I placed an order for shawarma from Arabian Grill Restaurant. It was previously canceled because the driver's bike had a puncture. I appreciate the call I received. However, this time after ordering from the same place, there has been no response from the driver's side. The app keeps showing that the food is ready for pickup. I am frustrated with this situation. I request a refund and would like to cancel the order. I am considering deleting this app due to this poor management. Thank you for understanding and taking care of the cancellation on your end.

I believe the delivery person ate part of my order. It took a long time to arrive, and when it did, I received only three parathas instead of five and half the quantity of butter chicken. I suspect the delivery person consumed some of my food. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid a significant amount for my order, and this kind of service is disappointing. I have evidence in the form of photos, and I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer court about this incident.

Hello, I’m reaching out to share my recent experience with an order placed yesterday at Sbarro. Unfortunately, the two large slices of pizza I received were soggy, tasteless, and the vegetables seemed undercooked. I couldn’t even finish half a slice due to the quality. I am puzzled by the issues encountered when ordering online. I kindly request a refund for this unsatisfactory order. I recently applied to be an UberEats driver, and after working for just one day, my account got suspended. There seems to be a misunderstanding, and I am struggling to get it resolved. I have a family to support, and I need to work. Despite contacting them, the issue has not been fully addressed. I keep receiving unhelpful emails stating that nothing can be done to fix my account. I just want to work without any problems. I would appreciate it if I could have a direct email contact to someone who can assist me in correcting this issue.

On Wednesday night, my fiancé ordered food from Fat Shack for us. We waited for about an hour, and when I called the restaurant, they mentioned that nobody was there to pick up the order, so it was just sitting there. The restaurant suggested cancelling and picking it up ourselves, but cancelling would cost $42. Therefore, we decided to drive to the restaurant to get it. While enjoying our meal at home, my fiancé received a notification that a driver was picking up our order. Since we had already picked it up, this driver received a tip for an order they didn't deliver.

My son, Nathan D., ordered a meal from the McDonald's in Baguley, Manchester around 6:30 this evening. Unfortunately, all four medium fries were only half full and cold. While I understand fries can get cold, receiving them half empty was unexpected. I reached out to McDonald's customer services who instructed me to contact you. Nathan requested a refund for the fries through the app, but I wanted to follow up and ensure the issue was properly documented.

I placed an order, but it faced multiple delays, from 11:30 to 12, then to 12:40, and finally to 12:50. The restaurant couldn't find a driver, which was not my fault. The food was ready by 11:20, forcing me to contact the restaurant to cancel, only to be informed that I would incur a $26 cancellation fee. I am requesting a full refund for my order and credits for two additional meals. The reason provided for the delay was the driver waiting until 12:45, prompting the restaurant to remake our order. Although the driver was exceptional, I am dissatisfied with the overall service.

I placed an order for food last Saturday, November 30th, using the app. The estimated delivery time was 14:20, but unfortunately, the order didn't arrive. I contacted the support system, but I haven't received any response yet. After checking the order details, I discovered that the food was picked up at a mall close to my house but was delivered to Mayo Street, number 33, instead of my house, number 28. I'm concerned because my credit card has already been charged 20€ for the order, and I still haven't received any assistance.

I placed an order with Five Guys in Burlington around 8:45pm last night, and the estimated arrival time was 9:55pm. Due to the snow, I expected a delay, but by 10:30pm, I thought it might be canceled. The app showed the driver at Five Guys for a while, then at 11:15pm, it said he was finally on his way to me, just 10 minutes away. The driver arrived around 12:30am with soggy, cold French fries, a cold burger, and melted milkshakes. I didn't eat the meal and am requesting a refund due to the significant delay and poor condition of the food. Thank you.

I placed an order with McDonald's over an hour ago. The estimated wait time was 15-25 minutes, which was acceptable. However, the delivery time has been continually pushed back, resulting in three Uber drivers canceling the order at the McDonald's location. I am unsure of the issue, but as of now, I still have not received my McDonald's order. I attempted to cancel the order following the provided instructions, even between driver changes, without success. I kindly request that my order be canceled and a refund issued. I am a frequent user of Uber Eats, and if this situation is not addressed with a refund, I may need to reconsider my future business with the service. Thank you.

