now I have not received my order. The first one was never delivered because the delivery person couldn't find my house. I had to wait outside, hoping she would see me. Today, the delivery person, Edwar, delivered my order to the wrong house since he didn't speak English. I'm still waiting for a refund. Thanks to social media, I have connected with about [redacted] others on a Facebook page dedicated to addressing our issues with the service. I need compensation for the inconvenience this has caused.

Hello, I recently ordered from Lazeez Shawarma via Uber Eats for $10.83; unfortunately, the restaurant canceled the order due to item unavailability. Despite being informed that I wouldn't be charged, there was a charge on my Visa card. I contacted the restaurant per their suggestion, but they advised me to reach out to Uber Eats. I called Uber Eats, spoke with someone briefly, but the call got disconnected after being placed on hold. I recently made a purchase using my American Express card, but unfortunately, the order was not delivered due to an issue with the courier. I ordered food through Uber, but the courier refused to come into the building to deliver it, claiming there was no safe place to leave the food, even though it is a Bank. When I called customer service, they offered no solution other than reporting the courier. This experience has been extremely frustrating, as we had to wait over an hour and a half just to be told that the delivery would not be made.

I placed an order #E7845 at Poke Poke - Um Suqeim at 10:16. Despite updating my address, the app still used my old one. I contacted Poke Poke right away, and they assured me the delivery would proceed to the new address. Subsequently, the driver agreed to deliver to the new location. However, after sharing my location via WhatsApp, he claimed he couldn't complete the delivery. The payment had already been processed at this point. I feel it was irresponsible for the restaurant to accept the order without ensuring the new address was suitable. I am requesting a refund.

While browsing the app, I added a bowl to my basket to test a promotion. Without my confirmation, the order went through. Despite calling customer service immediately to cancel, they were unhelpful. I ended up with food I didn't want as they refused to cancel, mentioning I would still be charged. I tried contacting them multiple times, but each call left me on hold excessively with no assistance. The lack of customer care and holding tactics have left me disappointed and offended. I no longer plan to use ubereats and will advise my colleagues to do the same. This experience highlights the importance of addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

I ordered from Uber Eats at Ramblers Kitchen with specific instructions. Unfortunately, they left out the beans and added sour cream, which I cannot eat due to its metallic taste. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund but only received a vague response. After trying to resolve the issue with no luck, I messaged them again six hours later. I believe it is reasonable to request a refund for an inedible meal.

I am disappointed by the high cancellation fee you charge, almost equivalent to a meal. Your policy lacks flexibility and customer-friendly options. I am unable to easily change my delivery location as the app always defaults to the previous one. While I admit my limited technological skills might contribute, I believe the app should cater to users like me instead of assuming a certain level of proficiency. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope for improvements in these areas for a better experience with your service.

I ordered biryani, but it was a total disaster. The food was inedible. We tried to contact Uber Eats customer service, but the call got disconnected, and we couldn't resolve our issue. Additionally, the delivery driver was unprofessional. He gave us the wrong delivery location and was rude when he arrived. I was disappointed by the low-quality service from Uber Eats.

Uber Eats support keeps calling me from Georgia and New Mexico with a bot claiming my app is not connecting. This is my personal number and I've never used it for Uber. Despite trying to resolve this by calling support to cancel the calls, they keep transferring me between restaurant and customer support or simply hanging up on me. Even when I block the numbers, they call from new ones. What should I do to stop this constant cycle of calls?

Hello team, I wanted to share our recent experience with Uber Eats. We placed an order at Empire - Indranagar restaurant with Order Number #88FEB. Despite ordering at 10:48, the order was regrettably cancelled at 11:50. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach Uber Eats customer care or the delivery person for assistance. Empire restaurant stated the order was dispatched, but they lacked information on the driver who picked it up. Our payment was deducted, and the food never arrived, leaving us hungry. Hello, I placed an order and waited for an hour. When I finally contacted the driver, I was informed that they wouldn't deliver to my location. I was frustrated as I had been waiting for so long just to have my order canceled. To make matters worse, I received a message from Ubereats stating that I would have to pay for undelivered orders because the driver couldn't reach me. However, I did contact the driver, so I don't understand why I should be held responsible for the cancellation. This experience has left me extremely frustrated. The service provided was extremely poor and disappointing.

I received a $5 Uber Cash credit for a prior late and cold order, which I used on my recent order. However, I was charged full price initially. After reaching out to the company, they charged me again, this time with the $5 discount applied, and requested my bank statement as proof. I haven't received the refund yet and I'm frustrated as I prefer a monetary refund instead of Uber Cash. My experience with Uber Eats has left me disappointed.