I've been waiting for approximately 3 weeks for my background check to be completed. Despite the initial timeframe of 5-7 business days mentioned by the company, it has now extended to 3 weeks. Contacting Uber support three times has not resolved the issue. Each time, I was assured that a specialized team would address the matter within 3-5 business days, but there has been no follow-up. I am concerned about the delay as I depend on Uber Eats for additional income to cover my expenses. I urgently need assistance with this issue and request the intervention of a supervisor to ensure it is resolved by Friday. I strive to maintain a good reputation on the platform and would like to resume working without further delay. I have been mistakenly charged twice through the app on my phone without placing any orders. These unauthorized charges were deducted from my account without any cause. Whenever I have ordered from UberEats, I promptly paid for my meals, so I am confused as to why I am being double charged. The incorrect charges amounts were $18.22 and $35.33. Regards, S.O.

Yesterday, we reached out to Uber Eats regarding our problem, but unfortunately, it was not resolved. I am now reaching out to request a refund as we received uncooked clam chowder that was inedible. The potatoes in the chowder were crunchy instead of soft, and there were very few clams. Additionally, both items arrived cold, and the bread was extremely hard. Although we placed our order near closing time, we believe that we should still receive the high-quality food that we paid for.

Hello, I placed my order more than an hour ago, and it has not been delivered yet. This has happened repeatedly, causing me frustration. I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund as the delay has been excessive. Lately, I have been turning to DoorDash due to its quicker service. However, I decided to give Uber Eats another chance today, but unfortunately, it has fallen short once again with no delivery or extremely delayed service. I am very disappointed.

I realize that cancellations can occur, but our order was terminated after an hour of waiting. It's frustrating when the app indicates the food is on its way, only to later cancel the order. I've had one-third of my orders canceled using this app, which is unacceptable. I've used other delivery services without problems. Canceling the order after an hour of waiting is not ideal; we were eagerly anticipating the food.

Hello, my name is Cheyenne. I am a new Uber Eats user currently out of town for work. I wanted to surprise my wife by ordering food for her. Unfortunately, upon receiving the Vietnamese food delivery, she found a black short hair in the soup. Understandably, this has put her off from eating it and it was disappointing to waste money on the uneaten meal. I had trouble ordering from McDonald's through UberEats. The website kept loading endlessly, so I refreshed the page. Unfortunately, this led to me accidentally placing two orders within 10 minutes of each other, both costing $21.45. I only intended to order once, and now I have extra food going to waste. I am kindly requesting a refund of $21.45 for one of the duplicate orders. I did not mean to order twice, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order for food at 11:30 at Steak and Shake, just before they closed at 12. Despite the order being ready before closing, the restaurant mentioned they were waiting for a driver to pick it up. However, no driver was assigned to my order even though it was being processed for over an hour. I paid extra for the delivery service as I don't have a car, but now my food is ready to pick up, and I'm unable to get it. The payment has already been deducted from my account, and I am left without the food I paid for.

I recently ordered chicken biryani via Uber Eats from Captain Cook restaurant and paid with my card. The restaurant accepted and prepared my order. However, during the delivery process, the order was cancelled before reaching my delivery address. The amount has not been refunded to my account yet. There have been repeated incidents where the driver has gone to the wrong location despite me providing the correct address. Unfortunately, this has resulted in my food arriving cold or soggy multiple times. I question whether such subpar quality would be acceptable for your own family. The inconsistency has made me hesitant to use your service again. The app's map seems to be directing drivers incorrectly, often leading them to a petrol station instead of my specified address. I typically spend around $60 per order, and these errors have occurred more than once, affecting four deliveries so far. While the service was initially reliable, the recent issues with drivers being misdirected have been disappointing. I am left wondering what could be the issue with the UberEats app now, after it worked seamlessly in the beginning.
